Pizza Hut in Lower Sackville

Ordered online and was given a time 30 minutes from ordering for delivery. 15 minutes after that time it was still being packed. 45 minutes after that it said it was delivered. No pizza arrived. If this was my 1st bad experience with them Id be more understanding but it isnt. An hour and a half after I ordered they wanted to remake it... only giving 1 star because I cant give zero.

Embarrassing the lack of cheese they put on a pizza. Ordered pizza with cheese, paid for pizza with cheese and surprise surprise on ~ 1/3 of the pizza I could only see tomato sauce - no toppings no cheese. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Last time ordering here.

I am giving 3 stars service was friendly but my issue is almost everytime i go to pizza hut when i order for chicken wings or boneless wings i ask to have my wings absolutely flooded in sauce or i would say i would want extra sauce in the basket the wings come in well the other day i bought the 22 wings asked for lots of sauce in the wings when i got it home and opened it up there was very little sauce at the bottom for all 22 wings this issue needs to be fixed if someone wants lots and lots of sauce in thewings they should get it not the first te this has happened to me i was disappointed like before please fix this the next time i go there or ill try another pizza hut for my wish thanks

The fact that you cant just call the restaurant is laughable. All orders must be put in online and the app glitches, I used to really enjoy pizza hut but f that.

The next day after the Fiona hurricane, people were struggling to eat supper with no power, every restaurant had 1 hours wait minimum. People were driving around trying to find a restaurant, This Pizza Hut let their OPEN sign on and it mislead thousands of people trying to get food. If your close, TURN OFF YOUR SIGN

Pizza hut has never been a favorite for me, but those who like it, like it a lot! I have had pizza from this location and it has been hot, fresh, and the taste is good. Service has always been good here, and that plays a big part.

Why have a phone number published if there is no way to reach someone?

Paying online is not going to be an option for me anymore. I enjoy the pizza but when I order pop or anything additional, it never shows up and its terribly difficult to get reimbursed.

Horribly greasy pizza. To the point that it is inedible. Have had pizza here before, and never this bad. Won t order here again.

First off- online menu was super easy to navigate. But, they messed my order up big time. They didn t put the correct sauce on and the staff was short and un-welcoming. On top of that, the pizza is not very good at all. Insanely thin - paper thin, rips apart even when I try to take a piece from the box.

WORST PIZZA HUT EVER!!!!!! Bought $70 worth of UNCOOKED PIZZA and was told next time i should ask for it to be well done ..... never knew I had to put in a special request to have my pizza actually cooked? UNREAL - I spoke with the secondary manager who refused to listen to anything I was telling him, refused to give me a refund, or even send the driver back to get the pizza ....... NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. They are so hit or miss it isnt even funny. Even if they mess up (which 9/10 they will) they will NOT own up to their mistakes or even make right by their mistakes. I will never order from any Pizza Hut now JUST BECAUSE of this location....

Great Pizza! Very reliable and consistent. Order Online for sure because the people who take the orders over the phone dont understand and often mess up the order. They always will fix any issue but u save money and get ur order accurately using their site

Placed my first order from here today and have a mushroom allergy. The pizza that i ordered came with mushrooms on it so i simply asked for onions instead of mushroom due to my food allergy and was told i would be charged an additional $2.50 for this. I do not see why i have to pay more for a pizza i can eat due to having a food allergy. I have never had this happen any other pizza place i have gone, and the employee was very rude when speaking with me would not recommend this place to anybody.

Pizza delivery was not contactless as promised on website, online instructions for pickup spot were ignored. They did call to apologize and make it right by offering a free pizza which was appreciated. A few days later I called to order again, a very unfriendly and angry sounding man answered. As I was trying to talk he kept screaming hello! Hello! Into phone then hung up. I tried calling back twice more and as soon as I started to talk was hung up on again. Lame. The pizza was good but I will no longer be ordering from this location nor will I be recommending it to anyone I know.

