Thai Express Restaurant Longueuil in Longueuil

I ordered soup, got hot water with noodles. It tasted like nothing, even more than nothing. Too bad I paid $20 for that!

It took 20 seconds to make 3 meals which were completely tasteless. The general tao sprinkled with a hoisin sauce and then the Thai soup with broth from the sink is pitiful. Entka the pizzeria next to Jacque Cartier would have been a little more nourishing :(

Lately the quantity and quality of fried rice has been reduced and the price is increasing. In my last two visits I ordered chicken fried rice and not too much chicken and also the rice is burnt with a strong burning smell. I just changed my opinion on this.

The worst general tao I ate first half of the chicken was so cooked that it was impossible to eat it too hard the chicken was cold not edible. I could never eat at Thaï express on Chemin du Tremblay in Longueuil!

Thai soup in the trash! Rather, in the toilet bowl. The broth has no taste. It looks like it was diluted with water. Its very bland. And wow, the surprise I had when mixing everything: my noodles cut as if a child were throwing them. The noodles were mushy, there were only sprouted beans as vegetables, because I didnt count the 5 pieces of grated carrot. I put 1 star because it was the munimun, because I would have put 0.

Really angry with the Thai Pineapple General I paid to take it to the trash More than 20 dollars is too expensive

They gave my order to someone else and refused to refill it.

Its scheduled to close at 9:00 p.m. but they close 20 minutes early despite Google indicating theyre still open. Its unpleasant service. Thai Express does not recommend.

Undisciplined cook and cashier If you dont like your job, just get out. Terrible service, unable to speak French and understand absolutely nothing. They allow themselves to speak badly in front of a customer, their language, total lack of respect! and food that no longer has any taste Count on me to make you lose more than one customer!!! Incompetents!

The employees dont greet/thank us and are stupid because they dont understand French. WHERE is law 101 MANDATORY to be served in FRENCH? I asked for 1 mini TomYum soup with the chosen protein which was chicken and when I got home I had a simple chicken noodle soup. I go back to the restaurant to tell them that I didnt get what I asked for. The employee didnt really understand what I was saying and asked me in English if I could speak to him in ENGLISH... Which I refused. He spoke in his language to another employee who was behind to tell him to come to the counter: he also barely understood French. You buy a franchise right here in Quebec, its perfect, so make sure you speak the right language. As mentioned above, we are in Quebec and I only want to be served in French, thats all. I want my mother tongue to remain there. Note that I usually go to the one in Boucherville, I have 0 problems and thats where I will return.

For a while on Chemin du Tremblay, the pad thai has been dry, they no longer use eggs, tofu and green onions. They cut their cost for more profit. They must follow the menu! Sad

The food is good, but the production by the chef is disorganized and his communication with the cashier seems difficult which means that there are order errors while I was present. Besides, my meal was not spicy even though I asked for spicy.

I ll be reading google reviews before going to any restaurant from now on I ordered a Tom yum soup and they did not have the specialized spoons to eat it with. They suggested me to pick à coffee spoon. I had no other choice so that s what I did. I finally gave up eating with tow coffee spoon and picked up a pair of chop sticks which luckily they did have. Also their alarm was making that annoying beep sound and they seemed oblivious to it. I finally stood up from my seat and went to press the star button which stopped it.

The Thai food is excellent. This small restaurant offers you a varied choice of possible combinations. The Pad see ew with beef, my favorite, is simply delicious. Also the tom yum soup, comforting and hot. And the delicious fried ravioli. Portions are good, food hot. Good service.

Comment for delivery. Recipe not respected + Missing item (roll) recurring problem for the recipe that does not comply with the menu details on the site for both the Pad Thai and the fried rice. Errors are frequent, I will no longer order from you, very expensive not to receive what is planned in the order and on the site. The (independent) delivery person doesnt care if an item is missing, he delivered what was given to him, the rest doesnt concern him. And its impossible to reach the restaurant by telephone to report the error (no one answers and voicemail box is full).

