If there’s one thing I’d suggest improving, it’s the lineup management outside, which can be a little chaotic at peak times. But honestly, that minor inconvenience is a small price to pay for such an incredible dining experience.
Even though the wait was about 50 mins and electricity got cut out , it is one of the best brunch spots I’ve ever been too, wonderful staff even better food 10/10
If ever you’re in Old Longueuil this is the BEST place for breakfast, brunch or just to have a light snack/drinks. Absolutely amazing food, friendly service and the atmosphere is charming. Food portions are great, flavorful,fresh and very tasty. They also have gluten free, vegetarian and lactose free options. My M-law was very pleased and can’t stop raving about the fact that they had GF+ lactose options. New favorite spot to indulge in some delicious food options.
Long awaited first time at this well known brunch staple in the heart of rue Saint Charles and it did not disappoint. Everything from the moment you first interact with the staff until the end of your meal is fantastic. Pro tip: if they recommend it, order it. Also, try to get seated in the back patio. We were a group of 4 so we were able to at least taste 4 menu items that were all fantastic. Monthly special lattes were great. Host, waitress, busboy, and all other staff interactions were very positive.

Would definitely give a 5 stars for a special brunch place at the south shore. The menu is very delicious and funky. This isn't a typical brunch place, they have some very delicious funky menu which it could satisfied everyone. There cocktails and drinks are very good as well. I will definitely go back to brunch in here.
Delicious breakfasts! We waited 30 minutes on a Saturday, but it was well worth it! Each of us ordered a different dish, and I was particularly impressed with their matcha latte. It had the perfect flavor, not too sweet, just right. I had the gravlax, which was good! My friends ordered their famous French toast, and they couldn't stop raving about it. Definitely a spot worth checking out for a tasty start to your day.
The food is great, combining traditional brunch with newer brunch, and every single item is worth trying. The coffee is also good, especially the specialty alcoholic coffee. The environment is overall cozy, but the downside is that it's crowded. If you don't want to wait in line, it's recommended to arrive before 9:30am.

Words are not enough to describe this place rich in flavors and exceptional service. A+
First, you have to wait about 45 minutes in line during the weekend. I ordered French toast and asked for no liquor in the syrup, but it was not possible since the syrup was prepared before. So they brought me chocolate spread instead but it was not tasty. Chocolate spread is not that hard, just buy Nutella! I also tried my friends orders, the muhammara omelet was meh, hardly could taste muhammara. But the goat cheese casserole was very good. I dont suggest this place if you look for a sweet brunch, but casseroles are very good

I am a regular at Péché matinal and I am never disappointed, it is by far my favorite lunch restaurant It is a restaurant located in the heart of Vieux-Longueuil and it has a beautiful character. The menu offers refined lunches and I find that the price is very reasonable for what is offered to us, compared to many lunch restaurants which are expensive for a regular lunch. At Péché matinal, the menu is diverse, and my favorite is the Panko French toast . There are several different types of beverages offered (coffees, smoothies, fresh orange juice). The service is always friendly and professional. I love the ambiance of this restaurant and recommend it to everyone!

Honestly I used to like this place, but today I arrived and after me another lady arrived. The waitress told us that it was just one table left, and he asked us « are you two together » as soon we answered no, he told me there was no table left. When we went outside the lady begin me took the table left. And i asked the waitress « why he give the table to her if i arrived first » and he told me like « ups she is already sit ». I felt very discriminated, due I arrived first. Honestly I felt it was more bc I am not canadian. It was a very bad experience

La bouffe était super bonne wow! La portion était très généreuse pour le prix et les saveurs étaient tellement bien agencées ensemble. Je crois avoir trouvé mon « spot » préféré pour le brunch :) On y était un dimanche vers 13h et on a attendu un 30 minutes pour la table. L attente vaut 100% la peine et montre à quel point la bouffe est aimée par les clients!
Children are a lot of work and over a lifetime cost parents $250,000. It is totally worth it just for the French toast off the kids menu here. The food (breakfast) here is twice as a good as anywhere in Montreal and won t have you take out a 3rd mortgage to afford it. Great spot! Have kids, eat well.
We no longer know what to choose from the menu because all the meals make us salivate. It gets complicated when we see our neighbors Plates arriving. Beautiful big plates!! Original menu that cannot be found elsewhere. Try their foie gras beans, they are exceptional and what about their ham gently cooked for 14 hours? They melt in your mouth. The staff is welcoming and the service efficient. If there is space, you can choose the glass roof side (a little noisier given the very high ceilings) or the bistro side.

The food, the flavors, the portions, the impeccable service, extraordinary attention from our server, the atmosphere, everything was there!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Dietary restrictions: I was there with a friend who has gluten intolerances and I must admit that I was more than impressed to see all the varied choices she could have!
I love this restaurant! They often have coffee or a drink of the moment. Their portions are very generous. During the summer I like to share a grilled cheese in takeaway format with a friend at the park across the street, normally I always bring half home. It also avoids the wait to enter the restaurant which sometimes can be a little long. I highly recommend!

Belle petite place. Nous sommes venus à 3 et nous avons opté pour la terrasse. Pour goûter le plus possible, nous avons choisi 3 plats différents. Résultat; difficile à choisir quel plat était le meilleur car tout était savoureux. Notre charmant serveur Paul nous a gâtés avec un mimosa pour souligner l anniversaire de notre ami, un beau geste apprécié de nous tous.
A place I go regularly, one of the best places for brunch in my opinion, and the queue that is there at the end of the week proves the success of this place. The service is very good, the decoration is also beautiful but of course the best is the food! Its always delicious, presented well and in quantity, I always have to take away!

