I love this place, I always feel like family as soon as I walk in! Everybody is super kind and attentive. I don’t think they’ve gotten my order wrong once. It’s also very clean! The last time I was in I got to speak with somebody named Ricki, who was one of the easiest people I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with! 10/10

My husband was there this morning and the girls at the counter was very rude and condescending because he didn't know how to use an app to order food properly. He left there very embarrassed and upset. I would like to say this was the first time with ride staff at this location but it wasn't. Disappointing.
Can't believe I just stood there for 2 mins with Noone saying anything to me! I kindly left and will never go back to that store ever!!
There should be a code to conduct of these Skip or Uber drivers picking up and delivering food from these franchises, open tow sandals, gross!
Went there this morning oh 7 ish and had to wait and wait for them to stop chatting with the vehicle in front of me. I then honked the horn and finally they moved. I told them at the window I didn't have time for them to socialize as I had to be too work. I stopped near the tire inflator only to look back and see an employee giving me the middle finger. I then went inside to ask why she gave me the finger she lied said she was waving it to say no no no. LoL after this I noticed all the employees seem to think it was so so funny. Absolutely disgusting service and treatment of customers that keep you all employed. Oh then there's the whole get my order wrong 50 percent of the time because they can't of don't understand English. But hey owners get 2 Indians for 1 canadian because the government subsidizes then.
Left my experience with this location feeling quite upset. Staff was unfriendly and rather rude. It started during ordering when I was informed that they were out of several items I tried to order such as timbits and a croissant breakfast sandwich. It was around 10am when I rolled through, so this was disappointing. I might have been more understanding if it had been later in the day. Additionally, the person who took my order was extremely rushed. She actually told me to pull up as I was talking and when I kindly mentioned I was not done ordering, she seemed annoyed. When I finally pulled up to the window, they told me that they didn’t have an item that I ordered AFTER I had already paid. Their only solution was to make my order using a different bagel. My partner ended up having to eat something they didn’t want as a result when we would have much rather to have gone somewhere else. I didn’t even have time to question it as they seemed like they were in a rush to have us leave. I have always liked the service I received from this location in the past, so it is disappointing to say the least.

Sukh was very sweet and nice but the drive thru window was not cleaned.
At 10 p.m. there were no sandwiches or bagels....I wanted to eat...because everything around me was closed for eating...

Let me guess....from India on a fake student visa, salary subsidised at 70% and barely speaks english. Had to make her repeat seveeal times!! The whole chain is like that. You should be ashamed!! I wish you had a direct competitor. Btw I hope you loose the class action lawsuit Service

They had no doughnuts, cinnamon choices , crullers, only dried up plain doughnut with old coffee over sweetened and creamed!!!!
This is my favourite location because its so near to my house and another thing is all the staff is so polite.
This is great place to stop for a quick drink and/or snack. It is also the perfect place to stop for an easy meal when on a road trip or in a rush between stops on your busy day.
My fiancé went through today march 20th between 5-5:30 asked for a large iced coffee with caramel and espresso and they made an iced capp medium then when she corrected him he then made a medium iced coffee then when he finally got it right if you can call it that there is no simple syrup at all and no caramel just the coffee and espresso it s the most disgusting thing I ve ever had. Please train your staff better there to actually pay attention it shouldn t be this difficult.
I go this Tim almost everyday !! Everyday of the week with morning greetings at the counter just makes my day. Unfortunately the young staff on sunday always disrespectful with not just only me in general the way they show attitude. I went for coffee today 2 April 2023 was again disappointed

