Burger King in Lower Sackville

Missing onion rings, no ice in 3 drinks and flat pop. Added extra burger, burnt nugget, totally a mess on a 60 dollar order and the manager when I called said sorry. Well Im done. Never coming back.

Got food poisoning from the BOGO deal. Burger made me really sick so it s a hard pass - never again. Gross.

i went to burger king yesterday and the burger was soo tasty. moreover there customer service good and the store was neat and clean all the staff members were nice and polite. Vegetarian options: cheese sticks, fries and veggie burger.

I have been an avid burger king for many years now. Recently i was in the lower sackville area while feeling peckish and to my delight there was a Bk branch nearby. Going to every burger king i have great big expectations for customer service, cleanliness and speed. I am thoroughly impressed with the management and clenalines of this store. The cashiers are all bright and wonderful people that listen intently and give me recommendations. The cleanliness need not even be mentioned every table was spotless and the floor was pristine. The speed was my favourite aspect. Out of all the Bk i have visited, thos store ranks easily in the top 3 in terms of speed. I had an amazing experience and Bk has never let ne down.

I tried the whopper meal last night. Honestly, I couldnt believe how tasty a burger could be. It was hot, delicious, and a perfect blend of flavours! Will definitely visit again!

Was there tonight ordered a combo paid for it . waited at the counter one of the staff was doing double duty in the, back kitchen in other words two things at once. he walked over to the Frys and took the old fries dump them into the new fries sneezed on them and then proceeded to put them in the paper cup in my order. Gross

Each time we visit this restaurant, something goes wrong. Last time, we ordered jr. Whopper, there were no small buns, only those for whoppers. This time, the coffee wasnt made until our food orders were handed to us. We were eating breakfast, with no coffee. When the coffee was finally ready, there was no cream in the creamer container. Another wait. There was only one person working the counter. She was not friendly at all, but no wonder, she was overwhelmed.

Two customers ahead of our family (served and waiting). 10 minutes later, our order had not been taken and 3 employees were standing out front apparently waiting on food for drive through. We quietly left, drove < minute to A&W where we were served immediately. This BK typically has excellent customer service and good food. Tonight was disappointing.

The absolute slowest drive through Ive ever seen anywhere in my entire life. No exaggeration at all. Taking one order at a time and forcing the next to wait until the first car has left. It is insane. I waited 15 minutes behind 3 cars and vowed never again. To test this I swung by another time when there was a couple cars waiting and sure enough, same deal. I backed up and turned around and got prompt service at the nearby Wendys. Complete joke of a store now.

Its never very busy, which is nice when youre looking to go drive thru during mealtimes. Food is as youd expect for takeout. I appreciated the ability or pre-order online

Actually, I came from Toronto and I never liked the service back there but when I visited this restaurant it was the best service I got in a while and surprisingly the girl who served me yesterday afternoon was very generous to me , I don t know her name but she was Indian and very nice to me !! Went to Burger King because I am weak, and fell victim to the coupons in the mail. Surprisingly enough I didnt use any of said coupons. I fell victim to the picture on the back showing thier new limited time ice cream and just had to go immediately try them. We drove to BK and we started to order. The guy behind the counter wasnt very knowledgeable even after stating they are new limited time Hershey brownie items with ice cream. He offered a Hershey pie. I told him no, its not a pie its ice cream. Its new and limited time. He then said oh we have a Carmel brownie sundae (which I remembered was part of the new menu however it wasnt the exact one we originally wanted). As the order was being made the board switched up with the limited time ice cream that we were looking for. It was called the Bk blast sundae and Hershey brownie shake. I guess it was our own fault for not memorizing the names but the caramel brownie sundae was still pretty tasty! The few things I would knock was the fact that the caramel sauce by itself without the ice cream(at the bottom) tasted like a hot honey not sure if it because if the amount of sugar, or if it a reaction with other things but it was a tad bit strange. Also, the size was pretty small but the price wasnt horrible as it only cost $8.03 for 2 of them. The booths and tables are too close together and I ended up smashing my knee on the fixed metal beam securing the table to the floor which knocked a few points off of atmosphere. Restaurant appeared clean, its also been renovated pretty recently which makes it much better then before!

