Pizza Hut Longueuil in Longueuil

The pizza was a hard patty with almost no sauce and burnt, I felt like I ordered an overcooked colored bread

I would like to leave a comment because I am very very very dissatisfied with the service of this Pizza Hut 3 times I have placed orders online with the application. The first time my order lasted more than 1 hour and it was impossible to reach the restaurant, the second the same more than 1 hour late and the delivery man dares to ask me for a tip This 3rd time they dare to ask me to cancel my order because they no longer have cheese (A pizzeria that doesnt have cheese) this is the last time I order a pizza with you again.

The food is very good, the cooking is good and the service is quite good. The waiting time is not too long and you are generally well served. The staff is friendly. The atmosphere is quite good I would say. I recommend this place for pizza fans!!!

I dont understand the attitude of your new employee ZACK, an incompetent who deserves more work for you...I went to the restaurant to order the special medium of the day like I do almost every week and this young person didnt did not want to serve me by saying that we could just benefit from this special online.. I ask to speak to the boss he laughs in my face and tells me that he is alone I tell him that online is only for the large because it is written just below the special +4 dollars per large he still refuses, I tell him to call St Hubert because the real boss the father of the family is more often there here it is rather the 2 brothers who manages the branch he refuses again..there I lose my temper because Im hungry and this little slob has a power trip and then I go out because Im angry I go for a walk and come back about 15 minutes later to him saying that its the truth what I said and asked him to call the other branch. he told me no and to go to the other branch... I told him at that time that I was a customer before he works here and tomorrow he would lose his job... insolent little guy you should have called look for another job tonight Im here with money to pay and you refuse to serve me because its you saying online only so stupid like thinking go back to school

2nd time that I have delivered to this restaurant and really 1h30 delivery and whats more its cold. The stuffed crust is like a cold peperoni ficello overcooked in addition to being cold a frozen pizza would have been better sorry!!

Thanks to you, instead of spending money on a pizza, I will invest in a local car wash that will remove the leaflet that stuck on my window when you came to drop it off in a PRIVATE parking lot. The art of not needing a customer: My daughter stays 2.5 km from your restaurant and I stay 3.2 km, so a difference of 0.7 meters. You agree to deliver to my daughter but not to me for this small difference. In addition, I receive the advertising leaflet and the beginning of my postal code which is identical to that of my daughter is written on it. This is a restaurant that doesnt need customers. I think your pizza is good but you lose a customer for a reason of 0.7 meters.

Good, reasonable price. Pick up option, but no delivery. Otherwise you have to order from another restaurant or on the app.

Good pizza and professional people

The delivery people only know the cash signs do not speak French or English the only thing they are able to do is almost be able to say the amount in English not able to read a request on the invoice write in French and in English like the door at the top right it calls you from the bottom left pu never the food is not that bad but damn the rest its hard

They are 3 minutes from my house and they refuse delivery, saying that they do not deliver to my address and then hang up on me

WORST pizza. Wet crust, and the pizza has NO taste. Not even sure they added sauce. Chicken wings are more like chicken nuggets. I would have given it 0 stars and we didnt even eat half the pizza.

For the second time we were disappointed with the quality of pizza that Pizza Hut served us, after calling they apologized but I think the problem is not apologizing its being able to check your pizza before serving customers, I consider this a lack of professionalism.

Its the worst hot pizza, the man who prepares it gets money and then he makes the pizza without washing his hands.

POOR customer service!! The owner (Suzanne) is totally unpleasant. Hang up the line on your face. Incorrect order. Do not honor the requested order. Taking an address and an order is laborious.

The wings are good. However, stop forcing customers to tip. We do it when we want. Please configure your payment machine correctly and stop making customers feel guilty.

Its a nice and clean place, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. You already know what to expect from pizzas, its the same everywhere.

We ordered 2 My Box dinners and were quite pleased with what we received. The food is as good as you can get from Pizza Hut, and the toppings were fresh. Fully satisfied, but what made me want to leave a review was the service that I received. A mistake was made with my order, but it was rectified, and I was given the extra items for free...with an apology! You dont find this type of service very often anymore, so bravo to this location and its staff.

I went there 2 times and the punctuality is amazing and the guys are really friendly, I thought it was just the first time but I had a really good experience.

This evening I waited about 1 hour 45 minutes, and after several reminders, I just received a pizza and chicken wings that were completely cold and therefore inedible for me. I tried to call back another time but it didnt work anymore. This is the last time I order from this restaurant because it is UNacceptable for the price it costs!

The girl in the front gives the best service and their food is excellent. I definitely recommend this place.

A new pizzeria in the area, the service is excellent, very friendly, the place is very clean, there are always tables available and the pizzas are simply spectacular. One of the little places that deserves 5 stars overall. The service is great, very friendly, the accommodation is very clean, always with dishes available and simply spectacular pizzas. One of the little ones who enjoys only 5 stars.

There is in particular one boy who has a very good way of caring. Excellent.

Tastes like old school Pizza Hut!

I tried the famous Melts and this is what I received... Without parmesan... without spices... and above all WITHOUT the sauce which could have added flavor.... The clerk at the reception was friendly and helpful tables is well thought out. Too bad my food was so poor.

Very good service, attentive and very fast, very clean and beautiful place, delicious pizza, and very well served, golden brown and the sauce super delicious, I do recommend stopping by to buy your pizza here, there werent many people, and yes. Time problems.

We speak English and visiting a French community. The fellow waiting on us was very patient as we translated the menu. Pizza was excellent, hot and tasty.

Sinon le service est courtois, lattente a été un peu longue mais avec un seul employé ( le gerant je crois) qui était seul pour tout faire, cest normal.

Don t order online the system doesn t work; it will mark your pizza as delivered within their time estimate and it will arrive 45 minutes later. If you call to say that you did not receive the pizza, they will tell you that the system is not working The delivery guy was totally clueless on how apartment numbers worked and instead of calling us, just wondered around in the parking, ending up talking to our neighbours. He tried to make us pay again not seeing that it was prepaid. Anyway at least the pizza was good but cold.

There are always a few things missing, it s always long and often burnt. Known pizza huts much more professional than that.
