Absolutely terrible customer service from the employees before 7am, they are rude, argumentative, and slow. As a individual who worked customer service for 10 years i understand it can be frustrating however you dont argue with someone about the food they ordered. They do not listen to simple instructions at drive thru intercom from customer for food if we were unable to see how they were making our food i would have had to return, unsatisfied and frustrated to correct my order.. They only butter one side of bagels and leave the other dry for all bagels including if you ask for a BELT toasted with butter and mayo. One of the absolute worst locations. The employees clearly do not care about their jobs. Would NEVER recommend this location.
Got the wrong order again via drive through. Ordered tea with 2 sweetener. Got home……black coffee. This happens too often. I’m not driving back. Also would provide restaurant feed back on the app as directed, but I’ve never received a receipt in a Tim’s drive through. I only see date, time and amount on the app.
I go there on a regular basis at least twice a week. I use the drive through and the staff are always nice, pleasant and efficient. Look forward to seeing the same faces each time I go. I have PTSD around people but I am comfortable with them at the drive through.
Atmosphere is always friendly and very helpful. It is always busy due to the churches and location but I never feel rushed. I have a specific order they most of the staff know by heart and it has never been made incorrectly
Nice place to hangout. Some naughty boys came in to mess up the bathroom and the manager was calling the police to have them leave because they were initially banned from coming into the restaurant. They wanted water and I stepped in to get them the water they needed. Those boys must be really naughty as the manager was bent on removing them. Anyways all went well😁😁😁😁😁
Normally Tim’s are Tim’s however this has recently been bought by new owners who let the staff go to hire new staff. Since the change I have been 2 times both have resulted in wrong orders. I am on my way when I notice and it is not the best start to the day. Fool me once I will NOT BE SPENDING MY MONEY AT THIS LOCATION.
Stopped into this local Tims for a geocaching event. The staff was friendly and familiar with their customers, accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with. The usual, fresh food expected from any Tims. The only thing that I could say isn’t perfect, (which isn’t much) is that I do notice that many of the Tims these days always seem to have some of the doughnuts and pastries out of order in the display case. The list cards don’t always match up with the right treats. This one had the same thing, but still a solid Tims.
Tim Hortons roast beef & cheddar. Should have lettuce, cheddar, bbq sauce, but at least they remembered the roast beef. I used to spend $300 a month at Tims (my banking app told me) The last 6 months maybe $20/mth. I was a faithful customer for 30 years. Was. This pic is one of the reasons why.

Updated review just went through drive thru again. Ordered a tea with 2 sugar. Received my order and left and guess what?, no sugar in my tea.!!! Maybe if employees would stop socializing amongst themselves while trying to work they could get things right. So done with this Tim s!!! Just went thru the drive thru. It s 7:20pm. Not busy. Ordered a small dark roast. Continued thru drive thru and on my way. Took a sip of my coffee, disappointment!!!!!!! Barely warm!!! I was so looking forward to a coffee.

Unreal. It seems like all new staff that are doing community service. I understand listening skills and order taking since I do the same for a living. SIX times I asked for a red pepper pinwheel. TWO order takers told me they didnt understand. I enunciated very clearly and slowly. Red. Pepper. Pinwheel. It is on your sign for X price. I dont understand was the response I kept getting. Then someone else jumps on saying they dont sell kids meals. Nobody ASKED for a kids meal. No one in front of me. No one behind me. Radio off. I couldnt have spoken more clearly. I started looking for the candid camera. The staff was in outer space. I got annoyed after the sixth request and the kids meal gaslighting and drove to unusually busy other location who was happy to take the exact same order.

They post hiring outside , but when you go everyone is rude and they say, we are not hiring.
We ordered breakfast for 5 people with customizations to most of our orders and they were spot on with no mistakes and very quick.
Not the best location but the staff is so nice, The food is great and they always give me an extra Tim-Bit

I used to like this place but I have been here twice and not only did I have burnt coffee twice now but I ordered a bagel and they gave a dry four cheese with burnt bacon when I asked for cream cheese I don t know who you have working there but y all are so stupid
10 people behind the counter running around like chickens with their heads cut off and the place is at a complete standstill. Stood in line without movement for about 10 minutes, left without coffee. What the heck is going on at Tims? The lineup at the drive through was the same, really long and non moving. EDIT: I have completely stopped going to this tim hortons all together. Terrible service, cold coffee and rarely have the correct order. This place has gone downhill in the last while. The only decent Tims close by is the Esso. Lets see how long it will be before the good old staff are all pushed out the door and the new hires ruin this one too. A once iconic canadian coffee shop has been destroyed, this is happening all over HRM. What a shame.
Terrible. Never have anything in stock for food, always take super long to make your order and screw it up. Straight up never been able to order what I m looking for. They shouldn t even have chicken on their menu because they NEVER have it. Garbage.
I had a string of wrong orders and missing items. It happens so often it makes me wonder if they really care because you are down the road before you realize there is an issue.

