My child got a chicken wrap , the chicken was raw our fries were cold with 0 salt sauce was falling from the burgers and the bread got wet from too much sauce
Always get my order wrong. In English & French. Horrible waiting system for food. Atmosphere is more like a high school than a restaurant. Stopped dining in altogether & very rarely do drive thru…another nightmare.
100% fail at being fast. 1 car at drive through takes over 15 minutes. Shame on naming "fast food". Moreover shame to MCD brand.
This place is in serious shambles! The girl with the blue hair is very disrespectful and always gets the order wrong! Pis oui jai bien passé ma commande en francais! Its ridiculous, they made a mistake and when i mentioned it to her she slammed the window on me… Never going back there and i live 2 mins away.
I was in a pinch with my order made online within the app, the order was made from an other phone and we wernt able to access the order number therefore couldn’t process the payment, my family was in the hospital and I couldn’t pay, but the Manager Mary-Lyne came in and helped out with the order with a smile and an amazing attitude, truly helped me when I needed, she needs a raise!!!!
This McDonald’s is the most filthy one I’ve been in. Fruit flies everywhere, wet floor with no warning sign. Some employees were not wearing hairnets. The Coca Cola tasted weird. All the tables to eat were dirty. You can only imagine the state of the kitchen. Avoid at all cost !!!
Was at this place today. Very busy today. Waited for my smoothies for long amount of time. Is their smoothie broken? My order came out not full (I told my kids they are discounted 20% off😁) the passionfruit flavor is actually good.
Never in my life I’ve seen such a mess in a restaurant! All the orders piling up and not being served. All the people waiting angry as hell and no teamwork whatsoever! Ordered an ice cream and the machine broke. Had to leave without my money nor my ice cream. Would give this place 0 stars if I could! 😡🤬😡🤬

Thank you very much especially to the eccentric Rebecca with colored hair, You really listen to your customers and I can tell you as a customer and Uber driver, Rebecca is truly the best employee of all the McDonalds on the south shore from Montreal. Smiling, energizing, dynamic but above all she was professional and attentive to her customers. I go more often in the evening so I can meet her and greet her at the same time as I want to eat the good grilled chicken poutine with Buffalo sauce and I always take extra poutine sauce and extra green onions!!
I place my order I see a deal you pay $25 for a gift card and you get a free Big Mac And its not able to do it to you at the same time because you pay for your order your card gives you your order and when you get to the window you receive your order you have to say that you buy a gift card.... and it waits for you 7 minutes with your food in the car because you are too ignorant to do everything at once... And when I explain to the cashier that I want everything at the same time, it doesnt make sense what she said, but the answer isnt the same... well, tabarnak
This restaurant has been renovated..I thought it would be better.PHEW NO, I went there several times for long drive-thru service. May this evening and 2 weeks ago I came home to order and eat wow what a shitty service the employees talk among themselves but not all of them straight forward. the service is even slower plus they prepare the fries in advance (in the stove) but its barely warm sorry but I eat my fries hot...and when you ask for hot fries well it rolls your eyes and we wait so long that the burger is cold. the renovations definitely did not fix things...to be avoided

no queue since the girl with the hair is here. She wasnt there for a few days and I waited 10-15 minutes at the drive-thru. Now that shes here, she knows what I take every morning and probably knows the majority of what her clients take, which makes her a great employee!

Sincerely, this McDonalds is really hard, never the right order ever and in addition I ask for a sprite its perrier I ask for a double cheese rise like a big mac gives me a normal double cheese with ketchup etc ask for a junior with chicken no sauce no of salad in the end I just had the good fries.... the girl instead of offering me collectible glass crisps for 3 pieces each she listened to my order properly and the people who worked well learned to read every time I Im going there because its close to where I live, there are always errors, maybe more rigorous work for the staff or a change in management would be in order, its been like that for years
The lobby and the toilets are really unsanitary. In front of the French fries station full of waste on the ground. Some of the employees dont have headphones and listen to music through their headphones. Lots of errors in orders They talk among themselves instead of serving customers The shift manager laughs in our faces when we tell him that the toilets are really dirty. Trash on the floor, toilet full of poop and no toilet paper.