Burger patties were cold during my dine-in experience. The fries could have been warmer as well it was as if I had eaten a day-old burger and fries that was kept under a warmer for 2 days. Over all I would be been better off saving the 25$

Spent $60 on a mobile order wait 10 minutes before I leave... get there wait 20 minutes and get home with order. Drive all the way back to get my order fixed. I get a sorry and they pass me 2 burgers from under the heat lamp... got them home even dryer that the food I had to let sit and get cold while I went to fix the order.

Not sure if its a Halifax thing but this was by far the most expensive Burger King order in my life. One whopper with cheese combo,one whopper with cheese sandwich withcoke and a junior burger 32 bucks. Absolutely nuts!

Check your receipt for hidden charges! The menu says the kids meal comes with your choice of drink. We chose juice, which was listed as an option with no extra charge listed. We were charged extra for the included drink. The reason for the low rating is that the staff didnt seem to care about the inaccurate menu pricing. The managers suggested solution was to refund my order and then have me repurchase the order with a soda if I didnt want to pay the (hidden) extra charge. Otherwise, its a Burger King with food consistent with what youd find at other locations and an average dining room.

Quiet place to eat, good service, quick meal

Ordered 2 double cheeseburger meals. Only one cheese slice on the burger and the buns were squished down flat. Asked for no ice in the drink, so the cup was not full.

Newly renovated looks nice, I was inside in a line of 7 people after 15 mins 3 left , it took another 12 mins to get seved , as customers already served returning there orders because it was wrong, i went to order and met a language barrier, as my purchase was given to me in a bag I checked it on the spot , no fries , no napkins or condiments as requested, I asked for soda no ice , I got ice and wrong soda. My food was cold by the time I got to my dirty table UNDER STAFFED AND BIG LANGUAGE BARRIER. Big improvement needed.

Pathetic service staff being rude all the time. I was waiting for my order for 30 minutes and when the order arrived all the items were wrong. When i complained about it they did not listened and didn t even bothered to feel sorry for there bad deed.

If zero stars were an option- thats what I would have picked because the employees here put in zero effort. They repeat your order back to you incorrectly and then when they finally get it right through the speaker IT IS WRONG AT THE WINDOW. We order the same thing every time and every time it is wrong in a different way. They never put the receipt in the bag so when you try to return something they argue with you about what was ordered and how much it costs. It almost seems like theyre running a scam of some sort because they ring burgers in as a higher costing meal and then they give you the wrong meal which costs less and pocket the difference afterwards. Its a shame the owners spent all of this money ont he new renovations because I dont see the business doing well if this terrible service continues.

Dont eat at fast food very often but when I do I expect hot food. Well Iwe ate my burger as soon as I got it inside. Well it was cold not even remotely warm. Ate it anyway because were in a hurry. Complained to shift manager afterwards and he did offer to make new ones but I already ate. I was still talking and he walked away from me! The manager will be hearing from me. Food is too expensive for it to be terrible. And bad customer service is inexcusable.

I actually enjoy Burger King as a rule, but I do not recommend this location on Sackville Drive, in Lower Sackville. The first word that comes to mind when I think of what I saw and experienced is disorganization. When I walked in there was no one at the cash which is no big deal but I must have stood there for a few minutes before someone came to the cash. It looked like was outback helping the staff. Then after I paid for my order I must have stood there for 10 minutes watching other people come in and leave because no one would take their order. To be fair it looked like they had several orders on the go at the same time but so doesnt every other take out Restaurant I eat at. Because of the layout of the store you can stand there and watch them make the food which was pretty scary. They just kind of slapped everything together and I got the smallest little square of lettuce that I have ever seen and the burger was half falling apart in the bag so I had to piece it back together which is when I noticed the lettuce and had a little laugh. In hind sight I should have taken a picture because you wouldnt believe it unless it saw it with your own eyes. We dined in and the burger was almost cold, almost like the meat was being cooked in advance and being reheated. I am not sure but that is how it tasted. This location is actually local to me, but I will not waste my money there again. If you want a good Burger King visit the one in Bayers Lake, Halifax. The food is fast, hot and tasty.