My go-to brunch place! It gets busy quickly, so Id recommend going super early or later in the afternoon. The food is really good and authentic, and the portions are generous. I love the coffee of the moment that changes flavor every month (I believe), but are always super good. Ive always had good quality service as well. Prices are around 17-24$ per dish but worth the quality of food that you get.

Excellent discovery in Longueuil! I m still in Montreal but this brunch impressed me! The matcharetto cocktail is a delicacy not to be missed. The dishes are beautifully served and are very generous. The portions are huge, most foods are good but a bit disappointed on the salmon gravlax avocado on brioche, cant taste much the salmon, overpowered by the taste of the goat cheese, I would like to have the cheese on the side and little more salmon gravlax. Overall taste is great!

Small pleasantly surprised discovery. I was curious to go there because this place often has a waiting line. Arrived there, the place was busy and the waitress had a beautiful smile and welcomed us very warmly when we entered. The staff was happy and thats a plus for a restaurant. This day there was no waiting line due to the temperature. The service was fast and courteous. Surprised to find certain dishes that we cannot find elsewhere. For my part, I decided to choose the pear grill cheese and my partner a spinach omelette. The caramelized side of the grill cheese with the bacon tastes excellent. The potatoes were normal but the salad had a little light orange side and a lightness. We both liked it very much. The atmosphere was pleasant and the waitresses were all smiling. There are two sides of the restaurant at the front and at the back. The kitchen is in the middle between the two. I went to see the kitchen because we could see the dishes coming out and they all looked delicious. I talked to the cooks a little and they were great and smiling. They had fun cooking and it made me smile. Im going to go back to try the casserole because it whet my appetite just looking at it. Highly recommended To discover

I like the fact that you dont have to book, the room management is really very well organized like that, the waiters are great, not only nice but check the dishes before serving them which is becoming rare these days, the chef cooks looks great too Ive heard him motivate his clerks several times and it shows that the staff is happy to be here you have a great team congratulations you can feel that in the atmosphere and we like that! I came for the Easter brunch even with the room full everyone was in a good mood
I love this place, its delicious and plentiful. The ingredients are quality. The queue to get in is good proof of this. If possible, you must be there 15 minutes before opening to have our favorite table. However, it is quite noisy given the number of people and the toilets could be cleaner in an ideal world.
What a ridiculous place, closes at 3 p.m., but the kitchen closes at 2 p.m.? Its incredibly ridiculous. Otherwise, change your schedule to 2 p.m., people will understand that they can stay there until 2:30 p.m.-3 p.m. (were not that stupid), but at least they wont have the unpleasant surprise of getting there 1 hour before the so-called closure to be refused service.. And in a super condescending way too. We live in Longueuil, not only have you just lost at least $50 in sales today, but you have just lost what could have been regular customers. Too bad! Theres better service elsewhere!

This was my first time at morning sin and certainly not the last. The wait was worth it, we were very well received. The food is of quality and it shows in the plates. The blend of flavors in the braised beef poutine with bacon was succulent. The drinks menu is classic but the taste is excellent. A little extra for the panko bread, even if we had taken the small plate, it was enough to satisfy two good eaters after their meals. It was so soft that you felt like you were biting into a cloud. Finally, I would like to thank Olivier for his excellent service. See you next time in your glass roof or on your terrace as soon as it opens! Dietary restrictions: I was lucky enough to be able to change my maple mushrooms in the breakfast poutine for caramelized onions. A real treat!

The food is very good there is not the problem, but you will be kicked out after an hour and a half, WITHOUT NOTICE because there is always a line so if you are in a hurry IT WILL BE PERFECT for you but if you want enjoy it with your loved ones on a beautiful Sunday, forget it, they make you pay before finishing your coffee then they throw you out, even if you have waited a very long time in line... you risk waiting more long outside than the time we are going to give you to eat... whats more, it was done in a cavalier manner and with absolutely no reservations... go spend your money elsewhere... the other lunch places dont work not like that...

Wow, it was simply delicious! We went on a Friday morning and waited about 15-20 minutes to get a table. The service was warm and fast. Their latte , their food I will definitely go back! I hope I can have a table in the beautiful room with big windows next time

Its my first visit since I wanted to go there, I liked the well-stocked plates, I thought it would have grapes for fruit and the restaurant is simple in decor. I had the French toast with fruit and coffee caramel; I didnt think it really tasted like coffee.

Fan de café, elle a grandement apprécié son café au lait. Comme dautres lont mentionné, cest un endroit populaire et il faut sattendre... à attendre. Nous recommandons!

The food was great. Mushroom Omelette was amazing and the coffee is really good. Portions are quite large and the service is very good. We had to wait approx. 20 minutes on a Saturday morning due to a staff shortage but worth the wait. Will return!

Très bruyant.Le restaurant est un long couloir avec des plafond très haut.Pour une assiette partagé à deux s est très cher pour un déjeuner même si la nourriture est bonne par contre un peu gras.Le restaurant aurait avantage à réduire les portions et le prix.Nous avons vue pas mal d assiette qui ne se finissaient pas due a une trop grande quantité.

Best restaurant in town. Im really disappointed to see that we have 1:30 allocated for each visit... when it costs you $50-75 (for two) a lunch its very disappointing to rush to lunch and stress about getting in on time .
