Was there for lunch, work group, midweek. Tataki with mango. 10.95$. small portion, taste was ok, nothing more. sprinkled on the dish was an absurd amount of small candied pieces of ginger. not a good match. Steakhouse Tartare. 4oz 14.95$. taste was ok, nothing wow! 3 small pieces of toast. I wouldnt go back or recommend. Theres just no effort, no wow! Another example of a franchise not really doing anything to seduce first time customers. No idea how to run a restaurant. over 40$ for lunch w a small glass of wine. No thanks.
the amount of meat in thoses "tartares" is so ridiculous. I tried 2 different ones, and got "tartares" with 25-30% of meat. The quality is insanely low.
had dinner here with my friend. The best pocket bowl in my life, I highly recommend it, I took it with beef. The girl gave excellent service, I was satisfied, I will definitely come again. The only thing is the place is very small. ☺
Food is great. I love Wednesday all you can eat option. I usually go to the dix 30 one. But after visiting this branch it will be sadly my last time to ever eat hear. I gave 4 stars, because I know it is a small business and I care about the well being of the owners and their staff. But honestly this experience specifically was quite bad. The waiter really went out of her way to make me feel un comfortable, she made me feel quite uncomfortable every time I had to order a new plate.
Services efficaces. Merci beaucoup au chef pour les tartars et merci au serveuses qui était vite et courtois. Great service thank you to the chef for the good food and thank you to the waitresses for being so nice and super fast. Worth every penny. Try everything. They have specials every day but Saturday. Nacho salad is so so good.
I use to love this restaurant. Would've normally given a 4. We love going on wednesday nights for all you can eat tartar. The last time we went, we had a so-so experience; bad nights do happen. However, tonight was worse. Arrived before 19:30, waited a good 40mins for a table. When we finally sat down, we were rushed to order. Once we got our tartar, our 2 croutons each didn't suffice and it took a while before we could signal for more. When it was time to order plate #2 and a beer, not only was it difficult to get a server to come to our table, we were told to hurry since the restaurant was closing in 20mins (21:00) We received our plate 10mins later, with no beer, and only 2 croutons... AGAIN. By the time we were done our second plate (which we ate without croutons), it was 21:00 so we couldn't order another serving or even desert. And when we received the bill... they had charged the never-received beers! Sorry to say that the amount of tip left was proportionate to the quality our the service we got. Will probably think twice before going back....
The tartars were all amazing!! We went on Wednesday where its all you can eat night. For 25$ its an amazing deal. The salmon bacon maple was my favorite. THE ONLY THING IS we were charged 5$ extra because we asked for extra salad. Are you kidding me?! Its all you can eat and I was charged that much for a tiny plate of salad wow. The worst is no one told us. The waiter just said "Yeah sure no problem".....
I go here every second Thursday, and it never disappoints me. The food is delicious and creative, the tuna with pomegranate seeds is divine. I always look forward to ordering from this place. While I've never sat in and ate I do find the place to be appealing and have a nice atmosphere. I always take my food to go and always get a great portion and delicious food. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Simply excellent. Quiet and nice place, 100% fresh meat guaranteed because I have a very sensitive stomach and have never been sick after any visit and always digest well, I highly recommend the place for people who like calm.

Yum! I took the tuna tatami as a starter. Superrrr good and original. Yum. And the Kuto beef tartare. Delicious. However tonight there were way too many pieces of parmesan in it. I pushed it aside. Last week he was perfect. Maybe a little more consistency please, but otherwise yum. And a little suggestion, it would be even better with fries!!

I liked the concept of a restaurant specializing in tartares. There are all you can eat days which are really nice.
Their Wednesday deal breaks the week in two, with their all-you-can-eat tartare with 4 choices; tuna, salmon, beef and shrimp. Yum!

Hugely enjoyed my maple salmon tartare. With a good soup and Kuto nachos on the side, I really enjoyed it. For a weekday lunch, it was quite quick to prepare but attractive and tasty. I highly recommend.

I love Kuto! The maple salmon and pub style beef are my favorites! I often went to this branch until a certain Wednesday. I went there for the all you can eat formula for the first time. Big disappointment! The quality and seasonings were not as good as other days! Maybe I got it wrong?

The KUTO restaurant in old Longueuil is just perfect. The tarts are delicious, especially taken on the terrace.

Jai tjrs aimer le kuto. Hier jai fait livrer via doordash, mais un erreur de debutant sest produit. Une soupe chaude placer par dessus et dans le meme sac que les tartares.. la fameuse livraison de doordash qui prend 45 min, evidamment les tartares sont devenue tiedes... Moi qui nest pas difficiles, nous lavons mangey. La nuit fut difficile par apres.
I bought a pub-style tartare from this kuto for the first time! I dont know what happened but my tartare didnt taste like usual... in fact it wasnt good... I didnt turn around because I was late for the airport... really super disappointed plus I had ordered more.... $33 in the trash BUT the service was good! And I forgot that my green salad didnt have radish and cucumber as usual... really a big flop for us yesterday

The tartar was absolutely delicious! I would love it if they had a bigger beer or alcohol sélection and the atmosphere was ok. But like I said: the food was good!
This evening I ordered via UberEat. It was good. I got the Pub Style and Shrimp Caesar duo but I only had 3 buns and the description of the Oreo cheesecake wasnt really what I was expecting. It was more of a chocolate cake with white oreo creaming but I would definitely recommend.

