Restaurant Ozen in Longueuil

Minimalist atmosphere but very clean. Very friendly receptionist. Nothing to say about the food, everything is good. I always have meal soups. Or the chicken poké bowl.

Doordash order. Just perfect. The quantity of food was reasonable and the vegetables fresh. I really enjoyed my Poke bowl, combining protein, rice and vegetables. There are good soups too.

I went to O Zen with a friend, great experience, its very clean, a nice welcome. The lady was very friendly. I took the W5 (Beef, broccoli and mushroom stir-fry) it came with a small wonton soup which was excellent, the meal was good! Ill go back there when Im in the area again!

Small portion for the price. There is no Pho spoon. A restaurant serving Pho must have Pho spoons. Me and my family ate there and had the food served in to go containers, which they dont show on the web.

Food is good, but terrible service, long wait when ordering at counter, Ive tried 3 time with same results. It would be simple to serve the soup while cooking the meal...

The soup tasteless and you eat in restaurant with disposable spoon and fork, because you pay before eating you give tip and you regret doing so. For sure my first and last time I eat in here.

I discovered this restaurant recently. The swallows nest was delicious. Won-ton soup on the other hand only contains 2 noodles (small format). I went back a second time on another day during my dinner hour and unfortunately no cook, so there were only salads available or almost. I was very disappointed

I had the bowl of grilled chicken vermicelli that comes with the soup, super good!! All the flavors were perfect and the little rolls like Vietnamese spring rolls, small, crispy and above all not soaked in oil or recooked like many places. For a first try it was perfect and quick delivery!

I had the beef broccoli with small wonton soup. 2 fried chicken wontons in a good, very hot and tasty broth. Beef like a Chinese fondue with large pieces of vegetables in a good sauce, also very hot and very good taste. For $20 its acceptable, regular portion... the beef could have been of better quality.

Always tasty and fresh, their dishes are particularly delicious. They have a personal touch that stands out from other restaurants. The flavors combine perfectly in my opinion. I love ordering there. Definitely worth a try if you havent already.

Run away! I ordered a dish with shrimp and instead they gave me chicken. Well, after that I taste the dish to give them a chance... It was INFECT. The sauce looked like it had been cooking for days and was very smelly and bad tasting. Horrible experience, restaurant to avoid. If I go to the emergency room after eating their food, I send them the bill.

Rude! The woman was very rude to answer any of my questions. The menu is on TV, that change all the time to pictures of food, so I asked if they have it printed or something, she said: get your phone and take a picture when the menu show up again. The price is high for the food they have. You have to eat with plastic

We had the chicken satay and there was almost no chicken, only breading. Additionally, the tofu Ozen bowl had very little tofu and the pieces were empty . Very disappointed with my meal which was quite expensive.

So Ive ordered the beef Pho which got here relatively quickly. But the whole dish was quite tasteless and not appealing. No flavour, like a teaspon of herbs... Seriously?? I expected more from a asian fusion restaurant. I know you guys have struggled during covid times... But its not hard to a make an easy tasty pho.

a good Asian restaurant is distinguished by its won ton soup in my opinion...and this restaurant succeeds with flying colors with this soup (with their homemade won ton) at an affordable price for the quality of the products, I suggest the crispy chicken with satay sauce! a real delight good food, good price, great discovery !

Very tasteless and quite ordinary.

The staff was friendly, price is a little high for the size of the soups. They had very little vegetables but had a good amount of chicken. The soup is tasty but not really your typical Pho soup. The egg rolls are small but really tasty. Overall a good experience, I would recommend it.

The food is great.

Expensive for what it is. No problem paying $17 for a plate of noodles, but it has to be good, not just okay. The little wonton soup is decent too. I dont recommend the imperial rolls (almost $6 for 3) because they are all small (lets say the length of a finger and the circumference of a womans thumb) and there is very little stuffing inside. The spring rolls are good, but there are few pieces and it is sold at the price of a main course when it looks like a starter except for about 2 pieces... It looks very clean on the other hand and the staff seems competent, no order errors etc.

Lemongrass shrimp are delicious But the restaurant is unfortunately often empty...I hope its better than I think.

