Had problems with the app, couldn't order with coupon.. Then called down to sackville place and they end up giving the 50% off lg pizza. But there was hardly nothing on it. Donair meat( a couple pieces) . And a handful of cheese on a large pizza(if that much). Very sad looking pizza. Worse I ever seen. Have pictures. Very disappointed...
We really enjoy the Lower Sackville location. Clean, fast and very good people. We will keep getting our pizza from there.
The poutine wasn't really good, but I did enjoy the Pizza. It's new in Sackville and although the seating area is small, it's nice and clean.
First of all came in to place an order. Was at first greeted but then ignored. People behind me got their order and had to pay while I waited to even be spoken to about mine. Then when it was taken a was told it was gonna be a while. Asked how long as we had to be somewhere and couldn't be late. Initially was told no idea had to repeat what I wanted twice which was to small pizzas and a small poutine. Then was told 15 minutes ended up waiting over 30 even after I was told 5 mins when I asked which would up longer pouting has no fork to use so that will be cold by the time I actually get home and able to have it now. My pepperoni and mushroom pizza looks more like a pepperoni with a splash of mushrooms as maybe only 2 of 6 slices have a slice. The entire experience was horrible first and last time coming to this place right from the get go. Pizza is good only thing i can but the rest is an absolutely will not do again situation
This isn't a review because I'm not sure how to submit a like error, tried with the whole like suggest new hours but that stuff don't apply here because it was the staff and previous uber eats experiences that led to this. But talked with the buddy at Pizza Salvatores, been there a TON of times, as far back as with my ex year back, went there at 12am cause was told they open till 3am yea. Turns out, they changed their hours, always wondering why uber eats cancelled they orders on me twicefold, google maps and uber has had the hours as 3am but that aint the case anymore, they closing up shop when I arrived several times n stuff, no offense the employees, they be hustling n stuff, but fr this technical stuff been frustrating ya feel me. Google hope ya fix this because this is like outddated and has been for like a month or so, tried submitting new hours, aint working given the context so ya need to do somethin Google fr bruv cause ya options you given me aint workin.
Pizza Salvatoré js my family’s new favourite pizza to order in. We were in the market for a new spot after the sale of our old favourite. We tried a few different pizza places before finding Pizza Salvatoré and declaring it our new favourite! Quality is great, delivery is timely. When I order online, it gives me a one hour window for when my pizza will be ready, but luckily, I’ve never had to wait the full hour since that’s too long for my hungry kids.
We ordered a 12” thin crust pizza with bacon and pepperoni. It was hot and fresh and a good amount of toppings. We ordered online and saved $10 so that’s a good deal. It was supposed to be ready between 720 and 730. We arrived at 730 and the employee said she was just starting it and it would be ready in 15 minutes. We had it 25 minutes later. She was the only one working and it was busy. She told everyone that came in that she was behind and their orders would be late. There is a sign indicating they are hiring so hopefully they will find new people to help get orders filled on time. We were supposed to get free mac and cheese bites with the 12” pizza but were told we didn’t add them correctly to our online order and she couldn’t do it. So we didn’t get those. We ordered a side of donair sauce and paid extra for that but also didn’t receive it. We were home when we realized that so lost that money. Some reviews said there are counters to stand and eat but no chairs. They have 2 stools now if you want to sit and eat if nobody is using them to wait. Could use a few more I think. Final review is pizza is good but service not so much.
We decided to try Salvatore Pizza on a friends recommendation but we were quite disappointed with the experience that we had. I ordered an extra large cheesy bread and medium meat livers pizza. When they were ready I was surprised at the size of the boxes so I asked if the cheesy bread was an extra large and was told that they only come in one size. I had ordered this with intention to share it with my daughter but I could have eaten it myself. If I would have known it was so small I would have ordered differently. Regarding the quality, it was quite disappointing compared to other shops I frequent. The crust was thick and doughy inside. The cheese on the cheesy bread only covered 2/3 of the bread. The ground beef on the meat lovers pizza was piled in a mound in the center instead of spread across the dough. At the restaurant, I did not notice a public washroom and there was no chairs to eat in even if you wanted to. There was a counter that you could stand up and eat at but no table or chairs other than a bench which reminded me of how restaurants were during COVID lockdown except the majority have returned to normal seating. I actually had high hopes for this place but after seeing the quality and value you get, this is not a place that I will return to. Just as an example I have smaller hands for an adult male but if I could almost span the diameter of a medium with one hand. Price wise this was one of the more expensive pizzas that I have tried to date. This is my experience only.

