The service, the lady, very rude and mean, she yelled at me when I wanted to park, telling me that I couldnt park in their parking lot for 5 minutes if I went to the convenience store, never again at this restaurant..... .

When a large group has reservations, a minimum of 2 waitresses should be available to take orders. Half have finished eating and our full table still hasnt placed their order after over an hour. 1st and last time....we ended up paying for our drinks and going to eat elsewhere.

Today, April 7, 2024, I saw disgusting behavior happening in the parking lot of this location when I arrived. I cant tell if it was an employee the place where not a tall portly man wearing a white t-shirt and white pants after he was chatting with a few people outside near the kitchen door walked towards trash cans for urinating. The irony he knew I am a potential client who comes to eat my very good view but does not mind doing his dirty work. Really very dirty place and to top it off if this person works there who says he washes his hands? In short, even if he washes his hands after this behavior and is unworthy of a restaurant that accepts this kind of behavior. In short, for my part it s a restaurant that I crossed off my list.

Excellent food but difficult service from one of the waitresses. Not only did we wait twenty minutes before even receiving a coffee, asking for a menu was too much... when we had finished our plate, we waited another long time to pay. I dont know if we usually have to go to the counter to pay but the waitress had other customers pay at the table. What a shame.

But it was the third pizza that I had eaten among the pizzerias of Longueuil, the first Jacques Cartier pizza on Chemin Chambly impeccable and the service also so impeccable, the second was Papagino on Chemin Chambly!! The royal pizza wants a detour!! I really appreciated the service, the pizza and the fries were very hot and delicious mmmn, Im going back!!! Especially for the impeccable service!!! I was there Friday evening around 7 p.m., December 30, 2022!!!

I liked my dish but the service really needs to be reviewed! Because it took 18 minutes to take our order and while the waitress was at our table she was talking loudly with another employee on the other side of the room. So my opinion is that it is better to have it delivered!

Good service, nothing to say. On the other hand, I ordered cheese fingers and unfortunately I wouldnt suggest it. They are not crispy and taste more like dough than cheese.

Le royal 21, un restaurant Deli avec un vrai service. Le Deli du coin, je vous conseille la lasagne, sous-marin, les pita, les salade, pizza et leur soupe je ne suis jamais déçu. Les serveurs travail comme des fou pour vous servir.ils mérite leur tip ; ) Même le proprio s implique. Pas cher, tu sais pas quoi manger, au moins tous est bon.

We go there almost every weekend, it costs less than the lunch restaurant chains and its much better!!! No employee rotation (that means they are happy ) so you always have the same waitresses and they are all super fine!!! 12/10

Be careful if you order pizza. Although it is delicious, you may bite into something like a small piece of bone. This happened to us twice. I decided to call the 2nd time and the owner told me that I had sensitive teeth and that I was going to lose them all. He even called me a liar. One star is too generous for the mediocrity of both food and customer service. Inedible and rubbery overcooked eggs, extremely salty potatoes, almost moldy pineapple. They put and loaded us with meat even though I had specified without meat. When called to inform them of the situation, no solution was offered other than coming back to the restaurant and giving me two slices of French toast (which was also inedible) and making us feel like we were lucky that They offer us this option. I went to take out on December 30 for 2 poutines, I specified three times that I want crispy fries in my poutines. The cashier tells me there is no problem. When I got home I noticed that they gave me homemade fries (soft) and I called them. Telling me they are sorry and offering me credit for the 2 poutines. Im showing up this evening to pick up my poutines. To my surprise I have to pay the bill because the cashier blames the other cashier who served me. During my 15 minute wait there, there were 3 errors in the take out and delivery orders. I advise you to avoid this restaurant. You will be disappointed. If we could give 0 stars I would have done so.

I loved pizza! The filling is always good and abundant and the cheese is nicely browned. But for some time now, the pizza hasnt been cooked enough. This was the case in my last two orders. Damage.

But it cost 14.99 and the same size as the one that came with my plate (souvlaki pita with rice and fries) which cost 17.99....My boys salad should have been cheaper or larger at that price . Really disappointed with my experience; food not fresh, we wanted lunch it was 11am and I heard the waitress in the back saying that we were going to eat crap, didnt want to take our order, didnt even appreciate serving us; really stupid and even more unsanitary, forget the bathroom. It judges everyone who comes in to eat and shouts unjustified remarks throughout the dining room, targeting workers. Lets see! Dont go there!

The best pizza in Longueuil by far.

Little choice on the menu for lunch. Coffee which was frankly not good. Toasts served as if they had been soaked in water because they had so much margarine on them.

Second time I go. The pizza was a little cold but do they ever give you your money s worth. Thick and very tasty. A bit pricey, but sos everyone else.

I really love this restaurant but for some time... Lots of errors in small orders.. And their price increase is simply disgusting, $53 for 2 x7 pepperoni submarines and a small poutine.. Enough to no longer call back unfortunately... And the 14 strap in... $21!!!! We agree that these are not submarines that are worth the $20 with added errors...

Too many mistakes and made Ben too expensive for what we got!!
