I placed an order online, Ive been waiting for 45, I pick up my phone and see that they tried to call me to tell me that they had to postpone my pizza to the kitchen because I dont hadnt answered the phone... They could have rang or knocked on the door... I dont often have my phone with me. Normally deliveries knock on doors... Honestly, what a waste of time for them and me. I called back, it spoke in a rapid English accent, I didnt understand anything even though I understand a little English and can get by in English... The answering machine is in English and the employees... We are in Quebec.. At least a minimum of French... To have finally received my pizza 1 hour later due to misunderstandings. However the pizza was hot and acceptable I dont think I would recommend this place.

No way to make yourself understood on the phone after 6 times repeating the order to the person who doesnt speak French and practically no English, I canceled my order!

The employees understand neither French nor English. I had ordered online for a pickup and they had my order in their hands and did not want to give it to me. They thought it was a delivery when it was a pickup. I came home and tried to call to see if my order was on its way then they said no it was a pick up, they dont do delivery. They then hung up on me.

Wow wow but I am shocked by the behavior of the girl at the checkout today. I placed an order to eat there, but when I went to sit down I noticed that the table was very dirty and sticky so I notified her so that someone could clean the table and fill it, she told me handed over a cloth to clean the table myself. I just ordered 20 pieces of plant-based croquettes and I received 20 mrx of chicken.. okay, mistakes happen, but what a waste! Comes without any sauce chosen? YOU ARE RECRUITING POORLY EDUCATED PEOPLE!!! Today, Monday May 20, around 9:45 p.m., I went to the counter to place my order as usual, as a loyal customer of this franchise. This time, I wanted to get the 2 pack of medium pizzas which includes 4 toppings, 4 drinks and 2 dips. I literally told the girl I want to take advantage of the offer above please , pointing to the offer in question on the display screen with my finger. Taking a look at it, she said ok. I thought each pizza had 4 toppings, when in reality it was 2 for each. I paid for my order and when I received my invoice I saw an amount that was double what I thought I would pay. I quickly asked for an explanation from the girl to rectify if there was a mistake before they started preparing the order. She told me that I actually ordered 4 toppings for each and that the offer only included 2 for each. Realizing my mistake, I asked her to cancel it and place a new order respecting the offer in question and there she told me with an ironic tone that it was impossible without giving me any reason (I called back that at this time, they still have not started the preparation). Bad service, its unbelievable. The cashier should not be doing customer service. The online system makes a mistake by not sending them the order and I have to resolve everything myself, even if my order is paid for.

I like the Pizza-Pizza franchise, but this restaurant needs to train its employees properly! Today was my WORST experience! I go there on my lunch hour, so I dont have 4 hours to wait... I waited 30 minutes for a stromboli and I couldnt wait any longer, because I had to go back to school. Only two employees for a Thursday lunchtime, it s unacceptable! They left a family to starve because they got the wrong pizza. After 30 minutes, I asked for a refund and he rolled his eyes at me and threw a $10 on the table. Truly UNACCEPTABLE!! I would NEVER go back there again!
