Fish & onion rings were amazing! Taquitos were nothing special. A whole medium pizza is being wasted since every child here with us tonight took one bite and spit it out I tried it & I find the sauce very spicy & different .. Kid-friendliness: NOT CHILD FRIENDLY PIZZA.

Yummy in my tummy is how Id describe my food today! I asked for recommendations from Cloe, our fabulous server and the choices did not disappoint, and Cloe was an absolute delight!

I visit this restaurant today. I stand around 15 min on the entrance in the waiting area , so somebody show me table where i can sit. After waiting so long in the waiting area i come back .

Not what you would consider your traditional pizza joint, but dont let that fool you. Freemans makes some of the best pizza in the city.

They called us minors because we didnt bring our ID after nine, we only wanted food and the individual that had an ID present wanted a beer on tap. We are all above the age of 21. Could have told us before we sat down and waited 10 minutes AT LEAST for a menu. Bad service. (We were nicely kicked out for not having ID passed nine?)

Nice restaurant with enough space inside and big car park. Food is delicious, service is great, prices are affordable. Recommend it!

Came in new years day for some recovery food. Everything was fantastic, great recommendations from the server. It was clean and the food was delicious. Just what we needed.

Was not impressed after waiting half hour to order food and there was 1 other customer in the restaurant.

drinks were so watered down, I had 3 double drinks of Vodka, not even a slight buzz and my friend had the same before switching to wine, because of no buzz!!

My friends and I decided to try this place out for wing night. We all ordered our drinks and wings and the server brought them over. We finished everything up and were ready to order some more drinks and some more wings. Problem was we never saw our server again until the bill was brought over 45 mins later. Wasnt a busy night by any means in there. Poor service. Wings were decent but Ill stick to my regular spot where they actually come back to check on things and if you needs anything else like most other places.

Service is good or great, servers are seemingly experienced and for sure focus on the customer (some places dont have that) Food is good, great pizza... I went a few Thursdays and the music was too loud for me... but thats my problem... others probably go for that

Straight up worst pizza Ive ever had. Ordered online for pickup. Cheese basically nonexistant, enough sauce for 4 pizzas, crust and dough didnt taste fresh. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your money on their pizza.

Nice balance between a dive bar and a restaurant. Old dark wood warms the room, food is great, good selection on tap!

Ive tried almost everything on the menu and its all good. Ive been to the other locations too but this one is the best. The pizza is made with real ingredients. I recommend the Philly cheese steak sandwich. The samosas are awesome. The nachos are great. Great caesar salad. In my opinion its the best place to eat in Lower Sackville. They seem to have an atmosphere that the usual riff raff avoids. For people that complain about the drink prices; dont. The drink prices are in my opinion what keeps the riff raff away and Im ok with that. They have live music on Thursday nights, and always great service. No complaints about this place.

Such an amazing place and great atmosphere to grab some delicious food from - the portions are great sizes and pricing isnt too high for what youre getting. Have tried a variety of items from the menu and am pleasantly pleased each time with the flavours and freshness. Love stopping into this location after a day in the city while on the way back to the Valley.

Went on a Sunday night and service was very slow. Only a few patrons there at the same time. Artichoke dip was delicious

First stop on my east coast trip. Was so thrilled to see all the Broadway when I walked in. Chunk was amazing. He accommodated all my dietary meals and made the best Caesar ever!!!

Total ripoff. Spent over $100 on food for 3 people (ordered takeout). Friend ordered the grilled vegetable salad with chicken for $21. The salad was just iceberg lettuce with a few veggies on top and a few prices of chicken almost too small to see. No dressing. Was complete garbage. The salad that was supposed to come with one of the meals as a side was missing. The extra cheesy garlic fingers has barely enough cheese to cover it. We all felt sick after eating it.

I havent tried their pizza yet, but the burgers are fabulous, particularly the blue cheese burger. Ive tried a few of the other menu items and havent been disappointed though I usually get the brunch skillet which I really enjoy. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Parking: I usually go at lunch and there is always a ton of parking available although it can get crowded on Sundays after church lets out. Wheelchair accessibility: I havent needed it but there is easy wheelchair access both to the front door and the patio.

Burger was pretty gross and soggy, salad was covered in dressing. New cooks apparently and it really shows. Pizza was raw, it was a really bad experience overall.

I just ordered the crispy chicken club sandwich, it had 3 layers of bread, and 1 piece of chicken, and barely any sauce. I took the chicken out because I could barely eat it ... a 18 dollar sandwich... :(

I went to Freemans for the first time after a friend of mine showed me one of the servers Anna K that he follows on Tictok. I have to say not only is she the prettiest server, but the finest server that has ever placed a meal in front of me.

My Gf took me here for my birthday a few nights ago got served by Anna K. what a super server, then found out she was on Tictok awsome She is a true Nova Scotianer

Nachos and wings forever!!!! Great service. Doesnt matter how busy the place is you get served like your the only patron. The staff deserve a big tip for their professionalism.

Nachos and chicken club, not great, soggy and overdone. Stick with pizza here. Server never bothered to check in. The Caesars are good.

The food was good, not great but pleasant. The service was excellent and the place looked nice. The floors were slippery, felt like there was oil all over the floor. The prices are too high but ok for the portion size. Nice place and we probably will return.

We live in the same Sackville neighborhood so we frequently go here for breakfast and dinner. Just noticing the quality of food is not as good lately. Was served cold bacon at breakfast. The honey garlic wing sauce has been changed to a fruity floral flavor with no garlic pieces. Just had a chicken clubhouse that used the chicken strips as the chicken. Very little flavor. Also got rid of the chicken burger that i ordered often. I am not a person to complain but I will think twice about going again. Service is always excellent.