Probably one of the worst pad Thais I have eaten. The tofu was overcooked, it was hard like real rubber, no sauce, very dry. Really bad.

Dont answer the phone, and tensely saying not to call the restaurant because youre disturbing them from working.. like if you call to reserve your meal and you come by in 30 minutes and well its forbidden despite you saying you dont have time to wait and that s why you call in advance

For pad thai, old chicken, no tofu, no egg, no green onion, no peanut option . It s too much to pay for rice noodles and vermicelli and 1/4 chicken breast . The worst Thai Express I have visited . Oh yes, no French with English so broken that it was impossible to communicate

Best General Thai chicken ever!

We ordered pad thai. The description said there was rice noodle, egg, tofu, green onion, radish and bean sprouts. We only had rice noodles with sprouted beans in our dish. We went to see the clerk to tell him and he told us that the dishes do not necessarily contain what is written in the description!!! We told him it wasnt normal but he seemed confused and added a few small pieces of green onion. How sad to pay $15 + taxes for a plain noodle dish. We are disgusted with this Thai Express. Big scam!!

The general tao chicken is adequate. Some pieces only contained fried breading. On the other hand, the mix of flavors went well with the white rice.

Order a pad thai with shrimp with added mushroom and carrot, there are only 4 shrimp, 5-6 small pieces of mushrooms and 3-4 pieces of carrot the dish costs me $20 lets see so it doesnt matter What. There was almost no sauce, the dish was so dry that it was lacking. Extremely disappointed I do not recommend at all.

Order to bring. I asked for three extras including carrots, broccoli and shrimp. I didnt have the extra carrots or broccoli. There are four levels of how spicy you want your meal. Food is really good but they always mess my order, went 5 times, 2 times out of 5 it wasnt the right thing even tho i was alone in the restaurant. One time i ordered a beef stir fry and asked for noodles instead of rice, it was on the receipt but i still got rice, today i went, asked for BEEF stir fry and they gave me a veggie.... 2/5 stars will go elsewhere next time.

I eat thai express frequently, but the taste of this one was terrible! The ownership of the place was a little questionable... (Sticky tables, overflowing trash cans even if there is no one in the restaurant)

Yesterday I ordered rice and chicken pad see ew then I got sick during the night. The cause, the chicken was not fresh. This is the first time this has happened and I have to tell you it was hell. I wouldnt eat there again for fear of getting another food poisoning.

ALWAYS MISSING SOMETHING IN DELIVERY

I asked for tom yum mini soup with less noodles. Told the guy again while he was doing it. He filled it full with noodles, 3 little pcs of chicken and a little bit of actual soup broth! I bought 45$ of food and they charged 20 cents for a bag. The dumplings were good but at almost $6 for 4,really expensive. I could have had a sit down meal for that amount. Will not buy from there again.

Food is delicious gotta admit that, but service, idk. I dont think either employee spoke English or French well enough, which is fine. He asked me if I want my general Thai in a box I saw no a bowl, Ive had that option before. He gave me it in a box, I said u wanted it in a bowl, I got charged for the bowl and neither of the employee understood in English or French. So I just took it and walk away. Wont go back there though. Ill keep going to the one next to my place.

My meal was very dry and there werent many vegetables in my extra vegetable chicken pad thai. I found 2 pieces of carrot.

Came here on Wednesday and ordered fried rice. Great food and nice service!! 100% recommended! Best Thai food in town.

This is the first time Ive eaten a Pad Thai at this place, having paid almost 40 dollars for 2 pad Thais, there were no ingredients listed on their site so there were only noodles and shrimp. I asked for extra chicken and there was barely any. We called to speak to the manager and he didnt speak French then the cashier told us that they were missing some products so why not tell us from the start. No tofu, no shallots, no eggs... We ask for a discount for the next order given this problem and we are told no and that next time it will be to our liking. Extremely disappointed with customer service. First and last time. Thai Zone is by far the best in town I have never had any problems in their branches.

