When I came back from my commat I called the police and they told me to give a bad account explaining what happened. IVE NOTICED WHEN SOMEONE WRITES THAT THEYRE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE my sushi VERY OFTEN SENDS A COMPLETELY CONTEMPTIVE RESPONSE. WHAT HAPPENED TO ME IS VERY SERIOUS AND HIGHLY CRIMINAL.

OMG!! Just WoooOoW!! I have been ordering from Mon Sushi for almost 5 years! At no time was I disappointed! The ingredients are ALWAYS (and if I could emphasize always I would) fresh and the presentations careful. The flavor and color combinations are simply excellent. Many times I called back to make a correction or add something to my order and each time I was answered courteously and had no problem making the changes! The owners are generous, kind and adorable!!! Their own delivery person is really sociable, courteous and attentive!

Big disointement by far from a sushi restaurant. After 58$ order where I mentioned no avocados because Im highly allergic.. guess what? They put avocado in almost all of them. I called them and they were rude from the beginning. Refused to redo or refund. I wasnt even able to eat the ones without avocado in them because they were still in contact.. I cant believe the utter disrespect I got from them it was disgraceful. Next time i will definitely be going ANYWHERE BUT HERE. They claimed not to serve me yet I have bank statement saying I ordered from their restaurant and the receipt with the name and adress on it.

Very boring that they very rarely answer the phone. Another comment mentioned it and they said they were on vacation when they really werent... And at worst, if thats really the case why not put a voice message announcing it or simply say that they are closed on Google Big lack of professionalism & consistency in all that. We end up not understanding anything to be honest, wondering what is really going on...

J ai commandé la première fois chez eux par hasard car tous les autres restaurant de poke bol étaient fermés cette journée de déménagement et depuis, nous les avons adopté. Je recommande !

5/5 for the sushi. Fresh, delicious, great prices! 3/5 for service. The restaurant did not want to deliver the sushi to our house since we live in Saint Lambert and not in Longueuil, even though we are 15 seconds walk from the Longueuil border. We were ready to pay extra and live less than 3km from the restaurant (free delivery within 3km).

Big disappointment! Chefs choice 11 pieces, I had 10. And 10 vegetarian. I called to mention it and they called me a liar! And I was told that the chefs choices were always vegetarian. The manager was rude, didnt say a word, raised his voice, said he didnt care about losing customers. In short, we see that this restaurant does not focus on customer satisfaction but only intends to maximize its profit. $50 for cucumbers, its up to you. Mitsuki makes better offers.

Nous avons fait une commande de 88 morceaux + 2 autres choses. 110$ au total. Majoritairement des sushis de légumes, une faible portion de poissons. Je suis déçu, je ne mattendais pas a manger des sushis végétariens. Aucun avocado en plus, juste du comcombre. 3/4 comcombre dans chaque sushis. Première fois que nous ne mangeons pas au complet.

Saturday April 11: call 5:15 a.m. order for 36 sushi, the cashier tells me 45 mins 1 hour delivery time, perfect it is Saturday evening I understand that very well. 6:30 a.m.: still not received my order, I phone the restaurant and the cashier tells me that the order has gone, I live 4 minutes from the restaurant in question! 6:55 a.m.: I make another phone call to talk about my dissatisfaction (1h45...waiting for a nearby restaurant) 7 a.m.: I finally receive my order, no discount offered following my 2 hours of waiting, very average rice, fish which seems to have recently thawed. In short, overall a really bad experience and the quality of the sushi is by far among the best in Longueuil. The only positive point: the price was very affordable. First time and last time for me

Excellent sushi, fresh and delicious. The sushi pizzas are good too and the tartares are just sick! (in the best possible sense). No errors in the order, ready at the scheduled time and ultimately, very good service. Friendly staff. Another major detail is that they fill their sushi with fish, not like cheap places that load the skin of the buttocks for microscopic quantities of fish.

The best sushi in Longueuil.... quite honestly. A bit ordinary customer service though, sometimes simply asking for more soy sauce seems like a whim they don t want to fulfill. In addition, with orders over $25 you get free sushi, and when its $35 its even more... well, they tell me: you were missing 15 cents to be entitled to the $35 sushi ... a bit ordinary especially since I eat at least once a week! But dont be fooled, I will still continue to eat there because the quality of their sushi erases everything else! I tell you, I am a very big fan and there is nothing cooler! The texture of the rice is perfect in the mouth... it melts! Long live my sushi, but please take care of your loyal customers ;)

It has become our favorite sushi place in Longueuil!! Really inexpensive for the good quality. They also have delicious poke bowls!!!! For a la carte sushi orders, they give free sushi after a certain amount spent. Really excellent as a take out place.

Supplements of 1$ to pay debit and because I am more than 3km away. Also $1 to change the cucumber hosomaki for avocado hosomaki. The problem, ALL the sushi except the 6 avocado hosomakis contained cucumbers. I made a beautiful mountain with it when I got tired of everything tasting the same.

I discovered this restaurant thanks to my brother, because the place I always went to closed and he highly recommended it to me. I HAVE NOT BEEN DISAPPOINTED! It was excellent! The poke bowl was well stocked and delicious, the sushi was fresh and full of flavor, even my two men (spouse and child not liking sushi) enjoyed it! We even tried delivery and the person introduced me to a new kind that we love! In addition to having every time, the service is smiling, courteous and pleasant to discuss, we do not feel judged in any way with questions and they answer us :) I absolutely recommend! The only negative point, there is no bubble tea but at least there is various aloe juices. Bon appetit!

Just wow I ordered a chefs choice of 20 pieces, they gave me 10 different kinds of sushi, these were just perfect I could taste different sushi and they were all absolutely delicious!!
