We ordered their specialties for 2 and were delighted. Beautiful presentation, everything was delicious. The 2 people at reception were very kind. Next visit we will go to their nicely furnished terrace with a fountain December 2024 still impeccable and delicious this time their specialty for 3 people. We had the table dhôte with sushi for three. It was really good with all kinds of sauces. I liked the sushi pizza. And it s fun to be able to bring our wine. Parking: If there is no space in the front, there is ample parking in the back.

Excellent place, the food was delicious and the service was 1A. We return to the place thats for sure.

The choice is very very limited, the sushi is fresh, the salmon and shrimp were good. Drinks are not included. The tables are too low. The waitresses are very nice and the restaurant is clean.

Everything went well with our server, an experienced person. A young waiter who served some dishes at our table seemed not to have much patience, I would say. We didnt appreciate his attitude. Later they repaired a table. I dont think its appropriate to do this kind of repair when there are customers. This is our 2nd time in this restaurant and we did not like these experiences. I dont think Ill go back

The waitress encouraged us to have another dish...even though we had asked for a dish with teriaki...We were disappointed. When I asked for a coffee, I mentioned to the waitress that the coffee didnt taste good...she told me that I should have asked for Starbucks coffee...its not not on the menu and she hadnt mentioned it either. I should mention that the first time I went there we had sushi and it was very good. They strongly encourage us to eat the most expensive meals....

I had a General Tao dish and a miso soup. The dish was ordinary as well as the soup. The waitress was nice but we had to ask for napkins to dry ourselves off as there were none on the table.

There were 4 of us and we shared a platter of Chefs Specialties for three at $142.00. Very good and the Tuna Katsu delicious, but a cappuccino at $6.95 is exaggerated. I haven t seen that anywhere yet, not even at the Fairmount Reine Elisabeth.

The sushi boat is huge for four. If you have a normal hunger for three is enough. The food is excellent.

My last visit was 5 years ago. I didnt have a clear memory of the flavors, but since I had been there 3-4 times, it was good because it must have been good. I was not disappointed with my return. The flavors were present, as much for the vegetable tom yum soup as for the sushi and our peanut chicken. Total of $120 including taxes and tip, 2 tables dhôte 4-course meal, we brought our own wine. I recommend this restaurant so much, and its not for nothing that its been open for several years. The only negative point, the room has an echo and its a little noisy, but no need to speak loudly to communicate with our guest.

No more sushi rice, lies from the waiter and the manager.

Arrive on a Saturday evening, at 7:45 p.m. and there is no more sushi rice. Finally notice that they are serving other customers. Ask the manager why we are not allowed to have sushi since the tables that arrived after us are allowed to have it! The manager speaks in a condescending manner with an arrogant tone while asserting the fact that we should have eaten elsewhere. Choose others.

The food was still good but the value for money was not there. I understand that a BYOB restaurant charges more for its dishes since it doesnt make a profit on alcohol, but I found the sushi ordinary for the price paid (between $16-22) 5 sushis. I was expecting something more fancy but they were still very good. I dont know if its because we went at 8:00 p.m. that the place lacked atmosphere but maybe a little Japanese or Asian music would have been nice. The service is ok, no one came to open or serve our wine, I may be a little demanding but I tip very well and I expect a certain level of service.

I was disappointed with the sushi platter for 1 person. I often take platters to have variety and discover new sushi. The platter had 2 small sashimi, 4 nigiris, 1 specialty roll which was not very tasty and 1 dragon eyes roll with a strange sauce which tasted like coffee. The platter was nice, but Ive had better sushi at all-you-can-eat restaurants. My boyfriend had sushi a la carte and the sushi pizza wasnt great. I dont think Ill go back there for sushi.

Great experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful to offer suggestions or answer questions. The food was amazing, so fresh and tasty. Was bit more expesnive but for high quality you definitely get a very good meal. would highly recommend if youre there and you like sushi.

This sushi restaurant is my favorite and my whole family s. I have been a regular customer for 10 years. The quality of the food is impeccable! The quantity is perfect and the presentation is always beautiful. I like to have the chef s specialty sushi. The service is always pleasant with the server Brendon!! I recommend this place to anyone who reads my review.

We were very disappointed with our experience. For the price paid, its definitely not worth it. We opted for the table dhôte with hot meals which cost us $120 with tax and tip. The same type of meal in other Asian restaurants normally costs us a maximum of $80. Plus, we were washing the floor at 9:00 p.m. on a Saturday night next to us. We had decent service with a server who was a little too friendly for our taste. Too bad because weve wanted to try it several times. It was our first and last time.

First visit to this restaurant we started with a Miso soup which was good. We took one of the Sushi boats. The service was excellent. The sushi was not bad but was at the level of a good all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant. I expected more for the price. Im going to go back to taste the grilled meats.

I give 2 stars for the quality of the sushi otherwise for the rest expect that many things on the table dhôte menu are not available and they dont say it right away. Also if you order a love boat it is very possible k they tell you here is your love boat and the sushi is on a wooden plate and they tell you we have no more boats sorry but I ordered a boat to $80!!!! Then they say to you before we close the kitchen do you want something else and then I say yes I want my crème brûlées and then they tell you it s okay but after 30 minutes you order your crème brûlées and tell you there are no more, the kitchen is closed. So dont count on the fact that your glass of water will be filled... first and last time I go there, its a shame because the setting. is pleasant and the sushi is good but the service needs to be improved Oh I forgot the virgin cocktails are also not available even if it is only 8:30 p.m.... well, terribly disappointed....

I went there because we can bring our wine or champagne, but the sushis were not fresh and they add a ton of rice to them. It wasnt a good experience for me despite the alcohol in my system.

I liked eating in a secluded room where we sat on the floor on a cushion with our shoes off.

The food is uneven. Sometimes its the best sushi in town and sometimes the pieces are still frozen in the center. The service is also friendly, but do not pay attention to the allergies named and written on the menu. When the restaurant is at full capacity, you will wait 1 hour to eat, otherwise it is relatively quick. If it werent for the uneven experience, it would really be a top choice on the South Shore.

We heard about an hour for a small, modest quantity of sushi, the quantity of sushi was just okay. The customers next to our table arrived after us and were served well before us, even though they ordered a larger quantity of sushi than we did.