Worst McDonalds ever. 09/02/2024 - 9:15 p.m. After making the mistake of going to the drive-thru order, I found myself with my bags of food in the car, I quickly opened them to check if I actually had everything (because God knows hes wrong) when I realize that my large fries for which I paid $6.08 look like this, my blondes same thing, I kindly ask the cashier (colored lady who wears a gray scarf in her hair I really hope you recognize yourself) to go back and add a little more because it didnt make sense, she took my bags, left for a few moments and then she came back and almost pitched them to me above, I collect my bags and open them to realize that she had done absolutely nothing with my fries, same quantity! At this point I was furious and not wanting to cause a scene I left, but what a pain it takes to be without a drawing? To top it off, my girlfriends burger (with cheese) had no cheese. *The lady showed a serious lack of manners and should be fired immediately. *supporting photo

I recommend everyone not to go to this McDonalds, the waiting time is too long, I was forced to wait 1 hour for 2 iced coffees and not only is the person who manages this McDonalds rude to the people customers.
We just go there because we have a craving to fill with fast food and its the only one close. Remove my review 100 times, Ill put it back 101 times since its important to know the truth. That s the point of reviews! Positive or negative. Service 3 times out of 4 pathetic. Rude, incredibly slow, forget something in your order... please move to the side sir. If you are the first, they will pack 3-5 and you will all have your lunch at the same time. They dont understand the purpose of a fast food restaurant. When I worked at McDonalds at 16, we had a timer. If the customer was not served within 2 minutes, we went to the office. They stop the timer and you continue to wait without having been served for often 15 mins+! They have been doing renovations for over a week already. (edit: more than a month now!!) No information anywhere and my question is not asked to enlighten us either. 0 professionals.

Service extremely slow
Today around 3 p.m. I went to the drive-thru, they made a mistake in my order, I mentioned the error that an item was missing then the cashier told me that the item did not appear on the received I told her that I mentioned it and that if it is not on my receipt to simply add it to me, she refused to add it and spoke to me with arrogance and sarcasm and told me that I have to go around again and redo an order, really bad service on his part (her name is fatima).

I asked for a coffee lid for my fountain drink (for many reasons I must have that instead of a straw) I was refused saying it was counting... (for having been an assistant manager the lid costs 0.03 $) I dont take the straw, I dont take the other lid (quite similar in cost) plus I took 4 slippers they served me in a bag C with zero napkins. (should have 4 )... but Im being whined about the cost of my lid and I cant have it...
Worst McDonalds! We ordered via Uber eats, we live 7 minutes from McDonalds, but it was raining and we didnt want to go out. From the moment the delivery man left with the order, it took 7 minutes. When the food arrives, we notice that the meats of the two bigmacs and the double cheese are all dry, that they didnt give us the right kind of poutine, that they gave us two turnovers instead of a muffin, that the kibbles are like rubber and they forgot our large fries. We decide to go there to exchange our food. The shift manager on site categorically refuses and blames it on the delivery (clearly meatballs and croquettes do not have time to dry out to this extent in 7 minutes) and tells us to contact Uber. I told him its not a question of money, were hungry and we just want to replace whats not fresh and take the missing fries. He tells me that if he does so he will be told off by the manager. Customer service -1000 stars.

The cleanest McDonalds Ive ever seen. Trash overflowing everywhere, dirty tables and yet no one. No Rush to justify. The rigor of McDonalds does not apply to this one. Clearly the trash cans havent been emptied all day.

Honestly its so complicated to follow a simple command. Chai glaze vanilla. Last I heard, its white, not brown, and it doesnt taste like coffee. There are at least 8 pairs of eyes who see the order, 4 who prepared it and one who is supposed to ensure that in your hand you have a chilled chai. Personally, there is a way to talk to the manager. When someone calls you hang up. Take on or give up your job.

Was refused service here on Christmas Day by 11pm with my kid because I don t speak French am 38yrs and I cried like a baby. I get the whole French and Quebec but we are humans and on Christmas Day that was terrible. This 2 staff were so mean and they yelled at me. I ordered at the drive-thru around 6:30 a.m. on January 2nd. When I received my order, I noticed that the coffee size was not the one I ordered. It was clearly indicated on the label stuck to the glass that I had ordered the medium size and not the small size. After politely indicating to the employee that the format was not the right one, she took back the coffee, saying a big Tabarnaqu* while raising her voice and closing the window in anger. She made me a new coffee of the right size and gave it to me without saying anything. I think anger management training wouldnt go amiss.

I came by this morning at 7:30 a.m. and the young woman at the drive-thru at window number 1 was super courteous, very welcoming and very polite.
I do not recommend this restaurant. The food served was cold and the Coca-Cola had an unpleasant taste, which I dont understand why they serve a drink of this quality. I advise you to look elsewhere.
