So one night we decided to order 80 dollars worth of food from pizza delic, well the food didnt show up till 11/2 ton2 hours. Well I told the deliver guy I don’t want it now. Kids were too hungry, to wait any longer. I already fed them. So I told him to take it back. The delivery guy called the owner, next thing I know delivery guy gave us the food. I thought he understood by giving us the food, but guess what nope. The other day ex was looking into renting a place that the owner owns, we had some questions to ask, so the lady called him and she mentioned her name and her said isnt that the girl that stoled 80 dollars worth of food from me. Seriously that’s what you say behind peoples backs. Guys a moron to be talking like that. That was all on you. Mabey be a little quicker with your order next time. still can’t believe he said that. I didn’t want your stupid pizza. Now ex name being throwing around for stealing lol. I always ate there, now that he treated her like that by saying that. Never again, never again.
Excellent location, always friendly staff and the owner is a great guy to deal with! Food is fantastic, especially their new Sujuk Pizza and wrap, an absolute must to try!
We were looking for a pizza for supper but decided to try the Donair's instead. With this being our very first time trying this place we didn't know what to expect. We watched the lady behind the counter making up two large (and when I mean large, they were massive in size) we could not believe they were what we were going to order. I just want to say that this was one of the best Donair's that we have ever eaten. You now have us future customers and now we can't wait to actually try the pizzas to see how they are. If they are like the Donair's we will certainly not be disappointed. Oh yeah, one other thing, I called the pizza shop back and actually spoke with the one who waited on us to let them know just how great everything was. Awesome job folks and we will see you soon for sure. :-)
Dirty, dust on pop, no hair nets, employees sneezed in his hand then picked up garbage off the floor then was handeling food.didnt wash his handsafter doing all that or when i him told to. Mouse poop on the floor. Took food out of deepfryer before timer went off, all the food mixed in together wings donair eggrolls, hand picking food out of fry basket. 🤮Then wasnt going to refund my money becuse my food was almost ready.
While there are a number of Pizzadelic locations I would like to share my experiences with the Sackville Drive location. I’m not sure how they do it but orders from this location generally arrive within 30 minutes whereas another location of a similar distance can take 90+ minutes. Orders are correct and delivery friendly. Needless to say this has become our go to location.
Ordered a large pizza last weekend with extra cheese, when we got the pizza home we realized it was very wet on the bottom of the box so much so my husband's finger went right through. Once opened we realized the pizza was not fully cooked. The bottom of the crust was wet and soggy. I called and the staff took my number and said the manager would contact me, I was hoping to at least bring it back and get a new cooked pizza, but I never heard from anyone. I sent an email and never heard anything either. Seems like the manager responds to reviews though!
Very very helpful! They took the time to listen to me and made me a small pizza with vegetables, no cheese, uses lantic sugar (I looked it up, it's beet sugar which they use no bone char filtering on), and meatless pepperoni! I couldn't pay right away, but they allowed me to pay the next time I come!
Excellent donair and poutine. They also make a poutine pizza which is fantastic! The poutine with cheese curds is one of the best around. UPDATE: You need to try the Sujuk! It is amazing and authentic. Your taste buds will love you. Also, new truffle fries and truffle pizza.

Used to have the best Donairs in Sackville, now they are disgusting, they changed there meat, also a slimy mess Couldnt even finish last nights. HORRIBLE WONT BE BACK

Calling people scammers so they dont need to fix their own simple mistake. Had pizza sauce in a donair...simply replace it dont call someone a scammer or belittle them.
I used to go here weekly. Now since its been taken over, quality went way down. I ate 2 pieces of donair pizza yesterday and got violently sick. It tasted horrible. Quality is poor now.

Menu open online for orders with delivery to my location available for lunch. I get a call 20 minutes after I ordered telling me that they dont have drivers until 4pm. They could have called when they received the order so that I could make other plans. I tried to tell the guy on the phone that they should update their website to reflect their delivery time and the response was Look man. I dont want any trouble I wasnt trying to cause trouble, but this place caused me some trouble already. Terrible attitude
Edit: So donairs are great best in Sackville but got a Diet Pepsi with my most recent purchase delivered and the Pepsi is expired since sept 2022???? Why give someone a expired product?

Okay, to the Meat eaters.. This is the spot, The Meat Lovers is a beautiful pizza ! I personally love all the toppings and from a guy with 4 years in pizza making. I approve ! The bad comment showing this pizza, if you push on the box, a finger might go through! The picture grabbed my attention with all those toppings actually! Great taste and presentation Good job pizza makers !

Ive been going here for a while now. Staff is always super friendly and the food has always been great. Joe up front especially makes me feel welcome every time Im in and is a great fella to have as the face of the business. Will always be coming back.
After ordering some different items from their menu, we would highly recommend this location. The owner is very friendly and provides high quality service. We love their poutine, pizza and donairs which are the items we order most often. Very clean, open kitchen, friendly staff and excellent service.
Just wanna say a huge thanks to everyone at this location. We had to leave our place last night because of the flooding from the rain. We were coming back to the house at 5pm and the pizza came right on time and was a perfect pepperoni and cheese pizza. Lifted our spirits big time! Thanks again, and the pizza and garlic fingers were delicious.
Wrong order when I called shebsaid did you touch it and I said no but I did openxit and she said she will put it in her bag and deliver it to the next person. Amd they Jude me 4 wings amd it was nasty .
Went to what was once the best pizza joint in Sackville with the Best Donairs last night for a Large Donairbwith extra meat, I get home to open it, and see inpaid nearly $20 for a donair smaller then my hand! I will never be back again and I been a big time supporter from the day they opened! What a rip off, Im currently trying to see how to upload photos

Went out on their way to make us a donair pizza with the sauce on it, which is something they don t normally do. I appreciate them going the extra mile to satisfy customers and the pizza was awesome! Will definitely be back!

