I ordered a sub which was as requested but the meat-smoked pizza ended up being an onion-olive pizza and when I called them to tell them about the mistake the manager didnt want to hear anything so theyre stuck forever and everyone will hear about it. All this for a pizza mistake that could have been resolved in a good mood. Dont order there, you will be disappointed.

pizza all dress tres mole,,beaucoup trop de fromage , sinon pratiquement rien d autre ou tres peu. Piment presque pas cuit. Frites grosse et tres grasse , tres dur a digéré. Vraiment pas aimé. Mais mes goûts ne sont pas ceux des autres. Les autres plats sont peut etre mieux . Endroit simple et propre , personnel souriant et accueillant.

I thought their poutine was the best in the neighborhood, but thats no longer the case. Dry fries that look frozen, sauce that tastes like water... its really bad now. since they changed ownership the meals and the change in recipe is really disappointing. They send uncooked fries, with sauce which is bathed in oil and which has been diluted in water. Not possible to speak with a supervisor or manager on the weekend because there are none and must call during the week to be able to have the meal sent back to them. Which doesnt make sense because the meal is already in the trash. I had the misfortune of tasting the poutine only to notice the poor quality and they tell me because I tasted the poutine they cannot take it back. Obviously I have to taste it before complaining. the receptionist was stupid too. So basically a big 0 for quality and service. I dont recommend.

An excellent restaurant... the best in Longueuil. Courtesy on the phone, speed of delivery and above all an exceptional smoked meat submarine. Highly recommend.

Ive come to eat here twice now and I love it. Nice quiet little place with great service (which is rare these days). The food is also very good. So many good comments. I will come back for sure.

UPDATE.. I dont understand why, but for quite a while, the quality has drastically decreased... I continued to order, thinking that it was just a bad time like that... Unfortunately, no. The standard has really fallen. There I have to give up and find a better place. Wow!!! We couldnt wait to find excellent pizza in Longueuil. We tried almost all the pizza delivery restaurants. Plutôt bon petit resto avec des plats classiques comme des pizzas, burgers, poutines, pâtes, sous-marin etc... Jai pris le pita gyros avec la poutine, assez grosse portion. Le fromage de la poutine est frais, la sauce est très bonne, le gyros excellent (moi qui capote là-dessus!). Je recommande pour un repas simple sans se casser la tête.

Its not the first time Ive been here, the restaurant closes at 10 p.m., yet I arrived at 9:23 p.m. and the employee told me that the restaurant was closed and that the cash registers were closed as well, I understand the fast food industry , you have to arrive before closing, but when I arrive 40 minutes at Lavanc and they refuse to serve me I find it a blatant lack of professionalism.

Today I went to buy myself a pizza. I asked to eat in the restaurant but since I hadnt given a tip, I was kicked out of the restaurant. I would like to clarify that I am a woman of color. Usually, I eat there without any problem but since the Manager was there and I didnt tip, she forced me to tip then kicked me out of the restaurant. Shes the manager. I want to say that she spoke to me very badly and that it was super unpleasant. I am a calm person by nature but I could not let such aggression go by. I am a young black student. The manager acted in an openly racist manner towards me. Certainly, they cook well but because of the manager, I have a bad image of the restaurant.

What gangs of cellars! They say closed at 11:00 p.m. but dont take orders after 10:30 p.m. and close the kitchen at 10:30 p.m.

In delivery I order an 8 inch lfg pizza I am told who has an extra to pay wow I take an all dress instead the dough was hard and its resemblance not to an all dress and whats more I asked for a menu and I received nothing , not sure to order again

My wife and I order from there very often. And sometimes we even eat there! Its a very good restaurant with several choices but they are still perfected in each of them! Its excellent! Edit: Well... after 8 years of loyal customers, we never call back there again. Constant menu change, drop in quality and delivery always exceeding 1 hour and more as reliable (crushed or compacted food). Its over.

I called a little before closing this evening at 10:24 a.m. then only 20 minutes later my order arrived . I ordered a 14 inch steak peperonnie cheese sub with smoke meat then honestly the sub was great it had meat in mass then it tasted very good too so its up to you to cook it who made this wonderful submarine I say well done then thank you again

So disappointed with the pizza! Didnt look anything like the ones in the photos, although we relied on them to order. Large all dressed without pepper ($42.06 including the delivery mans tip) but difficult to find the pepperoni and the mushrooms were also hidden. Thinner crust than in the photos :(( Usually, for a big craving, we order a medium for 2 people while here, we completely finished the large one without feeling stuffed at all! VERY EXPENSIVE for the product delivered! Really disappointed.

Its monnoerdu as long as shes there. I asked for Caesar salad and for the chef and I dont have my Caesar I just have the chef very disappointed she doesnt even take the time to speak correctly she insists on me place and she says I never ask for Caesar when I know. First time ordering here, and I admit that I am really happy with this new discovery, very good pizza dough and delicious crust (not cardboard!) and a lovely light and sweet sauce! My new favorite pizza (Ive been to Milan, Raphael, Allo Pizza, Jacques-Cartier, Pizza Longueuil, Métro pizza etc) and really this one is perfect if you like your pizza juicy, thick and well garnished. Worth the price, fast delivery and hot pizza!

Food arrived 1h45 later cold and really not edible. Before it was good but now its really rubbish. I ordered a cheese burger the bread was wet the meat was dry a mega large piece of onion bigger than the meat. This dish ended up in the trash and I really dont recommend this restaurant!!!!

Masks worn by the cooks were under their noses. Makes me doubt the cleanliness of the place. We found a hair in our fries on top of that.

It s simple: everything is good and the plates are generous. Merguez, subs, ribs and even salads. But the pizzas... Wow. Premium ingredients and the bacon is always cooked well. These are Americanized pizzas and not the thin-crust wood-fired pizzas, so it s best to know that before you call. I referred this little treasure of a restaurant to several people who, in turn, adopted it! :)

I would have liked to side with your many positive comments.... We ordered two 10 pizzas, a poutine and a Pepsi..... for more than $40. We only managed to eat a piece each. Even my 10 year old daughter was disappointed, suffice to say! Soggy dough, very few low quality ingredients drowned under a ton of cheese, questionable chicken..... even the Pepsi wasnt fresh.... at least the service was courteous and efficient!...

Small restaurant, but large pizza with stock inside and full of taste. Which is rare now. Pepperoni on two levels, cheese in masses, and not just a few pieces of vegetables scattered around, theres pizza size. But you also have to try the chicken skewer. Bon appetit.

One of the best pizzas in town. This reminds me of the pizza at Naples, a restaurant in Gatineau (formerly Hull) on Montcalm Street. I find the same taste at Les Frères Grillés. Pizza cooked to perfection and they dont pretend to put the ingredients on the pizza. And then the fries!! I ordered fries for two, I had fries for four. I was impressed, because rare are the times when I have been surprised like that. Enjoy your meal
