This place is slow and inconsistent. Sometimes it s great other times stuff is burnt

Always go there for coffee

Always a great place at the drive through. The orders are correct, the staff are always pleasant.

Went to the small counter. Staff just watched people line up inside and no one came to serve the counter. Ended up leaving without ordering because we just couldnt wait any longer.

So inconsistent. Don t you have Sure Shots ?

Staff was kinda mean food is good but there was flies on the doughnuts and its kinda scary because its in Lower Sackville.

Ugh. Always out of something . Bread, lettuce, bacon, or certain doughnuts/muffins. Breakfast inconsistent and slapped together, often with something missing. Oh and to make it better, in the summer there s wasps crawling all over their doughnuts. When I told the staff, they definitely didn t look like they cared and made no move to remove anything. Yikes. Beware.

OK place. Make sure you check any drink that has milk in it. I have noticed curdled milk a number of times

Worst Tim Hortons in Canada

I wish I could rate no stars!I go there every morning before work and get the exact same order. Yesterday after confirming multiple times that my sandwich was cheddar bacon no egg at the drive thru speaker and again at the pick up window. Got to work and sandwich was sausage. I didn t have time to leave work to go back. I threw it in the garbage. This morning I got my normal order and explained the mistake asked to have my bacon and cheddar on English muffin no egg for free as yesterday I couldn t eat wrong order. Manager wouldn t give me sandwich for free because I could not provide the sandwich I threw out in office yesterday. Implying I was lying for a free sandwich. Then asked if I still wanted it if it wasn t free? As if I couldn t today for it! This is terrible customer service! We work at the call centre and everyone complains how terrible this Tim s is. Most go out of their way to another. Terrible customer service unbelievable. We go there for the same order every Tuesday and Wednesday morning for months.

Had a great experience getting my coffee and tea biscuit at this location the staff was nice

Only two customers in the store front at a time like its a convenience store at lunch time next to a school. Covid restrictions are over long ago.

At best middle of summer I would have given this location a 3-4, was the products served great? No but the people working there helped make up for the downsides. That has dramatically changed in the past 3 weeks. Almost all of the staff are gone whether it s for school or something in general and the previous management is no where to be seen. The new employees should wear clown hats instead of tim Hortons uniforms. Had 3 interactions with a tall gentleman there where he told me he knew exactly what my order was and was quick about then gave me the wrong stuff, couple girls there did the same thing, I go back today as a gamble for a better result and all I m told is I think our food is expired and made 0 effort to try to sell me anything else, nothing said about well we have more in the bakery it ll be this amount of time, just stood there clueless. I ve worked at a Tim s location years ago and remember between the training videos and 1 on 1s even if we re out of something atleast try to see if the customer would be interested in anything else. Present that smile, create that interaction and try your best to promote a purchase without hounding the customer. It s depressing that this new set of staff lack confidence, leadership, motivation to do literally anything. If they only care about a pay cheque and quality means nothing they should not be employed.

Very very slow Tim Hortons. Worst part about this location is the fact they only allow two people inside of the restaurant at any time doesn t matter if it s raining outside if there are two customers inside you have to wait outside even if you do a mobile order you are not allowed to pick up your water if two people are inside you have to wait your turn in a long line up outside to get inside to pick up your order I suggest going to a different Tim Hortons and this one closing down

Took a friend to get a tea and coffee, he drinks more sugar than most in his coffee and we had the male staff say ewwwwww gross .. not a great response to announce over the Drive-thru speaker. Also made my friend embarrassed .

i go here at lunch and i only have limited time because i have to get back to school and most of the time the workers here aren t acknowledging that i m standing there waiting to order and when they do talk my order they take forever to make it. also not all but a couple of the workers here are extremely rude and disrespectful.

Very slow service almost every time I go there, yet they are hand and foot serving drive thru all hands on deck while there s 4 people out front waiting, always out of things I only stop there as it s conveniently close

You are okay with taking my money but there is no where to pee. This is an American approach to homelessness. Shame on you and your business. Its 2022. Or are you too greedy to pay your employees to clean a toilet seat 3 times a day. I see you have a 3.6. Im going to get associates to also give you a one star. Cause we like our homeless. Booooo

I updating my post as they have been wonderful the last few months out performing alot of other tim hortons in the area, this ladies have been doing wonderful

Need to slow down and get the orders right the fist time. Not fast if you have to go in to get your order right

I ordered this bowl a few minutes ago. The green leaves are all turning black, not fresh at all. Very disappointed.

I ordered a steak and egg muffin and got a bacon egg biscuit which is significantly worse

Be ready to wait if you walk in . No other customer I side, waited 5 mins they all looked at me and didn t bother saying hi or taking my order. Priority is clearly cars. Left without a coffee.

Every day I buy coffee at Tim Hortons. Today my coffee taste like a water, I asked to change it and I got the same. its a way how we do coffee So, I got refund I am gone without coffee.... Food : 2/5

This First Lake franchise needs to aim for a better quality control. The staff must get there 10min before the doors open as three times now Ive been there 30min after opening and have been told the espresso machine isnt warmed up yet, or we dont have that donut yet, or sorry, the hash browns arent ready yet. Everything you sell should be available when the doors open. Went there today 5 min before closing and was already closed.

They mess up orders frequently and have slow service.

Should be lower then one star. Asked for a drink and they messed it up. Then they argued with me stating that it was not made wrong. They took it back and a different staff member made the new one and messed up for a second time, so I had to go to a different tim hortons to correct the mistake, the staff acted like it was an inconvenience when I had to wait longer to get a beverage I couldnt drink. New day same attitude, I was rushed while ordering, Instead of just taking my order the 1st time, I was told to pull up and remind them when I got to window.

I have never been to such a poorly managed Tim Hortonss before. Literally half the time they dont have egg ready in the morning. They also constantly mess up orders. Its rare that they make a farmers wrap correctly, they often forget the egg or hashbrown. Wont be coming back, getting breakfast here is a gamble.

Extremely poorly managed Tim hortons, they messed up my order several times. Seems that they employ kids at this location, and they dont even know how to prepare Food. Very disgusting.

I find the service is good but they are always out of alot of food. Said they ran out of eggs by 7am and only had 3 types of timbits

The drive through was so slow today. I am a fair reviewer, but today was exceptionally bad even for Covid-19.

UPDATE: This just happened again. June 29/20. No chicken. All our patronage is going to Tims on Cobequid. May 2020: My partner just went through a little after 11 am asking for a grilled chicken wrap and was told they had no chicken. They are in the parking lot of a Sobeys...its lunch menu time...whats up? I heard a rumor that if certain workers dont feel like making something, theyll just say they are out of it.

They had no eggs however they have the maple cinnamon bagel and she made it perfectly even though I was picky

Terrible location. The wait time is always long, even if you are the only one ion the drive thru. And no matter how many times you ask for milk in your coffee, you get cream.

This Tims is frequently very slow even when I am the only customer, the orders are often incorrect or missing something. Workers are friendly when engaged but otherwise stoic. Not an inviting place.
