Minimum one hour for delivery. Its not even rush hour, a Wednesday at 2 p.m. 1 hour 30 minutes delivery! Unacceptable do not order from this place In addition, the prices on their site are not accurate. They charge more than what they indicate.

I love Miss Bella and I order there often for several years, but today when I ordered there was a mistake in my order and when I returned they wouldnt do it again because I didnt have didnt bring back the other order (understandable but Im allergic to tomatoes so I couldnt eat the other order) in short they ended up offering to make me again what I wanted in a small size (I paid and tipped for a JUMBO) and on the On the way back I check to make sure I dont have any tomatoes and to my surprise they gave me completely different ones than I had ordered.

Poutine and pizza very good, however the Caesar salad would be really better with real bacon and a real homemade dressing.

Not as good and same menu as Miss Bella in St-Lambert, very disappointed.

Very good but the new menu on their website is crap and half in English.

The food is really good but I give it a 4 star because the girls on the phone have to work on being polite. 4 times out of 5 I get hung up on the phone when I finish placing my order, otherwise the food is nothing to say

Super good! They look like canteen fries. The delivery is perfect, the pizza is hot since the delivery man keeps it in a thermal bag made for pizzas.

I ordered a vegetarian sub (I even took the time to ask if they made them and was assured they did) and when it arrived at my house an hour later it was full of meat, like peperoni, bacon and steak. I called back to tell them the error and was told they would come and exchange it. After three hours of waiting, I gave up and threw the submarine away. They never came to correct the error.

For several years we have been ordering our pizza from Miss Bella, it has always been delicious but yesterday I was very disappointed. The taste is no longer the same, the cheese tasted weird and bacon too. Im very sad, Im going to have to find another pizza in Longueuil.

The pizza is made with fake cheese which gives a more or less gelatinous and unpleasant texture in the mouth. The fake cheese has no taste of a good pizza made with real mozzarella like in the old days $47 for a pizza as disgusting and bad this is unacceptable thank you and good pizza

I ordered an extra large vegetarian pizza and was disappointed. It was just onions, a little green pepper, mushrooms and lots of green and black olives. It lacked variety, in my opinion and those of my guests.

1h40 wait before receiving our pizza. And if we hadnt called twice to find out what was going on with our order, we would probably still be waiting for our meal. We are located less than 2 km from the restaurant. If you are unable to supply the request, tell us when you leave Miss Bella, we will order elsewhere. And thats what we will do in the future!

Worst delivery ever, I call, they tell me 45 minutes of waiting, they call me back 30 minutes later to confirm the address, 1 hour 20 minutes later I call back because I told myself it will arrive in 1 hour but thats not the case so I call you and they tell me: Im not the one who told you that but its certainly not me. Real time for delivery 1h37, I didnt order lobster, I ordered spaghetti.

After almost 30 minutes of waiting on the phone, I was informed that the restaurant had been closed for almost an hour and a half, although there was almost half an hour left at the time displayed on Google. They added a nice message to welcome us, remind us that our call is important to them and indicate how many people are waiting before us, but nothing about this change, it is now too late to order from most other restaurants in the area. They put a few small slices of bacon on the all dressed which is a plus. Good quality, I recommend!

What I appreciate most is the flexibility to change the pizzas on the menu without overloading. For example vegetarian pizza I asked to replace the green olives with tomatoes and I was charged the same price.