I ordered wings tonight and totally blew my mind. I was expecting ok wings and these wings were well beyond ok. I love wings and had them at numerous bars/pubs/taverns/restaurants/pizza shops and I would definitely rate this as best pizza shop wings hands down and also in my top 5 for wings. Absolutely incredible,will be ordering plenty of wings from here
Went in to pickup a garlic fingers. Dude was great at the counter. The garlic fingers are the best Ive had in Sackville too. Great food!

Husband and I came here for date night. I had the donair sub and he had a large donair. Was AMAZING! The sub is the best donair sub I have ever had. Hubby loved his donair and ate the whole thing. We ended up ordering garlic fingers to bring home. They are delicious too. The service also is amazing. Fast friendly and makes everything exactly to order. My new favorite pizza place.

Disgusting place nobody go to it they don t where gloves. Found 3 short hairs in my pizza don t ever come back. They tried to pay me money to not tell people. never come back. Go on your own risk.

Pizza was good, language can be a barrier with some of the staff an their understanding of english, but they are quick to correct any issues with the order and make it right. Ive had pizza and donairs from there and they are quite good, and typically priced for a pizza shop in the area

Only ordered once and will never again, had to spell the address 3 time and they still called back to ask for the spelling, only live 4 blocks away. Order nachos with ground beef and got next to no ground beef($3 dollars more for a small spoon full. When I called and complained the kids response was OK. Terrible service.
Most friendly service I have had while ordering pizza. And just the most honest people. I actually had left my wallet by mistake inside there one day with cash and everything inside it. I wasent sure if it was there because I had been to a few places. When I returned they had the wallet everything in it also had gave me a deal on pizza on top of it. Thats a honest bunch of people that make delicious pizza. I highly recommend them.

This is my favorite pizza place in Lower Sackville. The pizza is by far the most fresh tasting of the chain pizza joints. The prices are reasonable and the staff is always friendly.

Pizzadelic is our favourite (and go-to) pizza place in HRM. In our opinion, the Lower Sackville location makes the best pizza and garlic fingers. They are always very friendly and courteous and are good with odd/complicated requests. We get pizza from this place at least once a month!

This place has run down so bad within this year sadly.. use to be my weekly spot. Sauce taste like its from sobeys now. The pizza was so greasy it fell apart. Wont be back... sorry. Will try again if you change back to where things use to be...
My two Pizzas sat behind the counter for 10 minutes before the staff realized it was ready and was rude when I asked for an extra dip for the inconvenience. The pizza was cold when I arrived home only a few minutes from this location. I would no longer recommend them. it used to be the best Pizza in Sackville but has gone downhill over the last year.

Highlights: No hand washing after handling cash and starting food prep. Owners handling food after coming from out back. Owners not caring to help new employee. No glove use. Run down look, napkins on floor. Dirty floor and walls. Go somewhere else. Friendly staff. New guy working on one Donair struggled to remember the directions because they dont get written down other than Sauce on the side. Donair meat was taken from a food storage bucket, but the donair cooker looked like it hadnt been used in a while. The employees that appeared to be he owners couldnt be asked to help the new guy weigh out the Donair meat when he tried to get their help. None of them washed their hands. One of them handled cash and then went straight to food prep without washing their hands. The prep area looked dirty and uncleaned. The entire place looked unkempt. The food is good but youre taking your chances eating here. Would not recommend. Never eating here again. I want to throw away the Donair I just bought. Im so grossed out.
Got the pizza quick.... unfortunately I know why. It wasn t cooked and had no sauce. I didn t know this until I took it over to my friends out In Bedford and ended up throwing it out and ordered something else. Usually they are good but the last two times... not so much. Don t know what happened but it s wasn t for the good.

This I would say is one of the best pizza places in Sackville. The food is great and the staff are even better. Ive had food from other places in Sackville and it always seemed not as good or over cooked. The restaurant it self shows its age a little but the cooking areas are kept very clean.
Pizza and garlic fingers are good. French fries are disappointing, just a frozen bag fries.
Best pizza weve had since moving here almost a year ago. Sauce tastes homemade, crust can actually be torn softly. Tastes so good! Poutine was decent.

Although the pizza was pretty good, the wait time was 40 minutes over, and the sour cream that we were given was implanted inside the pizza and left a giant mark inside of it, not much hamburger of tortilla chips ( nacho supreme)

I think these guys have the best Chicken Ranch Supreme Pizza!! I have never been in the place my husband stops in on his way home, but when I call to order The fellow that answers is always very friendly and very polite. My favorite Pizza :)
