I went to order a Poke Bowl, and the lady told us that she was too busy to take our order, and to take something from the fridge. There wasn't much choice in the fridge. I have never gone to a restaurant/fast food before when they dont take our order.
Sensational sushi experience! The impeccable quality of the food was only surpassed by the warmth and friendliness of the host. A must-visit for sushi aficionados.

Sushi were good, apart from the avocado which were not ripe at all. The problem is with the service, I received my order rapidly (Put in on the official Sushi Shop Website), but one item was missing. When I called the restaurant the lady did not speak French at all (not a problem within itself since I can speak English without a problem), but her English was also bad enough that it took 5 min to explain that I was missing a product. I asked for a refund and she told me I had go on the website. Spent 10 min looking on the website and never found how, called an other Sushi Shop and they told me (in perfect French) the owner of the restaurant I had ordered at needed to proceed with the refund from his platform. Result : I got ripped off. I can't ask for a refund because they tell me they can't do it and I still don't have my product. Can't even try to explain this to them because they don't speak French or English. Amazing.
The sushi was very fresh, is not my first time buying at this shop but I decided to do a comment because there product is really fresh and worth the price. I love sushi and this quality is hard to find.
Not fresh. It tastes like tap water and not fresh fish. The other should be crunchy and have the texture of moist cereal. Never! $23 in trash + tip

Nous avons pris un plateau à 45$ dans le frigo à disposition à côté du comptoir, nous avions demandé quand ils avaient été préparé et la personne nous a répondu que les plateaux avaient été préparé dans l après midi et en les mangeant on s est rendu compte qu ils n étaient pas frais j ai été malade 10 minutes après avoir mangé dommage car ils n étaient pas mauvais mais pas frais

I had a salmon poke pol... Very expensive ($18+tx) for the content... There was rice salad and salmon... Very little avocado and nothing else... In short very disapointed

I have eaten at this place 3 times, first time I got sick from eating sushi. Thats not a good average. I contacted customer service who assured me they would follow up and get back to me. I never got any news...
Jaime beaucoup ce Sushi Shop dans le métro Longueuil. Généralement le goût est bon,mais je dois avouer que je nai pas vraiment aimé le combo (combo Québec) sur la photo ,mais cest peut-être une question de goût. Ils donnent même un joli sac réutilisable (je pense que cest quand on achète pour un certain montant...).Très bon service.Merci!

I dont know how they do it, but compared to the 20-40 min wait at other Sushi Shops, my Poke Bowl is ready every 3 min and its just as good.

I ordered sushi on SKIP and it was not fresh. Salmon tastes bad and frying oil tastes old. Ive been vomiting for a good ten minutes. Sushi shop sushi is over for me.

I stop periodically at this place, I have noticed the quality of sushi manufacturing by the minimum thickness of rice and the ingredients are always super fresh regardless of the product tried. The employees seem experienced to me.
I took sushi to go, when I arrived home I realized the rice was yellowish color and the taste was bad. When I checked the preparation date it was same date 18/08/2020

Excellent sushi! Ive been going there regularly for a long time and Im never disappointed! Extraordinary Poké bowl and lots of choice! Service a little long today but it was very busy and the employees did their best to serve us. I am very satisfied.

The employees are very welcoming. Impeccable service! The food is very fresh delicious. I highly recommend the poke bowls, one of the best in the area. The à la carte rolls, dynamite, salmon kamikaze and spicy shrimp are excellent, especially prepared on site when ordering.

Very poor quality sushi! I ordered around 7:00 p.m. and none of the sushi was fresh! The waitress picked up the sushi which was already ready in the packaging and she made me believe that it was new but its not! VRM AWFUL sushi quality Mediocre VERY POOR!!! Very disappointed

The taste of the Sushi is so fabulous and the food is extremely fresh in the Sushi Shop Metro Longueuil. This is the best flavor that Ive ever had. The service of this shop is great, I am sure to come back again.
