We went there today almost no one in the restaurant sat down no less than 15 minutes later no waitress who came to see us got up and left no questions were asked. ...never again will we go there they are not interested in seeing us again...

What can I say! I had a lasagna. The standard portion is fine. The taste, phew, the taste... The receptionist told me it was good!! You have to give up the cigarette it takes away the taste How can I put it nicely? I think a frozen lasagna might be better. Calling it lasagna is an insult to this dish! The sauce, already the sauce, I could put my hand in the fire that it s canned!! In addition to not tasting like good spaghetti sauce, the meat leaves a questionable taste in the mouth. Positive point: they must have had a discount on cheese or the large sale (Costco)!! So youre looking for a good lasagna? This is not where you will find it!! Go on your way quickly. Not to mention the hour long wait!!

Caesar salad: only delivers the large portion at $15, so impossible to have the small one delivered, sauce without strong taste, lack of garlic. A few grains of bacon nothing more, rather cheap on their part for the price Also, chaotic telephone order, extreme confusion of the employee, does not know her menu at all. I was there to order, I asked for a Greek grilled chicken salad and I asked the waitress if it was a real Greek salad. When I arrived at home I realized that it really wasnt a Greek salad. A Greek salad is a salad with cucumber, tomato, onion, feta, olive thats it not with iceberg salad in it false information for 25$ really disappointed and forgot a refund or simply a credit she didnt know anything last time I went there

Im calling for a delivery this Saturday, August 3 at approximately 5:50 p.m. She makes me repeat my phone number 3 times, then asks me for my address and once again she starts to make me repeat my address. The pizza was not cut... it was not offered how do I know it is served like this?.... Also it was too greasy, it leaked and stained my car seat.

I ordered from this place and I dont appreciate the service, already $65 with the tips on delivery for 2 salads which had nothing at all apart from the salad on the plate and 2-3 strips of chicken on top, its shameful. From the opening to today, we are talking about a huge change, plates completely stripped. Barely 10 years ago, we were talking about handfuls of pepperoni all over the submarine and by surprise yesterday at dinner we could count 4 in the submarine. Plates that go from $12 to $18 which is not a problem if the quantity remains the same, but that is not the case. You have changed the pizza dough breads for your submarines it is no longer handmade it is no longer warm as it was.

The waitresses are pleasant HOWEVER value for money makes no sense, hugely disappointing. Everything has no taste, the pasta sauce is water that tastes like soap?? Weird & the half cooked pasta..literally the shrimp as a starter have no taste too & its very questionable appearance. & thats not to mention the pizza which is so wet that it creates water even on the plate. The fries are frozen, you can find the best ones in a snack for 10x cheaper. This restaurant is a disaster

I regularly get pizza from Milan, but this time was the last. The photos speak for themselves. I went to get myself a pizza on a Wednesday evening to save myself some time and it all spilled onto the bench, but when I say sink, I mean sink. My car will smell like pizza for weeks and cost me a seat cleaning. After calling for a refund I was asked to come and bring the pizza back. Initially I was going to Milan to save time not to waste it so Im going to eat my pizza wet and I wont go back there again. Damage!

the spaghetti little sauce and the little it has is really disgusting I dont know the ingredients but its horrible in the mouth at least the pizza was okay.

We were coming out of my uncles funeral, we are 2 groups of 15 with 1 waitress for each group. Our waitress was visibly drunk (smelled of strong alcohol) unable to take an order properly, she entered the bubble of people, touching our hair and rubbing our shoulders as if we had known each other for years. She made a lot of mistakes but she always tried to justify herself, she even told us that we all looked angry and stressed. Uhhh we just came back from a funeral, we sure dont have a big smile. The service was so long that the other group had reached dessert and we were still missing drinks. In the end, she was so mixed up in her bills she asked me at least 4 times what we had taken..the other waitress finally came to help her but even she was getting nervous because she was so mixed up and that she didnt listen to anything. You would think you were in a tavern with a barmaid at the party...

