I ordered butter chicken poutine and this is what I received. Come on. Without a bill, when I get home, I guess Im going to eat butter chicken rice even if thats not what I asked for.

This place has changed ownership. Its really not good. Do not advise. Have changed the recipe. The pizza is not edible. Why buy a company and change the recipe. Should leave your own company in bad taste.

I was always answered in French! Always very kind! Food for me is good! Good pizza, but the poutine with the breaded fries not so much! Would be better regular fried! Generous cheese, but all too salty! Very unsanitary toilet!!!

I was really looking forward to tasting the breaded chicken burger, but what a disappointment! What I was served was a simple slice of dry chicken, without any flavor. The service was equally deplorable. Frankly, I am very disappointed. I dont recommend.

Im saving you time. Order elsewhere. Very poor customer service experience. I have ordered several times and the service is always poor with them. They delivered one of my orders to another city and refused to compensate me. I still gave them another chance and ordered again. They took 2 hours to deliver. Once I arrived, I said I wouldnt pay. The delivery man called the restaurant and the manager told him to take the order again in this case.

It arrives in 15 minutes upon delivery its delicious even very late impeccable customer service and dining room open late

Chicken wings and pizza are good

I really advise you not to order from there ESPECIALLY at night! The kitchen staff doesnt care about the quality of the food. They will put anything in the bag and they forget certain things. It cost me $70 for raw pizza, butter chicken that made you vomit and my forgotten onion rings. Basically it tasted stale and the little I ate gave me a stomach ache. TERRIBLE .

I dont know if youve ever eaten a good club sandwich, Im amazed by the quality of what I ate. Chicken cooked without being dry, toast without being wet or overcooked, bacon which crisps my mouthful of tomatoes and lettuce. I strongly advise you to eat a club sandwich at Pizza St Laurent. Wow!

Huge downgrade from the quality of the last owner. Prices increased by 30% on all menu, food quality and quantity got reduce. This place was a go-to, now it should be avoided.

Nice people! But just be little bit careful with your food prep because I found out a piece of plastic in your fried chicken while eating.

They use frozen fries. I had to throw away three-quarters of my poutine. When processing the order, they did not respect the requests made in the field provided for this purpose, namely: to put the sauce separately for the second poutine, and added onions and relish to the hot dog for which we specified only mustard and cabbage. Worst fast food place to eat.

What can I say about this restaurant We had a late night munchies and this place was suggested to us.. A real disaster!! I would have liked to show you our plates... A slice of totally dry pepperoni pizza that was lying behind the pizza selection window and that they overheated because the pizza in addition to being dry, was HARD as hell. rock! I had the right to a replacement of choice because they no longer had chicken fingers and suggested kibbles instead because it was supposed to put several this was not the case and the kibbles were so hard and overcooked that you could hit the plate with it!!! Very disappointed honestly And the restaurant wasnt too great, mosquitoes were coming out everywhere. I hope other people will have better luck than us...

They still owe me two Tika mashala meals, they dont want to reimburse me or give me back the meals. After several weeks of trying to recover my due, still nothing. They took $40 off my back. So here I am filing a complaint on Monday. And I send them the mapaq too. Maybe theyll stop laughing at us.

Almost an hour of waiting for an Italian poutine and a soumarin. Worst poutine Ive eaten ever. Fries ok, taste of artificial cheese (poutine topic made from palm oil and dairy substance) but the worst is the sauce which is dry, bland and unappetizing. Assembly: a pile of dry fries that only the top is colored by the sauce but without being impregnated with it. The limited quantity of cheese is so tasteless that we dont care that there is so little of it. The submarine was ordinary, nothing to add. The only positive point is that it is open when there is just McDonalds as another alternative. The only reason I would go back: being hungry after an evening in the bars... Whatever McDonalds has for that... meh, a bowl of cereal will do the trick.

Two hours for me to get my food, all cold.

We ordered 3 times and only disappointments. First time took 2 hours before arriving and did not prepare the order as we had ordered on Uber. 2nd time complicated having the telephone line to order and the welcome can be warm from the respondent. The order for a Sub with house sauce was actually a kraft envelope of Italian sauce and the soumarin tore it all up and botched So the third time and the second time we asked and left a note not to ring and call on our phone so as not to wake up the others we live with. And the insistent delivery man who rang several times and telling him that its been twice that we ask not to ring a short dsl before giving the order and leaving. On this note the food remains very good but I find that there is a lack of effort in the task.

Not only did I wait over an HOUR, I got my pizza completely ruined! The only good thing I got from this is a free meal. DO NOT give these people your money it s not worth it!

The place is small but the pizza is great, the owner is very welcoming. There was a small problem with the order and he gave us a free pizza. In addition, it is one of the only places where it prepares Challah meat.

Horrible service. Here 3am still open till 5am which its cool pretty quiet place. However the cashier isnt Quebecois dont even understand my French I requested salt n pepper they did not understood and even I repeated twice with mimics. They wasnt even sure to understand my French. I am born in Quebec and never had this issue. Had to get em by myself. Food was meh ok ok they could have cooked pizza better. Ambiance and place could have worked better if they invested into it. All they just want is monnie monnie.

I honestly dont understand all the negative reviews, Ive been ordering here for 2 years and Ive never had a problem ordering or a ridiculous wait for delivery, and Ive always been answered kindly on the phone. Yes, basically they are English-speaking owners so sometimes you have to be patient to give the order, but to get upset, really not! Whats more, they even answer me with my first name on the display! :D My last order was Saturday evening, I called at 5:38 p.m., it rang like 5 times and I was answered, I received my order 38 minutes later. We always order their 15 pcs fried chicken combo, its worth it for the price and its good and hot, theres a little spiciness in their recipe :) The fries are good and crispy. Ive never tried the pizza so I cant give an opinion on it, I ordered takeaway once, its definitely a small restaurant on the street corner, not really made for eating in, but I was well received. Very bad customer service, the lady at the till today was very rude and disrespectful.

Staff is rude, disrespectful and unorganized. I placed an order (and paid for it) through DoorDash for pickup, got there and the rude lady in front just said she didnt get any orders. She did the same thing to the next guy who walked in too. Paid for my food again & got a refund from DoorDash then she was yelling at me that I cancelled my online order and practically threw my food at me from behind the counter.