I have never been so dissappinted in the quality of my food from a Tim Hortons. My turkey club was LITERALLY squished flat. This location has really gone downhill.. I have issue every time I visit
I went through the drive-thru with my mother about 15 minutes ago. I got the blackberry quencher, which I have before and there wasn t as much syrup in it as there normally is. We pull back through, tell them it s way too watery and instead of a calm response possibly explaining the reason, she got loud, and she had attitude. When asked to fix it, they took the drink back into the window and heard them complain about us the entire time we were waiting for them to fix it. I used to be a manager at a fast food establishment and I know how customer service should be and they fell SO short today. I come to this store almost every morning and the morning staff is wonderful but the afternoon/ evening staff is not.
Worst customer service. Multiple times, I have Mobile order to show up and not have it made. Usually, they dont even know . This mobile order has come in. This staff will just all stand around and stare at you. But nobody will come over to ask what youre waiting for. Today this happened, I told the girl what my order was along with another staff member. The receipt clearly stated that it was the right location. The staff member argued with me that it didnt say the location on it after I showed it to herself and another staff member. Proceeded to give me attitude after id waited over 15 minutes for one coffee, slams it down, and in a condescending tone says, Youre welcome! My husband and I talk about how poorly run and how awful the customer service is all the time. I will say this, There are a couple of girls who usually work the early morning shift that are amazing and provide great customer service.....maybe afternoon staff should take some training from them.
I wish I could give 0 stars. Spent 15 minutes inside the store where only one person was served in that time frame. Mangers standing around doing nothing to help their staff and a place with no urgency. On top of waiting so long, you better cross your fingers that your order is right because I can most likely ensure you that it won t be. Plenty of other Tims around the area, highly suggest you go to one of those instead
The coffee has no sugar, coffee beans in the bottom of it and taste horrible. The Tim bits have so much glaze on it. It s disgusting so thick just makes a mess also.
Ashley need to learn some manners . Its not good to yell at their customers. Zero customer service. Not just the food , they should learn how to give proper customer service . I wish i could give them zero star.

After I left the Middle Sackville Tims without my breakfast order, after waiting nigh on 20 minutes, I went to the Lower Sackville Tims only to find were out of eggs. Thats it for me and Tims. A&W from now on.
I think they should train their workers better.. I ordered 2 English muffin sandwiches yesterday and he just ripped apart the English muffins and made the sandwich on them, without toasting the bread at all or adding butter. I don t know if he wasn t trained or if he was just not feeling like making it, but it s disappointing to pay for something and have it made wrong :(

I came in to get a chai tea latte. First, hey didnt have it. Then i ordered vanilla latte, and it was made very poorly, not even hot.
The ladies who work at over night during the week are so rude when I m in drive thru I m waiting 10 minutes for my order and half the time after they take it I have to repeat it at the window because they weren t listening. When I come inside they will ignore me standing there for about 10 minutes again they take no priority to the customers. The older one always has her mask down and touches everything with bare hands and the younger girl just has such an attitude. They have conversations right Infront of customers about the other staff but I think the other staff there is great, sad to see them talk mean about co workers. If there was any other tim hortons open I would go there.
Girls are great here. Order is always right and given with a smile. If Im having a bad day I leave with a smile. When Im not feeling my usual they are not afraid to suggest something new. -Blueberry tea 1m 1s -Chai tea half white hot chocolate -half hot chocolate half white chocolate Just to name a few I never would of asked for.
I find this one of the fastest Tim s in Sackville. The managers will do anything to make sure you re happy. The day ladies are so friendly and make me excited to go back. If you don t want to wait 45 minutes in a drive through go to the Esso Tim s. They are quite a busy Tim s though. Breakfast is pretty fast in the mornings. I recommend an ice caramel macchiato or the roasted hazelnut cold brew.

I go to school everyday right next to this location and the staff is so rude. I got an ice cap made with chocolate milk like I have been for years and I over hear them behind the counter saying this isn t a Starbucks I can t find the chocolate milk so I m not gonna put anything in it, she won t notice and fellow classmates have experienced the same type of behaviour. Unacceptable. The majority of the school complains about the service here.
Took 15 mins to have 2 simple bagels prepared after ordering in store. 4 staff serving drive thru and 1 serving in store orders (with a significant line up in store). Will go down the road to the other Lower Sackville location than go back to this one.

Normally go through every morning around 5am very great but whenever a gentleman and young lady are in a get the most disrespectful attitude plus they never have anything ready for breakfast apparently. 4th Tim I ve gone through with them and was treated terribly! Highly recommend they get better time management skills and customer service skills or keep the amazing too older ladies in the morning since they can keep up to speed without being ignorant to customers!

The best tims staff in HRM
Was told that couldnt cancel order to change cards. So Ill cancel it all together and go to the next Tims and use my free one there and leave a $2.50 tip. She said it screwed up the till, but in retail you can void with reason. So your reason will be I left!! Never again too many to waist my time on this place.
