Peppery Pizza and Poutine in Lower Sackville

The brothers pepperoni poutine was great. Staff are friendly and our food was made quickly.

Donair didnt taste that good.

I had decided to try the poutine and picked up a slice. The slice was so old it was inedible and poutine had undercooked fries. I was home within 10 minutes and it was a soggy mess. Do not recommend.

On the fence..... topping excellent, assembly excellent, crust not up to par and lacking character.... was too dense. I will give another try and update if any changes.

Got a donair poutine, They Should probably mention in the menu that they put gravy AND DONAIR sauce on there donair poutine it s never have had this anywhere else I ve gone in my life it s nasty especially because their donair is WAYY too sweet. It s a donair poutine not a donair on a poutine. Also wouldn t give me the total when I ordered

Dough, sauce and toppings are all great. I think they put garlic butter on the crust or something. Friggin good pizza

We went there yesterday with our colleagues and the guys at the Bedford location suggested us to try this location too. Everything was so good , their service was really good just like the other location. We had a Little misunderstanding with the order on the phone but they fixed it right away . Also to mention weve never tried their pictou sauce and the guy at the cashier gave us a free pictou sauce on the side for free . I always choose Nayya pizza for their excellent food and no doubt their service .

Before they joined with Nayya I would have given this place 5 stars. We were buying from the lower Sackville spot so often the delivery drivers knew our pets. When they joined with Nayya we tried Nayyas menu twice and it was gross greasy food on par with other spots but not good and certainly not edible past the night you order it. Just standard cardboard pizza drenched in grease which is not the standard Peppery adhered to. Tonight we ordered Peppery cuz it (was) my fav and we just got back from abroad. The crust was burnt (super unusual but not past the regular variance of what can happen in any given food place) but the garlic fingers were completely inedible. My guess a Nayya cook did those. My worry is that Pepperys classic standard: food that is real and edible past day 1 and clean tasting, is about to be destroyed by the sub par grease bag garbage which is most pizza joints in NS. Im super disappointed. I would have, and was recommending anything from Peppery to everyone I know. I ordered an array without worry but I think based on tonight theyve been compromised. If you like cardboard grease pizza like every other pizza joint in the city its golden for you. If you like quality food that had flavor baked in Peppery used to be the spot and I lament the loss of my favorite pizza spot.

Ive been going here for a long time, way before they rebranded to Peppery, and the thing that kept me coming back is the Pictou pizza. No other pizza place can compete with it! When I worked at Faders (Now called Oconnels) Bottle Exchange, the owner was very nice to me and my co-worker as well whenever wed come by for a slice. Would recommend 100%

Bring back peppery recipe - nays is not nearly as good as I find it greasy and burnt. Used to be my goto pizza place in sackville but ordered twice this month and quality has gone downhill - maybe I ll try it again but no longer at the top of my list

I tried Peppery Pizza for the first time last week and I was not disappointed! The shawarma pizza was very tasty and I appreciate the thin crust.

We absolutely love their pizza!!! The crust and sauce is so delicious and unique. The toppings are always generous and fresh. The staff are also beyond friendly and helpful. Well never go elsewhere!!!

Sackville sandwich week sandwich was awful and was not as advertised. Also $40 for two sandwiches and an order of fries is criminal.

I ordered from Peppery once again today albeit a while since my last. I always loved the jalapeno cheddar pizza. I hate to admit it but Ive ordered more than my own share of it. The order showed up as usual but once I opened the box I was in remorse. The crust reached all the way into the inner slice of the pizza revealing almost no toppings. Although golden brown and perfectly baked it was still taking up far too much real estate for my liking. more than anyone. My large became almost a small. I promptly called the store against everything that I stand for but to be honest I was a little peeved to say the least. Ive promised a group of friends an amazing pizza. Ive never been good at complaining and it was never in my nature but this pizza was appalling. I got through to an amazing young lady (I cannot remember your name and Im sorry because you were the best}. I staggered through a description of what had happened and we both apologized to each other and I was promptly sent another pizza in lieu of my previous. Just an FYI please call the establishment as they have their own delivery service in effect now. If I had done that prior I would not be required to pay for a new delivery. It isnt much and Im not paying for the pizza although it would be worth it. I just felt as though everyone knows that apps are no longer such a thing anymore. support the business, especially great businesses like this one.