The service was beyond excellent. Jan 19th 12:00. Give the girl behind the counter a raise. Shes a keeper.
They never have iced coffee s and whenever I do order one, they forget to put the cane syrup in it I don t know how many times I ve had to drive back there and return my coffee and then later in the day when my husband goes after work, they never have iced coffee they say that they have ran out which shouldn t be happening every single day one time I went there to get an ice cap at 9 PM they close at 10 and they told me that they already had the machine turned off and cleaned which they should not be doing when there s still an hour befor they close not to mention whenever I try to get certain kind of muffins are donuts they don t have them or they say they don t carry them. Always huge lineup from the drive-through. Usually pretty long. Wait they definitely are not in a hurry.

I have a love-hate relationship with this restaurant. Theyre not very fast, theyre not very observant, theyve messed up my order on multiple occasions. However, theyre very nice and are great with customer relations and therefore retention. The fact that they know my face and order always makes me want to come back to the point where none of the other issues even bother me at all anymore. Theyre also very obviously overworked and stretched as thin as possible due to the companys top management sacrificing quality in order to squeeze as much money out of their operation as they can before it becomes illegal. Dietary restrictions: Mention you have a restriction otherwise they might mess up your order and not think twice about it. If you mention you have an allergy theyll be diligent.
This must be the slowest drive-thru in the country. No matter if there is one car or 5, I always wait at least 10 minutes to get my order (if they have it).
Morning crew is always staffed with kind hard working professionals. The drive thru has sped up quite a bit recently but can still be quite a slog to get through depending on time of day. Expect a longer than average wait.

This Tims is the slowest Tims in hrm. Slow as hell. Staff at drive thru window to busy discussing their personal business while my coffee sits in front of me with my card to scan and toonie ready to go. If you want to waste your life away in a line up go here.

Nice enough staff, but absolutely the most useless and slow front end. I have never been to a Tims that is this slow. Im talking 10, 12 or so minutes on a basic order made inside. Drive through is marginally better. Order a couple coffees and it routinely takes up to 6 or so minutes.
Since the staff changed about a month ago , I avoid this Tims at all cost . I use to be a loyal customer to this store for years, but now I will drive past and go to the esso where customer service is amazing , my order is right (which at beaver bank theu cant even get a basic coffee right ) and the wait time is more reasonable. I am so disappointed in how beaverbank Tims has turned out

Updated review after the recent change in staff. Love the new staff. Nothing wrong with the previous staff, it was just very blah. These new staff give a happy and plesant vibe which makes me want to come back.

Timmys is convenient for us when were headed out early in the a.m and skip breakfast at home. We stop on our way through often. Staff is nice.

Great location way up in the back of middle Sackville. I feel like mobile ordering is still in a mode that cant be overly criticized. Showed up after about 5 minutes of ordering and was still waiting on hash browns and 2 London fogs for another 10 minutes. Easily forgiven though.

Nice outlet. Many varieties of doughnuts were available. Very huge line-up in the drive-thru. Very limited seating was available. Take care to park at the front rather than on the way to the driveway.

My food always seems to be wrong or missing something (pickles, lettuce, tomato, etc.) My drinks are USUALLY right...theres been a few times where Ive gotten chocolate milk instead of cream in my iced capp. Some of the staff are very friendly, and drive thru wait times usually arent too long!

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and gave me sandwich with half cooked chicken and it tastes like i am eating raw chicken.
At the drive thru Associate was more interested in counting his tips than scanning my phone and taking my payment , once I paid and left a tip which I didnt have to tip there were 2 more Associates standing around him while he proceeded to say boy the tips were terrible today if there was an option for zero stars thats what you would have received.

I ordered a bagel belt on Uber eats. They made my bagel BELT without the bacon even though I indicated that I ordered it normally. Also the day before I ordered a bagel BELT, and they just put bacon and egg on it and that was it. It s pretty annoying to pay for something and then not get what you ordered.
I tried to give this place a chance but every time I end up waiting 20-30 minutes for my order. Today I waited almost 40 minutes just to be told the bagels for my kids arent even in stock. Waste of time. Im never going here again

Well, being open the day of the hurrican. Making people drive there and making beaverbank traffic even worse so now emergency vechicals cant get by if they need to. Super smart. Absolutely genius of an idea.

This is our local Tims, and it has its highs and lows for sure. Everytime we have been, the staff team is excellent. Very friendly, fast service, and kind when they need to repeat the rules to customers for the 10000000th time (which I dont think I could do). The restaurant is clean, and most of the time we dont have an issue with the drive through. That being said, weve been in the drive through a few times when a delivery is being unloaded out back and no one has masks on. I can appreciate how frustrating they are - but it is for everyones safety and its not a coincidence that we are doing so well as a province. I also find that they are out of things a lot, especially when those items are being advertised; I have worked for Tims before, so unless product ordering has changed drastically, this location could benefit from some analysis of their product sales to help project what items they should order more of for their regular clients. Also wish there was a way to streamline drive through traffic better as it can line up into the road, especially on busy mornings; they are limited by space though.

Im sire the staff is very nice and hardworking, and I dont know if its an employee issue or not, but if youre going through the drive thru here, plan on being 20 min late for wherever youre going. Like I said, it may not be a staff issue as this seems to be the case at all times of the day. It could be a location issue or some other issue I do not realize. I will say that the staff there does seem very nice and professional.
Worst experience Ive ever had at Tims, I have never had a complaint b4 in the 35 years of going there. The staff are rude, ignorant & when I asked to speak with someone I was told there are only supervisors no one for me to talk to....WOW
