Basha Restaurant in Longueuil

I ordered 3 plates of shish taouk The garlic sauce and hot peppers were missing. Additionally, the chicken was dry and burnt, not to mention the questionable color of the pickled turnips. Impossible to reach the restaurant with the number they give. This is the first and last time I have done business with them, really disappointed with everything.

Im sick after going there.

The only thing to improve is that there are never vine leaves even though the item is on the menu. Too bad, I love it.

Cliente depuis plus de 15 ans a se restaurant car je travaillais dans le centre d achat, j ai toujours été très satisfaite ! Depuis un temps les assiettes ont bcp diminuer ! Avant nous avions un plat remplie jusqu au couvercle et maintenant vous avez couper pratiquement de moitié ! Je trouve ça dommage car j ai toujours apprécié ce resto!

I like Lebanese cuisine. This small restaurant is located in Place Désormeaux. Shish taouk, Shawarma and falafel. Im salivating. The service is good and the portions too. The restaurant is a little old and deserves a little refreshment. But that doesnt take away from the good taste of the food served there.

Always errors on delivery. Sorry my opinion was not for the Place Désormaux branch but for the one on the corner of Briggs Street. Sorry again

I bought a plate of Shawarma and I couldnt it it because the rice was spoiled and the sauce was so salted .

The first time yesterday and the last, I regretted having ordered even though I saw that all the salads had been made for a few days, even the meat, I dont know how long it had been reheated and put back in the fridge! Then the Mr. who serves the customers (looked like the owner was trying to serve what he wanted to get rid of them and not what the customers asked for (asked me are they two plates of chicken? Yet I ordered beef, and he did the same thing with a lady for the rice and potatoes, so I noticed it wasnt just an oversight) The meat had no shawarma spices and was all dry because it was reheated a thousand times and the salads all salads none were fresh, the Lebanese rice without vermicelli and the potatoes without garlic,,,so ZERO quality and freshness at all. offer to its customers, it should close. This Basha has completely ruined the image, the delight and the real taste of Lebanese food!

If I could give 0 stars I would.. I ordered 3 plates, 2 arrived correct and 1 I asked for shish taouk without rice plus potatoes. I received 1 shawarma no salad with rice (I dont eat shawarma like ever) I called they told me that in their system it was written shawarma and that it was my mistake.. I I spoke to the boss who told me that he couldnt do anything and couldnt send me another plate.. and that it was my mistake.. I said that I would move and that they would be better off replacing it. My partner went and no one answered him they gave him a plate again with rice very little chicken and in short I didnt even eat and spent $58.. I strongly advise against

I ordered there for the first time and my Falafel balls were all very dry and burnt and black inside. I concluded that they passed me falafel that had already been cooked and they recooked them to pass them to me. Tastes like the Brule was overcooked.

The food is always excellent in my opinion, the only downside is the pita breads are often dry. Otherwise quite large portion personally I am always full with a plate.

It was the first time we ordered and also the last. It took 1 hour 15 minutes to receive our delivery and there was a live ant on my plate. So I tried to contact the restaurant several times but after 7:00 p.m. no one answered the phone.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. When we called, the waitress only answered Hello. So theres no way to know if youve made a mistake unless you ask and get the answer well yes. It took 1.5 hours to get our order delivered. A little more and the delivery man left with 1/4 of the order, making a mistake. The icing on the sundae? Like many people, when I order a shish taouk trio, its not the sandwich that interests me the most. Were not going to lie, its for potatoes ;). Well, this evening I had falafel. No potatoes. In addition, I try to call to comment that I did not have the correct order and no one answers. It was 8:05 p.m. NEVER order from this location. Unless you absolutely want to be disappointed.

The food is good and fresh. The reason I dont give 5 stars is that I called yesterday to come and make Basha at your branch and you are dealing with a delivery subcontractor who doesnt care. We have waited for our order yesterday and after an hour, I called you back and you told me that the food was not even prepared and that you were still trying to contact your subcontractor for delivery. I will come to the branch with pleasure, but no delivery with you.

I was served by a young woman, her service was far from exemplary in addition to barely putting chicken in my pita! I have never eaten a pita with so little chicken! It remains to be seen if all the employees provide this type of service, the food seems good but the cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired!!!

Me and my boyfriend ate there last night for dinner and honestly never again. We are experiencing indigestion, probably due to food poisoning. The condition of the back kitchen was disgusting. The guys didnt have any extra gloves. Honestly, Im going to file a complaint for unsanitary conditions.

I just ordered a lunch for me and my son $34.23 apart tip... 1 hour more waiting without sauce on my plate.... in my opinion its the worst service $40 lunch and not able to put everything the ingredients from the order point... I call never stinks....