Worst pizza I ever had in my life ! I ordered a medium. With mushrooms green peppers .hamburger I cant find a mushroom or piece of green .only a 9 inch pizza came 2 9 inch pizza came to 40 some dollars . Any way my last order from Pizza hut !pepper

We ordered butter chicken pizza and they mistakenly made Vege and when we called them they immediately made our previous order real good staff excellent service.

Didnt print my prepaid order until I arrived. Waited and extra 10 minutes. Missing a dipping sauce when I opened the box at home.

I dont under stand why pizza hut sends me an email asking me to be at the store at a specific time when they make you wait an extra 20 min. Why are they under staffed on busy days like Fridays?

Sent me raw dough in the cinnammon parts and gave me 6 wings instead of 8...

Probably my worst ever Pizza Hut experience. There were bald spots on my pizza..as in no toppings or sauce! There were no bubbles in the crust so cant even use that as an excuse. I found myself diving in my fridge to add sauce and toppings. Also ordered their boneless chicken whatever they called them. It was low quality CHICKEN NUGGETS with some sauce clumsily poured around, not even half way covering the nuggets. Not anywhere in the same universe as to what they show in the picture for their chicken. This was a horrid experience, one that I will not repeat. This location totally lost my business.

This location is fantastic! Great staff working there as our orders are always so delicious. They have the best fresh ingredients and the most delicious tasting crust. My girlfriend especially loves how you slice the pieces. Not all the same size and it is such a great idea. Thanks for all the hard work. Well deserved.

Getting a refund for an online order that couldnt be delivered to Bedford took 3 weeks!

This place is awful since new owners took over. Used to order here for birthdays and special occasions. Won t deliver to Bedford since new ownership took over. Was trying to order 10 pizzas. Won t drive 4.2kms for 10 pizza order? LOL Don t order from here many other great pizza shops to support.

One of the worst service I had. They dont know how to deal with customers. On Saturday 23 Feb 2019 at 9pm I got a large pizza and the lady there was so rude. Didnt like it. Being a sackville residence I certainly dont welcome this attitude. The kitchen and work place was so dirty, they work and touch food without gloves. Very unsystematic, indiscipline and unhygienic in nature. My boy has vommitted twice after consuming the pizza. I too have severe heartburn. No recommendations.

Out of the last 5 times Ive gone there 4 of those times they didnt have any pasta. Before that they didnt have wings for almost 2 months because the deep fryer was broken. I would love this place if it werent for those reasons, but im getting to the point of not even bothering because they are constantly out of pasta. Its a defeated feeling. I just dont understand how they can operate that way.

Ordered online. Given 1hr delivery time. 1.5hrs later after talking to the helpless desk it shoes up. I sent it back. Any other place pretty much would have it to you in 30min. Unacceptable.

I ordered 3 pizzas on Saturday evening the 27th January 2018 first off it took one hour and 35 mins to get them and i picked them up . one pizza was a large and two were medium . When we finally got home and opened the pizza 2 of them looked terrible there was nothing on them and the quality was not what we were use to from pizza hut . To say the least it was very disappointing and uneatable . This will be our last experience from that particular pizza hut ( Sackville NS) .We ended up ordering a pizza from Tucker lake pizza Beaverbank NS it was awsome and will now be our choice for pizza. Update - Took pizza back this morning another disappointing experience i was told by the young fellow working there that the manager would be in possible tonight or tomorrow and would get back to me , when i showed him the pizza he asked what was wrong with it , at that point i knew i was talking to wrong person , i left the pizza there and got him to write me a note in which he stated that the topping werent spread around . Well this is only getting better . I dont expect to hear from anybody about this issue but if i had to guess what the issue is it would directly relate to absence of a on site manager and quality control .

Good fast food. Pretty standard pizza joint. Highly recommend not getting the Hershey pan cookie thing. Its never cooked right and its pretty much the same as eating a rock drizzled in bad chocolate.