No way to give zero stars to the restaurant at Milan on Cure-Poirier in Longueuil I strongly advise against it, its quite sad and pathetic as a restaurant to portion your tomato sauce into a lasagna, we call it stuffing the customers and taking them for fools thats not what a meat sauce lasagna is there is no sauce IN the gratinated lasagna... The owner in no way agreed to take back his lasagna and bring me a real lasagna, no way to find a solution... Mr. Italian owner you surely know that it is difficult to keep a business alive and much easier to lose it, I strongly advise against this restaurant which is cheap on the quantity of meat sauce .Last time at your place after 5 years of loyalty at Milan .. QUALITY QUANTITY BIG ZERO

The pizza is excellent. I almost always use delivery. Last Thursday evening, I ordered a large, all-dressed pizza around 7:15 p.m. Unfortunately, I still havent received it yet . Around 8:30 p.m., the delivery man called my house to say that he did not have the correct address. When I called the restaurant again, they were unable to correct their mistake. So Im waiting for a return call from the manager Sophia, who I asked to call me back Friday afternoon. To be continued...

What can I say about the service received absurd and disappointing. We waited for our pizza for 2 hours (a delay of 45 mins-1 hour was said), only to be told that the delivery man had noted the wrong address. We waited again, only to be told that the delivery man was broken and that our order will be canceled, because it is 8:58 p.m. and the restaurant closes at 9 p.m. We ordered around 7 p.m. The cashier telling us that this is not her problem and that nothing will be delivered, nor compensated, nothing. Having already worked in catering, if the problem comes from a restaurant error, the fact that it is 9 p.m. does not allow you to cancel an order or leave customers with nothing and washing their hands. Finally, we went to Jacques Cartier Pizza, SUPER service, fast and smiling. In short, the owner of Milan Pizza was supposed to be there the next day to take note of the situation, but it never showed up (no wonder). Personally, I have never had such depressing and disappointing service. Several pizzerias exist and are delicious with very good service, go elsewhere.

If zero existed, I would have put one. We ordered a pizza, 2.5 hours later, we were called to say that the order will not be delivered since the kitchen is closing and that it is not their fault. Finally, two weeks later, Mr. Boss (very arrogant), we stated that this situation was not his problem either. In short, to this day, we are still trying to figure out who is to blame. I have never seen such pitiful service. The boss never apologized, or even was respectful towards me. This one even told me not to write negative comments about his company...lets see. Anyway, it was the last time we ordered from this place.

Very disappointed with poutine. I had a large poutine and my wife had a small one. There were about 10 fries difference between the 2 formats. Almost same plate. So dont pay for big, its really not worth it

Very good customer service, Delivery in 35 minutes with a very nice delivery man, the pizza tasted good, very garnished with cheese and not greasy. As for the fries, I am very disappointed, they are not homemade potatoes but possibly the crispy Cavendish company which is not great in a restaurant.

Going this Sunday October 1st for my sons birthday we ordered an extra large pizza, we were supposed to have 4 slices each we only received one slice which is equivalent to a very disappointing average, I will go more.

Todays soup had no taste. The lazagne arrived deconstructed on the plate and the peperoni was cold. The pizza arrived much too wet to the point that the waitress released the liquid (water/fat) from the pizza onto the floor. Fortunately the pizza has been redone. Good evening. I ordered a Caesar salad there to take away. The lady gave super good service. On the other hand, the meal was very bad. My grilled chicken Caesar salad for 27.94:o. Really ordinary taste. The sauce not so much Caesar. More mayo. Fresh salad on the other hand with hearts, even 2. And what about grilling chicken? Place the slices directly on the salad (not cut) And they had nerves...yarrkk.ahh yes some homemade crouton. I was stuck at the price but I told myself its going to be big and good. Well no and very average size in my opinion. Really sad at this price.

We ordered a large Caesar salad with grilled chicken that we picked up to take out, once we arrived home to our surprise it was not a Caesar salad but a Greek salad! We reported to inform them of their error with no return call... Last time to order this dish from them...

We ate there for the first time last night. We ordered 2 peperoni submarines. It was excellent. The bread was perfect crunchy and fresh. Everything was good, we devoured it in 5 minutes. The only downside is that we didnt like the vinaigrette it had on it. White and tasted a little like mayo. Luckily there wasnt much, I ate it all anyway. Next time I will ask if they have Italian or French vinaigrette which would have been excellent with this submarine. In short we will come back Thanks also to the very nice waitress who was there to serve us yesterday around 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Every time I visit Montreal I tried to go to the South shore to visit Pizza Milano. Its one of the most unique Pizza experiences you can have. Their smoked meat pizza is exceptionally good. Especially when you top it with their homemade spicy olive oil. Superb!

Unfortunately this is not the Milan Pizzaria that I knew! I dont know what type of crust you made but its not Millans pizza dough. What you delivered to me this evening seems to me to be unleavened and uncooked dough and appears to be frozen dough. Me who had the taste of a good Milan !!!!!!