WE LOVE FREEMANS! There isnt enough space here to say all the things I could about Freemans. The food and staff are out of this world awesome! Best wings, hands down. The chocolate cheesecake is to die for. #1 deep fried pickles. Philly cheese steak will rock your world. Seasoned, perfectly crisp fries. Turn those fries into a delightful poutine. The chicken taquito..I dont even have words. If youre contemplating going here, just do it. If youre looking for a fun evening out, definitely check out their trivia nights!

Love coming here. The service is always good and the food is well made, but we were very sad to see the lasagna being taken off the menu. It was one of the best!

A great addition to the growing freemans. The food was amazing, was a delight to see a portion that felt like it was equal to what i was paying. The music was a little loud to have a decent conversation but that probably isnt the most common use of this location. Overall was great even if the wait to be seated was a little longer than expected. Parking: Didnt explore much but it is a tight parking lot. However bonus is free Wheelchair accessibility: The inside is a little difficult to move around in but pretty sure a chair would fit. Might need assistance to get around the corners and into some of the tables.

I don t know how a restaurant can forget about a 12 inch garlic fingers but here we are .won t be ordering from here again

When we were organizing our 30th anniversary high school reunion, Freemans Lower Sackville really came through. Joël and staff were extremely accommodating and flexible and bent over backwards to meet our requests. On the night of the reunion, bad weather reduced our expected numbers a bit and they were extremely kind. The wait staff were skilled, attentive and amazing. The pizza was seriously delicious. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts.

This is a proper pub with all the dishes youd expect. Id go back again.

Chicken was a little overdone and dry, music was a little loud for late afternoon lunch. But other than that it was a pretty good visit, great service and staff.

Positives: The fries were very good and my husband enjoyed his burger. The servers were amazing, very friendly and quick. They are kid friendly and have a cute menu and crayons. Negatives: The food is not what it used to be. The Alfredo sauce is absolutely terrible and I had to add a bunch of things to even make it edible, the kids chicken taquitos were bland and just about zero flavor and the nachos (which I used to love) were just ok. Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly!

Food is great for typical pub fare, especially recommended the fish and chips (LOVE their fries), service was excellent, but as usual with a pub style setup, it can be a little loud. Not an issue if thats what youre looking for, just be aware of it. Overall, highly recommend you give them a try

Dirty cups, the service was less then what Id expect.

We were a group of 7 of which 5 had never been there before. The food was not good for any of the 7 meals. Dry chicken strips, dry chicken club sandwich and luke warm fish and chips. Very disappointed as it was our decision to go there. Will not be back

Its good, but nothing I have had was really exceptional at this location. Busy on a wing night, our preference was the unbreaded wings. Update.... The more I come here the better I like it. Our favorite server is a man who has been there a long time. We crave their wings! I like a dry rub, he suggested their fry spice which was pretty terrific! Pizza and burgers are favorite, the rest is a lot of fried food, with some hidden gems in the menu. We always finish the meal with a chocolate eruption cake.

Worst pizza i ever had! I ask anyone that has gone here to ask if they make the Pizza dough them selves? Their pizza dough are pre made from a factory and they charge nearly $20. Cosco pizza is better then the s%#t they sell! Not sure how people are saying its the best they ever had!

Worst food Ive eaten in this province. Came here for lunch for my fathers birthday. He had the fish and chips, and I got the spinach dip. Nothing homemade, chips for the spinach dip were crumbs, quite obviously from the bottom of the bag. Server had attitude when we said the food wasnt fantastic. Avoid this place at all cost.

They have good variety in their menu and portion sizes are excellent. The staff are personable and the atmosphere is comfortable.

The other nightvi attended a catered party. First time at this Freemans ( lower sackville ) and I Loved this quiet little place Delicious food, excellent service from the waitress. We couldnt ask for a better place to celebrate a co workers achievement. Thanks guys for providing excellent service!

My husband absolutely loved the PB & bacon burger with fries... And he never raves about anything! My pizza was not the best Ive ever had, but it was very good! Our server tonight (Polly) was an absolute delight and gave the experience the extra star!

Terrible service, other waitress on was super rude, 3 tables walked out on her because of it, waited 20 mins for drinks when there was only 3 tables, then a longer wait to order food, tea was coldz mold on the burger bun and service was terrible, could use alot of improvment from front of house to the kitchen

This Freemans location always has a good atmosphere and the staff are awesome! Most of the time the food is great but the pizza is ALWAYS fantastic! The brownie definitely needs ice cream though! Huge fan of open mic night and the wings are great too!

Always a pleasant experience here. It was super busy for a Tuesday evening with 2 large groups but the wait staff was super attentive and communicated well.

I had an alfredo from here the other day through Skip. It did NOT look like alfredo nor did it taste like it, but that s what they re calling it. Couldn t even get a refund and will never eat here again. Pretty disappointed

Good food friendly staff

Waited 20 minutes to be seated, multiple tables were empty the entire time, but no one would clean them off. In order to order drinks and food, had to ask each time for someone to come over, cause they just kept walking by. No follow-up after food was received, had to go to the bar and ask for someone to bring us our bill.

First time visit and will definitely be back for all the above reasons..

Had a Christmas staff meal and drinks there to start the night off .. was great service until the next room got filled up and then they left us. We were there so long, we just gave up after appetizers. We wanted meals and drinks but at that point we were done.

Went for breakfast. Presentation was a little tired, dry little orange slice, wilted bedding of greens...good value, but a mediocre presentation.