No surprises from this McDonalds of pizza serving up the latest well researched menu. For deals check their online options. I primary order online for the deals and pick up when ready. I place my orders in off peak hours to avoid snafus.

Minus stars, we ordered online when i left work in lakeside and when i got to sackville and paid and waited another half hour i got half my order. After another half hour waiting for 22 more wings we get home to find the wrong wings. They dont have 2 clues there very unorganized and not task orenited. After paying 67 bucks for this Im never going there again.

Absolutely terrible online interface for ordering. Confirmation of order is not automatic (regardless of email being provided) which forces one to call to ensure the order was made.

Its really a hit or miss with the sauce, everytime I order extra sauce it comes almost bone dry. Its sad

Ordered pizza at 5:30, eta for delivery was 6..at 7 still hadnt received or heard from them.. called and was told they were busy and that it was on its way.. received a phone call from the store 10 minutes later and was told the driver had been in traffic (I am a 10 minute drive from the store. Pizza arrived 2 hours after ordering. Excuses were all we got..when I asked why I didnt get a call about delay the response was were to busy. If you cant call your customers to inform that the order is going to be delayed then an alternate solution should be offered.

Don t order from here unless you re okay with waiting for 90+ minutes for your food. Forget calling to check on your order, you will just get hung up on

Awesome pizza but slow service

My girlfriend ordered online at 6:20, the site said the delivery time was estimated at 30 minutes. She called at 7:20 and was told it went out for delivery 10 minutes ago. At 7:50 still no pizza, so she called again and was told it went out for delivery 5 minutes ago. So apparently they sent it out, brought it back, and then sent it back out again 40 minutes later. It arrived at 8, and she was told they ran out of dough, and thats why it was so late. The pizza was ok, but the toppings were about an inch and a half away from the edge, on a medium pizza thats a lot. Do yourselves a favor and order a pizza from a local place.

October 31st 2018 - Planned to have pre-halloween pizza delivered for a group before trick-or-treating - Ordered online at 1:30pm for an order delivery at 5:00pm...received an email confirmation with a order number. - 5:00 pm = no pizza - 5:30 pm = no pizza - Phone call made....took forever to get an answer. Excuses were made that they were busy. - 6:00 pm = no pizza. Another call made....same result. - 6:30 pm = no pizza. Another call made...same result...were told they were on their way. - 7:00 pm = no pizza. Husband goes to store and lets them know how we feel. - 9:20 pm = trick-or-treating finished...STILL NO PIZZA! Absolutely disgusting service!!

After years of not having it.. it was nice for a change. Looks busy but orders go pretty quick and the prices are good too.

This location is the only one close enough to be able to order from. So I know how strange this review will be and many people may argue why I continue to patronize them with my business. This location seems to have a problem with the online ordering system. Its easier for me to count the number of times they got my order correct rather than to explain all the problems.. just to name a few we have placed an order for pasta and received the wrong dish twice in the same night we have had chicken wings that have being substituted by boneless bites because the store ran out we have also been told that there was none prepared on the earlier shift so they wont be able to sell us the chicken wings of our choice. When I called and discuss the issue with staff and management they were indignant and rude. Their idea of fixing the problem is to add a credit to your next order. The best thing this store has going for them is the delivery people.

Takes a long time to place an order, the call center gets it wrong, so they put the right pizza in a heater while the other one cooks. Unacceptable. If we order I want fresh pizza, especially given the price. And to be able to call and not be mocked and laughed at would have been nice too. Another one crossed off the list. Too bad really, had been ordering from there for years, sure miss Fran and crew, they had better service than this.

Always amazing... Food is always hot and fresh... And the staff there are absolutely AMAZING... Fran really know how to run the store as this place has better pizza than other pizza hut locations nearby...

You can customize your order online and pick it up in store or have it delivered. This location is a little difficult to find if you dont know the area.