The best of the entire franchise!
The Kuto Beef Tartare really lacks elegance. For much less money, you can have the same experience at McDonalds with a Double Cheeseburger. Too many roughly cut pickles. Its like theyre saving on beef with the pickles.
Excellent tartars, a little long waiting time but the place is very small so thats normal. It would be nice when you take the unlimited formula on Wednesday to perhaps have a slightly larger first portion or to be able to order the refills 2 by 2 because it is quite long. Otherwise excellent place

I call to make reservations, but they dont take reservations. We are told that there are still places left so we go straight there and when we get there, no place before 1 hour. Truly, what an experience!! With covid, there are only 6 places available in the restaurant, and we cant book?? It doesnt make sense! Well never go back there again.

Really love this restaurant! There are a few options that are gluten and lactose free, and theres often promotions and weekly specials that are pretty worth it. They can also modify their recipees a bit (i.e. you can exchange shrimps for salmon, or ask that they remove a specific ingredient ,etc.) They have a kuto sauce instead of soya sauce, which is basically a soy sauce with citrus flavors. Pretty good on any of their dishes!

Wow! Yesterday I ate one of the best Tatars ever. It was tasty, fresh, tasty, the portion was generous. The cut of the beef was perfect. The quality/price ratio is more than excellent, despite the current difficult context. A very nice discovery. It was my first, but certainly not the last time I went there.

Small, no-frills restaurant. I had the vegetarian tartare which, in the end, was not really interesting. It would be accompanied by a so-called Caesar salad which was not one and which was bathed in its vinaigrette. In short, I am disappointed with my experience and I do not plan to return.

I like the place both for take out and dining room. Friendly staff. Good, hearty and tasty food and really not too expensive. I like the tuna tartare with pesto and green apples in the Poké bowl version.
I went to get the tuna tataki on the Ardoise, to eat at home. Taste-wise, it was perfect, but the portion was really insufficient. I had 5 small slices of tuna on a bed of vegetables and fairly sparse wakame, with the bag of homemade chips. Since opening, the price has jumped considerably, but the portions have decreased, which I find a shame. I love the concept of this restaurant and I dont mind paying for tartare, but I like not having to make dinner again afterwards.

The Old Longueuil place used to be much better, but wait time is getting worst, portions smaller and they often run out of the weeks special. Next time Ill probably go to the Brossard one instead.

Superb location in old Longueuil. Small but well-appointed space with small terrace at the front overlooking St-Charles Boulevard. Very friendly and very courteous and pleasant staff. Parking is a bit difficult, especially from Thursday to Saturday evening. Thin menu but the tartares are good. Interesting specials like unlimited Wednesdays on a selection of 4 tartars. But the last time we went there it was a little disappointing in terms of taste. Its difficult to maintain consistency in quality I suppose. But generally we really like the place.
The tartars and salads are excellent! The dining room is small but there is a terrace. I always take out and the service is fast and courteous.

Küto is THE Tartar counter not to be missed in Longueuil. Located in the heart of old Longueuil, the Küto is easy to access. Equipped with a micro-terrace where you can enjoy the balmy summer evenings, in a not too noisy environment. Paid parking but not after 6 p.m. on weekdays!! Honestly, I fell in love with our waitress. The all-you-can-eat Wednesday Tartars were all good. Served in reduced portions and accompanied by crouton. In addition to the all-you-can-eat menu, there are varied suggestions. I would have liked a pinch more daring, just a little touch of flavor that would take us off the beaten track of revisited Tartare. For the whole thing and for our waitress, Ill go back without a problem!
Pire tartare de ma vie. Je vous déconseille le thon qui est décongelé. De ce fait, la chair est altérée, filandreuse. Les morceaux nétaient pas coupé assez finement à mon goût. Service à la clientèle très rigide : impossible davoir un peu de salade et un peu de chips maison en accompagnement, même en demi-portions, cest soit lun, soit lautre!

Very good tartares and all-you-can-eat Wednesdays are the best days to try the place. The prices for tartares are excellent, but there are few seats and the wine selection is rather limited.
It was good. We took the Küto and we have no regrets. On the other hand, I find that the way it is served is a little cheap... Like the plastic plates and bowls. Otherwise the place is clean and the service friendly.

Owners are horrible. Staff is incredibly mistreated and I even heard one of the owners tell an employee that he would « slam his face in the pavement ». Food was fine but the atmosphere created by the owners completely ruined my meal.