I had the chicken red curry, it was far from it and tasteless. I also had vegetable soup, all the noodles were cut into pieces and as for the vegetables apart from two broccoli nothing else. No second chance.

Excellent vietnamese rolls to choose from my personal fav bienoa which are crab n shrimp also very good soups and Ozen bowls lots of variety !! Homemade and always tasty !!

The food is good... But the lady at the counter, the same one who answers the phone for deliveries, is so stupid every time. Which confirms to me that every day is bad for her. No way to ask her a question about the menu without her answering like were the lowest idiots. Really really unpleasant. It s a customer repellent!!!

A delight, rarely eaten so tasty, beautiful fresh vegetables and mushrooms accompany my delicate rice and crispy sweet and sour chicken, perfectly prepared. Go there without hesitation, takeaway is great!

I was going to but never again... too disappointed with their portions for delivery and takeout... you charge the same price but only of the portion in the delivery box. I want to tell you that you are safer than you ever were. I was going for generous portions AT ALL TIMES but I left you a five star rating and a very good comment but after seeing the quantities of food that you give to your customers who order take out or online I Im sad to say that never again and I encourage people to complain about their portions which I must mention were as big before for take-out as in the dining room...

Very good restaurant but it is very hard to order for delivery. They dont have more than one line so good luck catching the line at busy time. It has happened several times that I have given up and ordered elsewhere.

Its good for what it is. Asian-fusion (I guess), catered for white peoples tastes. We took pork bowl ($15 and change) and thu duc (its equivalent in springroll format ~ $14 and change, expensive for what you get). The taste was ok, missing a lot of fresh herbs Ive grown to love and expect in Spring rolls. They had mint, lettuce, carrot & cucumber complementing the porc (think more pork as in vietnamese sausage or something similar to those balls you find in pho) and these thick type of noodles, not vermicelli. The wonton soup that comes with the meal was sweet, filled with baby spinach and 2 fried wontons of mystery meat, wasnt crazy about it (I normally love soups). I was disappointed with the spring rolls, they came cut up in slices. The whole fun of spring rolls is dipping them in sauce and taking bites out of it. The sauce could have used a little kick, which was disappointing. I saw pepper in it, but there was no spice, makes me wonder if they werent bell pepper seeds instead. You have choice of tea or coffee included with the meal, I took the Jasmine tea, which was dark but tasted watered down. So overall, it was ok. Not great, but not horrible. If youre looking for food with authenticity, this isnt your place. But if youre hangry and in need of a quick bite with no expectations, this place can work.

Nice restaurant in appearance but not sure if a MAPAC inspector came by that they would be happy. I found it expensive for the quantity of food. I judge my experience of their establishment to be correct but nothing more. If I have to eat in this area eventually, I will probably go elsewhere. Im writing today but its already been a few months since I went there. Someone told me its better now... Happy for them.

I had the ginger chicken with wonton soup. The soup with a sweet taste. Not bad but nothing more. For the ginger chicken, you could call it ginger breading because there was about 5g of chicken in the whole meal. It was non-existent in most pieces and the breading was very dry on the inside and slimy on the outside. Not at all appetizing. The sauce was still good. Not recommended.

Jai commandé deux fois en livraison, et la dernière fois, on ma mis du riz plutôt que des nouilles croustillantes dans mon nid de nouilles croustillantes au poulet et légumes... Le délai de livraison est acceptable, la nourriture est bonne (les rouleaux printaniers sont très bons!), mais je trouve les prix élevés pour la quantité...

The spring rolls are absolutely fantastic. Dalats and Bien Hoa (with peanut sauce) are so delicious that I could eat just that for the rest of my life. If only there was an ozen in my town, I would go much more often!

Ozen is one of my favourite places to eat. I love their Spring Rolls. What a refreshing change in the fast-food world!! This place is healthy, fast and delicious! Wish there where more of them!

OZEN is my new favorite restaurant. I first tried the food from OZEN at a Christmas party where they had bought some beautiful platters of spring rolls. The rolls flew off the table and quickly became the talk of the table! When ever I am on the South Shore I always drop in and get some take out. Prefect for a qucik fresh healthy lunch or a great alternative for a family dinner. Love it all! Keep Up the great work!