My wife and i have ordered from here many times and have always had a great experience with fast service and delivery as well as an easy to use website for ordering this was also our first time using the app and found it just as easy as the website.
Atmosphere It s a take-out pizza place, but they ve improved since my first review. But really great taste! Definitely worth a try! They may become your next go-to! And not only the pizza is great

The cheese pizza with the herbs and spices is amazing
Our first time ordering here and when I called to inform them that the order was made incorrectly I was hung up on. When I called back they told I had hung up and then proceeded to tell me to drive the pizza back down to them (Its already 7pm at this time and we live at the other side of town). When I told them that they started rudely saying to me what do you want then? Not a very good first impression and it will be the last order they get from me. Very unprofessional and disorganized.
Pizza was small but fantastic. I wasnt a fan of the poutine I ordered. The gravy was like a soup for my fries and cheese to swim in. Flavour was good tho. Delivery was fast and the driver was pleasant

Never fails to please the crowd! Their pizza is always sooooo good and the cheese crust adds to the flavor! They were quick and efficient considering we ordered 2 medium pepperoni pizzas!
Food is great. The prices don t add up .. $10 medium pizza deal, with a cheesy bread and my bills over $42 before tip??!! And they have such tinyyyy sauces and they cost so much for extra and you get like 5 dips out of it Not worth the extra costs. In a town with 21 other pizza place options lol.

I really really liked their pizza but I wont be ordering any food there anymore... a chubby Indian man was working there yesterday around 3:30 & I was in my truck in the parking lot infront of Sherwin Williams facing Salvatoré, & the man kept coming outside on his phone rubbing his private area constantly (this was not an itch) his hand kept going into his pants rubbing his stuff then rubbing it outside his pants then back into his pants while chatting on his phone walking around infront of the store, he went back inside for a short few seconds & came back outside rubbing his private area, looking around to see if anyone was watching him being a lil nasty. Probably didnt wash his nasty hands before making peoples food who ever is in charge of this place please check your cameras, this was disgusting.
You ve just become my husband s new favourite and only place to get a donair! He has been searching for years to find one similar to his top favourite that closed most of its doors. He has now said he will never go anywhere else. We already loved the pizza, and the $14.99 half and half has saved date night more then once :)

I decided to try this restaurant for the first time today. I have some mixed opinions on the food First, the cost, the only reason this order felt worth it is because it offered free poutine and 5 dollars off. However the poutine definitely wasnt made correctly. There was nothing tso chicken about this poutine, the description described sweet and spicy, mine was only made with gravy. Basically was just a regular poutine with chicken. The 4 mini pizzas i ordered, i had two issues with. The whiskey bbq pizza with beef was made with tomato sauce, there was nothing whiskey or bbq about it. Also i wouldnt have ordered it if the description said it also came with mushrooms and onions, but it didnt. Based on the cost i would have paid if i didnt get the 12.99 poutine for free and the 5 dollars off i think its pretty sad that they couldnt at least deliver on the right ingredients. I will say 1 good thing, your dessert poutine was delicious. I just wish the rest was as good.

I placed my order online, when I arrived at the restaurant early to pick up my food, it was hot and ready. It took all my strength not to eat the whole fondue pizza once I was home. So delicious!

The food is total garbage. We couldnt even eat it. Paid for items that never were there but to far to go back. Im telling ya... go somewhere else. Horrible.

If you are looking for a new experience i would recommend Pizza Salvatoré. They have some unique menu items that you will not find anywhere else. My whole family loves their pizza and appetizers. I ve tried almost everything in the menu. Our favourites are the Fondue Pizza, Garlic Fingers, Thai Chicken Pizza and the Dessert Poutine! I order online and it s is very quick and convenient. The prices are very reasonable compared to other restaurants. This is a must try for anyone who lives in HRM.

I have found my favourite pizza And the delivery man was very nice and friendly I am very impressed thank you because I was ready to give up. Couldnt find pizza place that I liked. Vegetarian options: I ordered two one was cheese and it was great.
Don t bother calling in to order. They will take forever to understand what your saying and then when you call them back a hour later to ask about your order they will inform you that the place is closed and they didn t take your order despite genuinely taking 20 minutes to understand your order of a single pizza with no special instructions. They will also lie straight to your face and say you never called them.