The entire resturant including washroom and other are dirty, lack of paper in washrooms, faucets dirty, window ledges in main resturant dusty, windows dirty. For a recently renovated resturant it is deployable. I have visited many times before the pandamic5 and it was good and clean.

I asked isnt it Whopper Wednesday and he said yes but the discount only applies if you buy and meal. Thats such a lie!! I left the sandwich at the drive-thru window and went elsewhere! I have tried to make it work here because I enjoy Whoppers. However they rarely have staff to wait on the counter or prepare food for orders. I have had wrong orders and had to leave due to unrealistic wait times. Drive through is no better when you have difficulty communicating your order. Stay clear.

The burger had different ingredients than advertised (caramelised onions rather than crunchy ones), but the fries quite good. I find it distasteful that they keep their microwave near the front of the restaurant. Ive worked in gastronomy, so I am not under the Illusion that restaurants dont microwave food, but it s pretty shameful to do it so openly. The result was a pretty soggy bun and a fairly unappetising meal. When you advertise something as spicy, the dominant taste should not be the honey mustard sauce.

We were sorely disappointed with our first experience here for a variety of reasons; so many that we have never been back. For one, after going through the drive through and being asked to pull over to wait for our order, it was over a 10 minute wait for two individual burgers; there was one vehicle behind us. When they brought it out to us, it was just the burgers in the bag; no napkins or our receipt. We asked for a copy of it, and it took her nearly 5 minutes to come back. My husband ordered a whopper, and I ordered a mini whopper. This was on Whopper Wednesday, when they were meant to be 2/$7. I wasnt overly hungry so I got a mini one; good thing we asked for our receipt because it came up as over $11. When we asked about it, the cashier said that the mini wasnt included, so we ended up paying full price for both. Not impressed. To top it all off, both were cold, which made no sense since we waited over 10 minutes for our order, and the staff seemed unapologetic. We wont be back.

Was at the BK in New Minas on April 18, 2021. This was the dirtiest place that I have ever seen for a fast food restaurant. The service was horrible !! and VERY long wait time for our order. The staff behind the counter were falling over each other as there were too many staff .... and they all seemed to be catering to the drive thru and completely ignoring the customers that were dining in. There were about 6 other people that had ordered and were waiting and everyone had the same opinion -- just not worth the wait. I know we wont be returning there !!!! If I could give this place a - rating I would certainly do so.

They gave me really old chicken fries. Tasted as if it was going bad and was extremely soggy. They also gave me two packet of ketchup for 3 fries and 2 of the 10 pack of chicken nuggets. The staff were kind though, and that is the only reason I m giving this place a 2 star.

In nova scotia for over two weeks our government has told restaurants that indoor dining would become open again 8am June 16, I walked in and order , no signs posted saying that they dont have dining I can see tables open and not blocked off and NONE of the staff mentioned they werent doing indoor dining so I ordered , once I have finished paying and find a table I was then informed that the head office hasent told us we can yet so we arent doing indoor dinning Maybe next week , I intend to never eat at this location again as this is ridiculous

This location used to have the best service of any fast food joint on the Sackville strip. The changing of staff during Covid has lowered the efficiency. Still, its one of the better locations in Sackville for overall quality.

They have on multiple occasions ignored any modifications to the order. The service is fine, the food is meh. Do not eat here.

I ordered at the drive thru and it took 30 minutes to even be able to order. There was only one car ahead of me and it looked as though there was no one to take their order. There was a car behind me so I couldnt leave either. Food was okay, but it will make you feel sick after eating it.
