I order sausage and bacon farmers wraps but they made some muffin, but i was ok the thing which pissed me off is she started screaming. Just want to tell you guys be polite.

A busy location, in the middle of town. Its a great quick stop when youre out and about and need your coffee fix.

It happened with me 4 times in a week. Whenever I pull up to the drive through to order rice bowl they are always out of stock. That is among the lunch menus main courses. Please dont do business during the busiest lunch hour if you cant have stock.

I come to this location frequently, the staff is always friendly and accommodating. It can be sometimes quite backed up because of how busy it gets but somewhat unavoidable. I ve never really come to this location and they ve been out of things or couldn t make things which is good. I ve had a few orders that have come out not 100% correct but understandable given it s the busiest location in sackville.

Terrible attitudes from employees almost everytime I go there. When someone says hello or thank you its nice to aknowledge them instead if igboring them and giving them mean looks. I took my brother here who has autism and two of them just stared at him in appropriately and whispered, making him very uncomfortable. I will not be going back & we just might switch to Starbucks instead.

Im pretty well done with Tim Hortons. After switching their point system to where you now have to spend $40 to earn one coffee. I thought this is a big enough slap to begin with. considering now you have to spend twice as much to earn a free cup. Then the other day I rolled five cups in a row and never won a single thing. Today I cashed in one of the rare coffees. I do win only to find I didnt get rewarded a free roll for it. No thanks Tim Hortons I think Ill start making k cups at home

Terrible attitude of employees and supervisor. Instead of speaking nice with a smile I was reminded with a rude attitude and high tone that I was talking with The superviser, who wanted my 3-year-old son put the gift cards from the shop back, which he stole!!!! In addition, seems in this shop employees don t like to count coins, I assumed this after I saw I was judged by two of them after I paid with coins for my Iced coffee! Kid-friendliness: Keep kids away from the gift cards, or you ll meet a supervisor who will.

the last time I went to get a coffee on my way home from the drive in and not one Tim Hortons from Coldbrook as far as Bedford and gave up... Saturday night overnight.

Your business really went down hill, had it with your slow Incompetent staff who are just lazy to do work and rather talk to there coworkers instead making sure the customer are happy.. Went to one Tim Hortons at 257 Cobequid Rd, Lower Sackville, NS at 7:50pm to order a chicken bacon wrap. The employee failed to make my order because they close in a hour, but have nothing in the drive thru stating they dont serve food, hour before they closed. Then was stock in there drive thru for 15 minutes because they took there time because they were to busy talking to there other coworker, leaving another customer to wait to serving that customers order. Then came to the the sackville drive location. Which I order the same thing. I ended up throwing the wrap away as the chicken Taste awful. Like old chicken and was super dry. It had maybe a half a Lettuce and a half of a bacon on it and and very little ranch which seemed to be the end of the bottle. You need to do better hiring real staff that can work. Not these teenager who all they what to do is talk instead of helping you run your business and making customers happy. Instead your losing customers.

I love my Extra toasted Egg and Cheese breakfast sandwich.

To be honest going in & out at this place from last two years whenever i ordered from drive-thru service is good most of the times but since i started coming to this place for dine-in the customer service is totally doomed each and every single time whenever i ate inside specially the short white girl totally rude each and every time never coming back to this place and not recommend to anyone else.

This location is very slow for inside service.

Even though the drive thru is but the counter should be served quicker. I waited 10 minutes and there was one person ahead of me. Nobody was moving quickly and one girl was walking around looking confused.

I would never eat from this location ever again. I went in to get a tea and hash browns and saw the girl that makes the sandwiches with gloves on walking around holding the walls , counters and then getting the bread with the same gloves on. I told her she needed to change her gloves before she handled the food she looked at me and stewed her teeth then went and got a wrap off the shell. She added toppings to the wrap took the toppings off the wrap and threw it back into the container then threw the wrap back on the shelf. She had the same gloves on as she walked past again this time she leaned on the wall by their office doorway holding the walls. She went back to where she was making sandwiches. I told her again she needed to change her gloves. I asked the cashier for the manager. She went to the take out window and spoke to the lady there. She asked why I wanted the manager and the cashier told her she didnt know. She came back and told me that the manager is not in and doesnt know when she will be back. I told her then I would have to call their head office, thats when the older woman looked at me and said .. oh no I guess we are all about to lose our jobs. Then the sandwich maker looked at me, took her gloves off and sanitized her hands. It was too late. They violated every sanitary rule there was to serve in the restaurant industry and laughed about it. I called the head office located in my old town of Oakville Ontario and placed a complaint. I was just disgusted and will never eat there again. People dont know what they are getting when you order food from people who just dont care about health and proper food preparation criteria.

Worst walk in service of all the Tims around this area. When you walk in and go to the counter, there will be 3-4 people working drive through, with no one else in sight. They wont acknowledge you or say, Ill be right with you! They walk right past you over and over. Ive waited several times at the counter for over two minutes before just leaving. When theres a line out the door, they still only allocate one person to the counter and focus on drive thru. Instead of placing the order and having someone else make it they have to prepare it themselves, causing a long line and longer wait. The express Tim Hortons in the esso up the road is amazing for walk ins, and its a third of the size.

