I ordered a poutine and 2 bambino pizzas, the waitress said that It was the best pizza in the area, unfortunately it was the worst! The fries were not cooked perfectly and not even cheese curds, grated mozzarella cheese, in addition to being disgusting, were even more expensive than the other restaurants around. In addition to being late for work because we waited almost 45 minutes for our plates! She didnt even want us to bring dessert and we only received our liquors when we received dessert! We will never go to this place again. One of the worst experiences!

We have been customers for a little over thirty years the food is very good but on May 17, 2024 I had a disagreement with the waitress Mrs. N***** we went to look for a take out and she blamed me for dont tip her and I told her that we dont have table service but take out and she told me while putting my lunch in a bag that she was serving me if I follow her logic I should also tip a tip to the cook because he put the pizza in the box??? Ms. N***** there is no obligation to tip for a TAKE OUT its the principle of take out!!! See attachments below

If you want to enter a healthy restaurant. After saying that the two waitresses clearly said loudly that she didnt want any other customers, there was a third waitress who had no choice but to take the customers, donating us and another couple, she knew more or gave the head the other two counted their day and picked up the bottle really on it

I like this restaurant, the service is fast and the atmosphere is pleasant. We always have a smiling waitress and the lunch is super good. We go there regularly so, thank you Montaza employees... you are very appreciated and make our day more pleasant. THANKS

Worst service of all my restaurant experiences. I get a childs spaghetti at dinner time and it takes more than 35 minutes before I end up asking to have it to go. Not even a soup came in 35 minutes. Never go there for dinner if you have things on schedule it will make you late. I was a waitress myself and I loved seeing such bad service, the waitress didnt even want to give me the dessert that came with my menu!! And she ignored my boy when he asked her for parmesan cheese.

I used to have my lunch at this restaurant for a few weeks, I found the place nice. Until this noon. Today I opted for the daily special, which included soup, main course and dessert. I brought my soup as usual, otherwise Im no longer hungry if I eat it there, but they refused to let me leave with my dessert, under the pretext that its too much trouble and that Im being done a favor. Aye! I pay for my stuff, I have the right to do with it as I want. The favor is the customer who does it for you by trusting you. I find your policy brazen and it is theft as far as I am concerned. You will not see me again in your restaurant, and I will no longer refer anyone to you.

The portions are generous and the staff are very welcoming. Good value for money. However, the lack of staff is felt when asking for the bill, a wait of about 20 minutes before receiving the bill and another wait to pay it.

I love dining there, great variety in its menu, also the lunches are very good.

For real at the beginning I was afraid of the price because there was so much food and at such a good price, I dont regret my choice at all, my filet mignon was perfect and for my first time eating snails, zero disappointments, the service is fast and friendly, affordable price, good atmosphere, Ill definitely go back :D

Montaza is a snack/lunch style restaurant with everything that comes with it. What really pleased me is that the place is exactly what you expect. The prices are good ($45 tax in) for me and my 2 young children. Extra bench for the youngest. On the other hand, a big minus: there is no changing table. Otherwise its a very good place! Kid-friendliness: Boosters, high chair and wax crayon. No changing table

Before Covid, eating was better. EX. I ordered a scallop, the sauce was very liquid, it didnt have a lot of seafood but a lot of mushrooms. And I asked for fries which I didnt get. I had to return to get a refund. Parking: Lots of parking

so I order a Western omelette babause. it comes completely cooked and dry. the waitress serves it and says it looks dry, she didnt cook it well. I eat a few bites, eat the toast and get up to leave. the waitress says the cook made a mistake, I wont charge you for the cheese. So you agree that you didnt serve me what I asked for and yet you let me pay $13 for toast. I paid and left, but if you wanted to keep me as a customer you shouldnt have charged what you even admit you didnt do well. - I will not return to a restaurant that knowingly does not order correctly and charges me

At Montaza, the lunches are very diverse, delicious, and the portions are generous. It s a restaurant with a daily menu, not too expensive where you can eat everything. Perfect for getting together with family. The atmosphere is friendly and the service excellent. I recommend.