My imperial roll was undercooked, soft and undercooked. The plates and utensils are plastic, even for eating on site... Its a lot of waste.

The foods super good, thanks to the cook! But, not so much for the cashier... Put a smile in your face honey, Itll be much easier for you and the customers! :)

I come here often. I love the decor. However, when I went to eat, the table was really dirty. It was the only place we were allowed because of covid-19. And also, my shrimp pad thai was a disaster. It was more of a pad thai soup. Really too liquid.

Tom yum soup that I received today.... Extremely disappointing, broth in 1/3 of the bowl with a mountain of noodles cut into mini pieces which seem to be leftovers.... I dont understand how we can you serve this to someone and charge them $...

French is not their strength. Impossible to be understood on the phone. I asked if someone could answer me in French. The receptionist didnt understand anything I said and kept repeating incomprehensible sentences over and over again. Ill buy my meal elsewhere.

If you want to have mistakes in your order, have a cashier who doesnt know his menu, get half a refund and then be ignored. Go to this franchisee. If you have the chance to go to another one, go ahead and pass on this idea of going to this one.

Customer service needs to be improved, for a take-out order, I had no utensils, paper or bags! until I ask. The rest the service is fast, the food is good.

Ark the chicken curry! The sauce is bland, the chicken tastes like water, too many sprigs of mint and a hair to boot! I advise against it.

I went to pick up a Chicken Pad Sew. The dish itself was good and consistent with other Thai Expresss Ive been to. However the iced tea they gave me tasted like water and was way too clear. The girl at the counter should have noticed this before heading for it. Plus they gave me my roll in the bag since I was ordering takeout and there was no sauce. I will not return to this branch.

Jai appeler pour un livraison je prendre la même chose que quhabituellement mais on me dit que c pas assez pour la livraison qui me revient à 18$ avec taxes vue qui faut commander 20$ avant taxes ARNAQUES si tu veux pas faire de livraison bien fait pas de livraison. Only go there if you are extremely hungry and want to stuff yourself with fat and sugar. The Thai soup (meal size, in a large bowl) tastes so tasteless that I added one, then two, then 3 sachets of soy sauce. And again... In short: no taste, poor quality, really not welcoming service, a lousy atmosphere, sticky tables, too expensive for what it is and whats more, bad for your arteries.

Mostly good service, but sometimes the respondents are quite stupid... and often we dont receive any baguettes, no sauce or the little packet of peanuts which usually all come with the order...

I ate the worst Chicken Pad Thai at this place. Neutral bland without taste. An employee had his car in the VIP parking lot. A piece of paper flew in the wind instead of picking it up, using it simply removing it from your car. Deplorable.

Half the time the Pad Thai is burnt. Its at least 5 orders and I liked a faultless one, always something forgotten (utensils/extras/drinks...) In addition, the portions are smaller than other Thai expresses.

I generally like the Thai Express restaurant chain, I have gone to this place a few times during my breaks at work. However, one evening my boyfriend and I decided to order takeout. I ordered a spring roll which naturally comes with a little peanut sauce in a side jar. *When I opened the jar of sauce at home, there were darker spots, it gave off a strong musty smell and above all (I still cant believe it) bits of sprouted beans in the sauce. I conclude that they gave me an old sauce that had already been used. So I went back to tell them about the situation. They simply told me that this sauce was normal. (I already ordered a spring roll with the sauce and I can assure you that the sauce was nothing normal and fresh). When I came to leave, I heard one of the employees talking very loudly (in Korean I guess) to the other employee, he didnt seem happy. I was disappointed and especially disgusted because that the restaurant is apparently clean. I dont even think about going to eat at this place anymore and especially at this restaurant chain.

Nice welcome, fast service, excellent meals and clean place. Not a lot of parking spaces though.