Me and my wife always ended up getting a pizza from here everytime we get the random text that has a special going on. Parking: The location that I go to in lower sackville has plenty of parking available. Kid-friendliness: My son loves the poutine that Salvatores make.
Ordered garlic fingers and to be honest they were dry and had no taste and the donair sauce if thats what you would call it was embarrassing off the charts disgusting ..the chicken wings were eatable I guess ..I had this pizza in quebec couple months ago and it was really good ..havent tried the pizza here and from my experience so far I wont be .
My kids and I love the poutines, we are also big fans of the NYC style pizza. It brings me back to when I used to frequent the pizza joints in nyc

Pizza has potential, but we ordered a pizza with extra sauce because that is the main ingredient whatever you say. Anyway, what we got was a pizza that was possibly the driest pizza Ive ever tried to eat. Not only was the crust way too thick, there was no sauce at all ... let alone extra like we ordered. With that said, the other flavours seemed good, but with no sauce just didnt cut it.

Awful customer service. Ordered a delivery only to call 2h later to be told they don t have a driver so cancelled the order without telling me or issuing refund. 3 phone calls later and nearly 3 weeks and refund has still not been issued. DO NOT GO HERE. Very disappointing
The people are extremely helpful and the pizzas were delicious. The only issue is with ordering online - sometimes the order never reaches the store but the site tells you when to pick the pizzas up. Vegetarian options: Good choices.

Very slow service, I waited about 15 min after ordering online 20-25 min prior to arriving. Food was fine, not bad, not great. Overpriced, $25 for an average 12 pizza is a bit much. You can get better pizza for less elsewhere.
Paid 13.00 for a small poutine. 24.00 in total as I had to get it delivered to me. Just as a visual, it came in a tin that was 2 inches by 4 inches. I paid 24.00 for 4 popcorn chicken nuglets probably from a frozen bag, 6 fries and 3 cheese curds. This is what it has come to. I ate 4 bites. Cant afford groceries, cant afford a poutine. Thanks a million. Order here if you enjoy spending unnecessary money for the bare minimum. Sad world we are living in.

So fast and so fresh, actually had to let the pizza cool down, got the donair pizza with custom toppings. Sooo goood and gave tons of extra sauce free of charge. Definitely found my new go to pizza joint. And the delivery man was cool af !! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
The person working in the front was fantastic.. he told me there was only 2 of them working tonight.. no blame on the employees however please hire more people whoever manages this place.. they were 12 orders behind..
Hands down my favourite pizza place around here. We ve tried different restaurants since moving to NS and this is our #1! A few times, the delivery was late (especially if ordering on a busy night) but they always send a promo code for my next order as an apology. Customer service is great, pizza is delicious and the ingredients are real. Definitely recommend!
Can t speak to the pizza but the donairs are beyond gross! My wife and I both got one and wow for one way too small half pound was like a hotdog bun. The sauce was prepackaged Bonte donair sauce and the meat was utterly tasteless. Will not be going back not even the raccoons around my house would eat that trash.

Im really particular about my pizza crust and this place has amazing crust! Soft and tender like a homemade bread. Ive tried a few flavours but my personal favourites are the Canadian classic, Mediterranean and spicy Thai chicken. Delivery times are great (and they reimbursed me with a coupon for next time if its been delayed) the prices are great and the website to order is very easy to use. Its my new favourite spot!
I ordered online and the process was quick and easy. I arrived and the service was friendly and made you feel at home. I ordered a 9 all-dressed pizza (combination pizza). It was delicious and will definitely be returning to try more! Their dessert poutine looked extra tasty.

Tried Pizza Salvatore for the first time and we loved it. After getting bored with pizzas from the regular pizza chains, we decided to try this place have fallen in love with pizzas all over again. Great pizza, great environment. It was pleasant to have what I consider real pizza. If you are not from NS like myself, its a welcome eat. Only thing I would ask is for them to post the nutritional information on their website. My daughter is type 1 diabetic and its difficult to guess the carbs and fibre. Thanks for the great pizzas though, we will be back.

Very disappointed. We ordered extra olives on our pizza and then when we got there, ignoring all the buckets holding rain water and the holes in the ceiling, the cash said We didn t have olives, so I just put extra cheese I didn t want any extra cheese. I m lactose intolerant. Wouldn t someone call before swapping olives for cheese? Add an extra veggie or something and it was forty dollars. For two individual pizzas. Not going back. Awful.

Got off work late tonight, ordered food for us to eat over the phone at 11 pm...at midnight called back to see if its still being delivered...was informed that she tried to call me back twice to say they were actually closed and cant do my order. (I recieved a call from a Paris number and didnt answer for obvious reasons.) On the site and Google it says they close at 12am Thursdays. Good waste of my hour waiting on food that never came while everywhere else in the city closed that I couldve ordered something else. Not sure why someone would bother taking my order if they had no intentions of filling it...or were closed. I really liked their food before but wont be back after this.
