Was going to order here just now...went on the website to place my order and was greeted by an advertisement for their rewards that consisted of a photo of a woman doing satanic occult hand gestures. Not sure of the connection between pizza and occult symbolizes but not willing to find out. Wondering who does their marketing and what goes through their mind to think this is ok. Very bizarre.

Hi i am happy to share my amazed experience of pizza. It was my first time to try pizza from here and the pizza was super delicious. Another thing owner was very nice and friendly nature. I strongly recommond pizza from this place and worth it.

Id give it a negative 1000 i would. We ordered 3 chicken poutines...almost 50 bucks for garbage. The fries were so overcooked you would think you were eating wooden twigs. The 3 of them went to the garbage . Never again will I get food from this disgusting place. Call and complain??? Waste of time because I wouldnt want my order replaced Update...the owner reached out immediately and made it right so customer service is great!! My boyfriend and I got poutines tonight and it was hands down, the BEST poutine. Fries were perfect, generous amount of nicely melted cheese and gravy was perfect consistency and great taste. Will definitely be back!

I ordered from the Lower Sackville location for a large work event - 3 days of pizza delivery. We had the chance to try many of their pizzas and garlic fingers. Absolutely excellent. Easy ordering, on time delivery, great communication we had 3 groups of almost 50 over 3 days and lunch was so easy because of them! Everyone loved it. Brother s pepperoni pizza, Veggie and the Chicago Jack were standouts - but everything was great. Wouldn t hesitate to use them again!

Perfect place for pizza night

Sackville - Decided to try the Butter Chicken Poutine Friday night. Was blown away. Excellent taste and portion size. Liked it so much I went back again on Saturday night on my way to work. Delicious. New to this location. Will be back again soon!

Personally and I mean hands down the best place for poutines. Ive been all round Canada ordering poutines Alexandras has it down very highly recommended!!!

We stopped by when it was slow, got a pair of full Donaire platters in literally 10 minutes. Food was perfect, just the right combo of greasy, seasoned, cheesy, and filling.

Very disappointed. Donair came with no sauce on side and shawarma was inedible. Chicken was burnt to a crisp and no pickled turnip on it, very little sauce. Lasagna my spouse said was the best.

I used to love the poutine from this place but they changed their fries and it completely ruined it. Very disappointed and I wont be going back as everything else is alright, not great.

My small meatlovers pizza was very raw. The dough was slimy and I could move it around with my finger that is how raw it was... I had already eaten some before I noticed what the sliminess was... Hoping for no food poisoning I ended up going in to the store and showing them pieces of the pizza and they gave me my money back no questions asked and many sorrys which did display good customer service.

I work at a local area hotel and recommend this place every time I get asked about delivery service. There are closer places but I like the food from here. I will however refrain from recommending this place or handing out their menus in the future. The last three times I made an order for myself, they take the order, they tell me how long it will be. Then in about 10 minutes or less I get a call telling me that they cannot take my order because they only have one driver, or they dont deliver here. That is bullcrap because their driver was here last night and has been here often. So long story short, I will now recommend the local pizza joints. Thanks for nothing Alexandras. One star because it wont let me give zero.

I order regularly and I ve given these guys lots of chance to improve. I ve complained to management and been assured that the delivery issues were being addressed. There has been no improvement in fact it has gotten worse. Tonight, by the time it arrives, will be 2:00 hours from the time I placed the order. When I called after an hour and 15 minutes I was told they did not have my order. However, when confronted with the fact that I had my email confirmation they suddenly found the order. Totally unacceptable and it will be my last order. Unfortunate, because I do like their food. To their management...if you re wondering why more people are using Dash and Skip this is why! I can have my food in 30 minutes instead of 2 hours.

If youre looking for a place that has rude staff, dont wear masks at all while cooking or in the restaurant, and that sneeze into their hands and then touch your food with no hand washing... this is the place for you! Horrible service. And dirty place!

I dont know if the Sackville location is under new ownership, but something has changed. Been a huge fan of Alexandras and a customer since it opened. The food is still great, but due to consistently bad customer service, sadly I wont be ordering from here again. Most recent experience - ordered nachos, was not given an ETA (which is fine, but if its going to be 1-2 hours for delivery, itd be nice to be given a heads up). Called an hour after ordering to check in, was told its in the car for delivery. Called about 45 minutes after that, was told its just in the oven now. The folks I spoke with were quite rude and offered no apologies for the confusion, the delay, etc so I was happy to cancel and order Kennys in Bedford. (Highly recommend that place, by the way! Delicious and super friendly / awesome staff).

Not sure if its new ownership or what. Been a customer of the franchise for 17 years. Been a customer of the Sackville location for 5. Had good services for years but the last three deliveries have been heinous. I will never order from them again. Wrong order, pizza flipped over, and more. I ordered a pizza and it had clearly flipped over during delivery. The driver knew, I delivered pizza when I was young and we know when that happens.

They have the best fried chicken and poutine ever! Chicken is crispy and juicy at the same time, and the gravy is amazing with lots of it on the poutine (not like some places where they skimp)!

Yummy pizza, garlic fingers & poutine. I often call and ask if they can have a pizza ready for me by a specific time and they always do. Even when I walk in, the wait for a medium pizza is about 10-15 mins. Friendly staff, and good prices.

New owner apparently, will not honour the free delivery if they determine you re to close to Halifax but in Bedford. Was charged $3.00 for my order because of how close I live to Larry Uteck, I ve ordered my donair from there for years, not anymore!!! Wake up new owner, you re cheap. Pizza Girls will get my order now, IN BEDFORD.

It s pretty disappointing to deal with the sackville location. They have advertised specials online that they do not honor in the store. Specifically the #11 buy 2 save deal. She told me no although advertised. I ve order tons from the Halifax location with no issues. I would highly recommend ordering elsewhere.

It was really good the first time we went this time not so much.

Ordered food. First they were out of club sandwiches. Fine, we ordered burgers. The order was going to take an hourish to arrive... THEN they called back a HALF HOUR LATER to tell us they were OUT OF BURGERS. Didnt offer any compensation just to know if we still wanted the order. So unhappy with this experience and will for sure NEVER order from alexandras ever again.

This place has really good pizza. The Classic Canadian is my favorite. Sweet sauce and good toppings, crust is coated in a garlic flavour. Always buy a few donair eggrolls with my order, they are so good!

Basic pizza, nothing special about this pizza at all, shouldnt have listen to my frie d to get a slice saying its good...and no fresh slices to choose from. No meatless options for those that are vegetarian. How do you not have plain cheese pizza available when your empty at 11:30 am on a Friday. I could say more but dont want to be rude.

Pizza is really good.. only problem is they called over an hour after I ordered saying that they knocked and I didnt answer even though I was literally in front of the door the whole time and saw no one. Then they said sorry we will bring it back in 15 minutes.. its been 40 and still nothing.

Ordered a large donair and was thoroughly disappointed. Smallest version in Sackville.

Came in at like 1am for a donair and a poutine. The donair didnt have any sauce on it and the veggies were in huge chunks instead of being diced or chopped. The poutine was meh and left my girlfriend with an upset stomach. The interior is pretty though, and the cooks will serve you if the takeout guy is on the phone which was nice.

Food came out quick and hot but the guys behind the counter were not the friendliest.

If you feel like being embraced by the wings of an angel, get a chicken poutine.
