We had the swarma plates today for lunch, excellent food, nice selection of sides., generous portions especially the chicken. We will def be back.

I went to have veg falafel plate dine in. Hygiene gets zero, customer behaviour gets zero and the food he was serving like that he is giving me at free of cost. I haven t seen attitude in my entire life. The guy who works at evening shift especially is ridiculous, disgusting and senseless attitude. Last time in my life that I went to store and I would also aware everyone keep an eye on his attitude. Looks like he is an honour of the store and if he does I don t care but people should be aware. Bye Bye Villa Madina. Mark my words you guys with these attitude twice I would only say you guys are sinking ships the matter is time. Cheers !!! Keep it up. That day will come soon. Vegetarian options: Never want to go back I would be okay without food.

One word - FLAVOUR!!!! This is my go to place when I m craving good food with a variety of flavours on the same plate (Chicken Shawarma Plate). The rice, chicken, roasted potatoes, salad and all the sides are exceptional - but the Garlic sauce is 100%!!!!!! The staff are great - very friendly. In and out in less than 5 minutes (I got take out). Good parking also. So glad they are in Sackville.

The two gentleman who were working were beyond pleasant and happy which is something I find important as a customer :) Always nice to know the place you re buying from fosters a positive work environment as well as fresh yummy foood!! His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and his recommendations were spot on. I tried the chicken shawarma and falafel based on his suggestions, and they were both outstanding flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. What stood out the most was Abhisheks genuine passion for providing excellent service. He checked in regularly to make sure everything was perfect, and his friendly and professional attitude made the meal even more enjoyable. Shish Taouk, 2 skewer + kaftan. Fatouch salad. Rice, potatoes... falafel & shawarma plate... chicken shawarma rokbox... extra pita and garlic potatoes. Unfortunatly not many of the key elements met average taste or texture. The Hummus and the safron rice were good. The remainder... gnaaaan!!! Lived the experience, moving on. Food

I dropped by Villa Madina for a quick bite. The staff were welcoming ad the process was quick. I always struggle in finding a good Flafel that has all the necessary ingredients and looks green inside. This was close enough and the wrap tastes good without sauces.

Fast service . No taste 2 super wraps .more like super skinny. Barely any veg sauce or hummus. Chicken was good thats all we got in dry wrap . First and last time

I really enjoy the rok box and shawarma. The store itself is always super clean and the staff too are great. It has become my go to shawarma place whenever I crave an authentic taste.

Excellent food, worst behavior and very bad customer service

I was at the Madina Villa location in Sackville for the first time today. I always have an amazing eating experience at the Mic Mac Mall location so was very eager to try out the new restaurant in Sackville . I was not disappointed ! My husband and I were their first customers of the day arriving just moments after they opened . Our server (sorry, I wish that I knew his name) was wonderfully pleasant and friendly . We ordered the falafel wrap and falafel salad. The food was so tasty and fresh. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The serving size was great and priced reasonably. The restaurant is clean and tidy. I am so happy to have two wonderful locations to visit now . We will be frequent customers! To our server today - we greatly enjoyed our hot, fresh garlic potatoes in the car. Yum yum , they were awesome Vegetarian options: Lots of wonderful vegetarian options (especially at Mic Mac Mall location) - fresh and delicious.

The staff is very friendly and the food is FANTASTIC! Flavourful, portions are good and everything tastes fresh. I hope this location continues providing great food and it isn t because it s a new location.

I ordered take out today for lunch, having tried this place at the mall a few times I thought the food would be great. I ordered the falafel rokbox. Unfortunately what I got was overcooked and dry falafels, mushy rice and the rok sauce tastes like warm mayonnaise and isn t good with the rice and falafel, the pickles and turnip were also extremely salty. I don t think I would order from here again.

We decided to try this place while in the city from out of town. The food was absolutely phenomenal! Huge portions and everything was absolutely delicious! The staff were extremely kind and wonderful. We can t wait to go back!

I did the online order and will opt to go in next time. Thought the online order for pick up is a good convenience. Online order was easy and quick. promptly received a confirmation to pick up order around 719pm. I was there by 712 and it was ready. The order was for chicken/beef shawarma plate and falafel/beef plate and added side of pita bread for the dips we chose. Disappointed in the quality. The food was cold, no pita bread in the order and meat was dry or at the very end of product. Rice was good. Didnt expect the potatoes as part of the combo. Portions are weighed. First time trying this place. Price is ok. Will try again but plan to go in and order face to face. Restaurant was noticeably clean when I did the pick up.

The culinary experience fell short of the delicious standards set by the Mic Mac Mall venue. I left disappointed. Additionally, the service seemed rather sluggish, despite the establishment not being particularly busy during my visit. Its possible that these setbacks are just teething problems associated with the opening phase, and I remain optimistic that the quality will soon match that of the other location.

Tried this place today for the first time and enjoyed every bite. The staff at thr Sackville location are top notch. They both were smiling, knowledgable about the menu, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their job and take pride in it (a rarity nowadays). The food was hot, well flavored and a great sized portion. Id recommend this place to any and all my friends. Will be back soon to try something different 10/10

Amazing food and a beautifully designed facility!!

This incident happened 1-2 weeks after the official opening Everything was great until I had a shisk taouk chicken wrap. The chicken was rotten. It was so old and dry that when I had a bite, it was so hard, the bite felt like I was crunching a hard candy, breaking in a million pieces of glass tasting like fermented meat. This is what happens when those big chains of restaurant are taking over. The cook is just an employee, while the business owner cares only about profits. Well, he better leave his computer screen and get himself in the kitchen and look at what is happening there. This chicken was kept under completely unsatisfactory sanitary condition for extremely long time. People, stop paying for food like that, go at the grocery store and cook your own meals. The price of food have drastically increase and those restaurant chain have only one focus, profit. They will buy the cheapest quality chicken and keep it for as long as it take until they sell it. The meat is probably prepared somewhere else and it is shipped frozen to the restaurant, exactly like McDonald. you will not fool me twice. Edit: Just to show you how much they care, they responded on Google reviews to communicate with them on their website, I did, 2 weeks ago. No answer yet.

My partner and I ordered the chicken and falafel plates. The food was fresh and bursting with so much flavor. Very well priced for the quantity and quality. The staff were patient and kind and took pride in their product. Will absolutely be back and will bring the whole family. Awesome addition to food options for our community.

My mother and I accidentally walked into the family and friend s opening event in Lower Sackville, and they fed us anyways for free!! A worker named Eric welcomed us in and made us feel right at home. All of the staff were so friendly! What a wonderful welcoming group of people, and the food was incredible! But we already knew it was gonna be ;) Thank you guys so much, we will be back soon!

Every bite burst with authentic flavors, and the service was impeccable. The staff I don t remember the name exactly (Abby) went above and beyond to ensure our experience was memorable. The staff were super friendly and asked if it was our first time there, which it was. They let us take our time and go over the menu before placing our order. The food was prepared quickly and served with a smile. We had the chicken schwarma plates and fried cauliflower. It was delicious and we will certainly be back for more. Dietary restrictions: They were very accommodating about explaining what was in each dish as I could not have potatoes and my husband couldnt have curry. There was plenty of options to choose from.

Had the mixed meat (chicken&beef) shawarma at the new location on Sackville drive. Always go with the extra garlic and tahini sauce! So good!