100% do not recommend this location. If I didnt ask for no base , why is there no base or sweetener in my coffee . Third time this week. Edit: once again, the lack of quality and how much you all mess up is pathetic. Both over the speaker and at the counter I speak clearly & slowly. If I ask for CHEDDAR, NOT PROCESSED then give me cheddar. If I ask for my bacon COOKED and NOT HALF RAW then give my bacon actually cooked. What is wrong with your staff? I waited for 30 minutes in drive thru just for you guys to screw up our order.

I really like the breakfast sandwich and drinks they are really tasty and Baileys latte and white or regular hot chocolate with Baileys are amazing its now my holiday favorites.

Very disappointed in how this location has handled the recent covid outbreak at your store. 6 staff members have tested positive in the last week. Youre still open with no deep cleaning or sterilization that has been done. Seems as though youre more concerned about making and saving money then the safety of your staff and customers.

Come to this times 7 days a week. Mornings for my coffee never an issue. Also come back second time later in day for coffee and wifes icecap. 7/10 times they have an excuse why they cant make it...machines broken...not frozen yet ect. Ive been going to the other local tims instead for ice caps

Used the drive-thru as most people are these days, line moved efficiently order was ready and accurate at the window. Server was cheerful and polite.

I have used the drive-tru of this store on a few occasions. The food and coffee is on par with other Tim Hortons stores. The drive-tru staff service varies. Some staff are very friendly and welcoming and provide great service, others will not even talk to you at the drive-tru window. Its a OK Tim Hortons.

Used to be my favorite place to get tea & coffee, since the manager is awful, no manners, bad customer service. I have to go somewhere else! The manager needs to change if not it will lose more customer, just saying to the owner.

Definitely changing locations for my drive-thru. 3rd coffee in 1 week in the garbage. I am so tired of having to throw a full coffee down the drain because they cant make it properly. Just left there about 10 mins ago and ordered med coffee with single cream. They put so much cream in it that it only tastes like warm cream and not coffee. I have also been given a med coffee that is not full (so was given a small coffee in a med cup). I have ordered the same way for many, many years but for some reason lately they cant seem to get it right.

Poorly trained staff, will not honour orders placed 1hr ahead of closing time and will not let you know, discriminatory, unable to follow recipe orders. So please save your wallets and do not think about customizing your order, they will certainly miss it, all the time always.

I feel bad for the 2 people on days(one being a manager) that get stuck picking up the laziness of everyone else. Imagine a line out the store to where people are leaving just to see 5 employees in drive thru doing absoloutly nothing. Typical weekday. If the weekday staff worked like the weekend staff maybe people wouldnt be leaving the standstill line up. Maybe your tip jar would be worth more. This isnt a one off situation. Its every day. I wouldnt hire that red head to manage a box of crickets. Its very easy to see she has zero management skills when it comes to scheduling or having staff work together. People have jobs and dont need to spend 30min in the morning waiting for a single coffee.

This is bar none one of my favorite tims mistakes happen but the people here are like 98% on the ball with my orders and that two percent was right coffee wrong lids and my friend and I had to switch drinks lol keep up the good work ladies & gents cheers! Being regularly open in the evenings would be nice. Though its probably more to do with the economy and keeping employees.... Literally the worst Tim s in hrm. Was having a great morning til I went here and got passed off like garbage. Employees are unhappy, rude and act like they re there because they have to be. I get it s busy but this experience was ridiculous.. there s a reason Starbucks is winning. Tim s is a massive incorporation, incentivized your employees change the vibe. This was terrible and I will not be back

Really gross food. Always get it done wrong or really burnt. Service is slow and staff are very rude and took my 5$ when I suppose to get change. Wouldnt let me have my 5$ back.

My mother and I walked in, there was no other customers inside. My mother was trying to place an order, the two servers that were inside looked at my mother and I they didnt smile didnt say hello can I take your order, just looked at us and kept walking past. When we finally got served my drink was fine and my mothers was poorly made. An oyster had more personality than the servers.

The place on Sackville Dr is mess.I am thinking of calling the health inspector. During my last visit there was dust all over the shelves and inside cups and during a pandemic!

Service was excruciatingly slow. Seems like every time we are there, there are new staff training and it takes forever and we have to repeat ourselves multiple times. My husband is from the UK so has a bit of an accent but is very well spoken. Theres no reason he should have to repeat himself so many times. Our drinks were super messy and they handed me my timbit wrapped in a piece of plastic. It looked like garbage. We will stick to the Beaver Bank location.

This place has the least friendly woman working the drive-thru. Shes usually the mid-morning shift at the Tims across from the library. Been going there for years and doesnt even speak or look at me during the entire loyalty card/payment process. This isnt just an isolated incident because I would never rate someone on one visit, but this has been literally years of the same terrible service by the same woman. How she is still at that window after all these years is beyond me.

I was at this location twice yesterday, December 7, 2021. Went through the drive though both times. The first time was great! Pleasant staff, correct order, swiped my tims app, wonderful experience. Three hours later ordered a medium ice coffee and was charged for a large ice coffee. Then the girl would not scan my app. She said that Tims was recalculating the app and they werent scanning it anymore. WTH?? However, she was very pleasant throughout the whole experience. I laughed it off and went on my way.

I love this store, I come every morning, and sometimes I find myself there a few times a day , I am a Tims lover! An most of the staff here are just awesome! An there are times i have personally seen them dealing with very rude customers and lines that go on forever , an they do a great job ! They do like all places have the odd team member that well is not so wonderful. But the others make up for it.