The worst lunch experience in Quebec. Very average food. A disrespectful waitress (blonde and of a certain age) came to ask me to leave to free the table even though the restaurant was empty. I had eaten and put my computer next to me to prepare for the driving test at the Saaq which is next door. The lady came to tell me from afar, in front of other customers and after an hour and a half: youve been here for a long time. Its not an office here! I hadnt finished my 2nd coffee (refill ), nor my plate. What a shame to treat customers this way.

J ai été Vraiment déçu Pour le Goût et les ingrédients j ai dans mon assiette de la coquille Saint-Jacques seulement une pétoncle de la sauce , champignons , céleri mais aucun fruits de mer le pire repas que j ai mangé . La (serveuse blonde d une certaine âge ) manque beaucoup de savoir-vivre et de respect grâce à elle vous Perdez 6 clients!

(added a star given the response I got on this review. Its rare feedback though!) I like to try cheap places to have their most expensive meals. I tried the Filet Mignon with langoustines. It was a funny experience... The steak was a little strange. Extremely tender, at least. But the taste clearly shows that it is a low quality cut. The meat was a bit slimy. Not to the point where I would consider it dangerous to eat, obviously. But still a funny texture. The sauce provided was surprisingly horrible, and gave a very unpleasant taste to the meat. The langoustines were the best part of the meal. But be careful, best part does not mean excellent. The breaded part was a strange dough that was far from crispy. They were more like seeds. I liked them alone, because the sauce (butter I imagine?) gave them a funny taste. Honestly, if I would have had a langoustine meal, I might have given it 2 out of 5. But the steak had a huge impact on the rating. Not to mention that I ordered the meal (Corona Time!) So maybe the breading took a hit... The soup was very funny. I literally ate better soups in my high school cafeteria. Its edible, of course. But it lacks kick. The potatoes were comparable to any potatoes found in regular lunch restaurants. Nothing special, but nothing negative nomplus :) For $20 I didnt expect more. And my hunger is satisfied, and that is enough for me. My family members tried the souvlaki, and they are quite good! I cant talk about that though, not having tasted it yet. But if I can say anything, its that this is a restaurant where you should stick to the classics. Its definitely not a restaurant for the fancy. The customer service is friendly though! My mother called a cashier, who was patient in explaining to her where to find the restaurants menu. No hate, just don t have the steak! Hahaha

The Greek salad is succulent and a very good size for a dinner. The staff are welcoming and all very kind. Great experience!

Le péppérroni est juste de la bonne épaiseur, pas trop mince. J ai seulement coté 2 endroits a Longueuil a 4 sur 5. Bravo. ( un petit bémol a amélioré est la quantité des ingrédients... ).

I like it but too many choices on several different menus. A menu at the entrance for daily specials, a menu on the placemat, a menu on a special page inside the menu and a regular menu on the real menu.

Different because of the pandemic...arrive at 11 a.m. 2 sections open one towards the shopping center several customers the other less people a waitress on this side and three on the other...give my choice out loud the coffee was served before the meal for me it was lunch I would have liked to have a cup of coffee during my meal a little attention which would have made all the difference I was asked if I would have coffee at the end of my meal I would have preferred while after it as if too late I had to leave my place quickly... it was an impression that I had, it was also my state of mind at the moment, it was the first time since the start of the pandemic that I tried the restaurant and not the takeaway, there was an adjustment to everything world is not easy..but that helps it will get better with time

Excellent pizza. But the restaurant stopped its progress in 1990, hence the decoration has never been touched up. Chairs almost entirely broken. Toilets.....horrible, freezing and disgusting. I only go there to eat the pizza, my best. Should offer the refill of liqueurs, we are in 2019, the mini glasses which contain 5 sips are outdated.

Les plats sont bon mais le service .... nous sommes arrivés et il n y avait personne . 15 min pour un verre d eau ensuite un autre 20 min pour réussir à faire prendre notre commande . Pour finir quand les repas sont arrivés, il y avait des erreurs .... qui ont été corrigé mais tout de même une expérience très ordinaire ... bref la deco date aussi de plusieurs années.