I ordered two donair calzones, and one came burnt. When I called to ask about it they said thats normal, and next time to ask for it cooked less.

Wow! Best poutine Ive had in a long time! Hand cut fries, real cheese curds with just the right amount of yummy not too salty gravy. I got the donair poutine. Donair meat cooked to perfection, delicious red onions and tomatoes with delicious donair sauce. Soo good! Definitely my new place to get poutine!

Got two large pizzas and a bacon hamburger poutine. Overall it was not good and not bad but okay.

We had an appetizer night and ordered mozza sticks, deep fried pickles, jalapeno poppers, and potato skins. Everything was amazing! Nothing was too greasy and the portion sizes were great! The potato skins were so much more filling than they look. We will definitely be ordering from here again!

The poutine is not good. I love poutine, and they did put on enough gravy and cheese, but the chicken is not real chicken and the fries tasted like potato skins (but they weren t fresh cut or anything). No seasoning in the gravy. Something about this tasted chemically...I couldn t tell if it was the gravy, fries, or chicken.

Very good pizza great service if I had a complaint it would be more garlic for the garlic fingers and remember to put sauce in fridge let sit before giving with GF order lol . also just be a little bit better at remembering the order correctly. Ive ordered a few times and ordered 2ltr pop and never received and also bacon in my GFS and also didnt receive a few times other then that...... Friendly Great pizza like the old days Fast at delivery especially the older guy love him so sweet. Highly recommended

First of, let me just say that my husband and I are very picky when it comes to pizza. I googled pizza in lower sackville and this place came up. I don t usually like my pizza with the pepperoni on top of the cheese but I figured I would try it anyways because the pictures look so good. Our food arrived hot, fresh and DELICIOUS. Pizza was flavourful and the crust is the best I ve had in a long time. The garlic fingers were so tasty I didn t even need to use the donair sauce. We used delivery via the website and the food arrived in 20 minutes and the driver was friendly. Will definitely be repeat customers!!

Pizza was terrible imo. Chlorinated tasting dough, mildly sweet and flat looking. Nachos and caesar salad were average. Delivery was over an hour and the caesar salad arrived 5 minutes after that. They were friendly, apologized and gave me free cake but I could not eat it as it tasted like a cleaning solution.

It s been a while since we had a pizza due to COVID-19. We decided to give Peppery Pizza and Poutine a try for our first return to take out. It was worth every bite. The pizza sauce was unique and delicious. The service was excellent. We will be back for more!

My second time eating his pizza and this time was even better. Large donair pizza was AMAZING! It tastes like a bubba donair pizza from Jessies years ago. It is completely addictive! We ve lived in Sackville for years and always had a go-to for our pizza and Donairs, but lately that place s quality has gone way down so we decided to try here tonight for a change. We will definitely be back! The donair pizza was awesome! And my kids really enjoyed the Hawaiian pizza!

Took a chance and ordered for the first time. Was a pleasant surprise. The Pictou Style pizza and poutines were great. Tasted good, fresh ingredients, no complaints! Will try them again.

Garlic fingers were great, pizza tasted good, but the pizza dough was raw. Severely under cooked. Squishy mushy dough in your mouth, was gross. Was fine once I put it in my oven for 10 min.

Ordered 2 pizzas and garlic fingers, very good! Popcorn chicken poutine was good, Pepsi didn t show up but it was part of the order, when I told the driver he told me it may be 1/2 an hour but arrived back shortly after, assuming he went to the corner store and paid for one out of pocket, hopefully he gets compensated, much appreciated. Will definitely order again

The best pizza place in Sackville. The Pictou sauce is to die for, and the owner is the sweetest man you will ever meet. Im gluten free and he remembers my order all the time. Plus my name. Now thats service. Dont ever change anything in that store. Yummmmmmmmmmmmy.

Food was supposed to come in 55 mins. Took an hour and twenty mins instead. The food was ice cold when it arrived (fries and battered fish) and the batter on the fish was tough and difficult to cut through and hard to chew. Very disappointing and unsatisfying.

Highly recommend. We called early before they were even taking delivery orders. They took our order early anyways and sent it out to us just before they started. Its experiences like this that garner A 5 star review and certainly will be ordering from them again. Thank you to the owners
