Worst experience… i told them to grill my sub they didn’t grill it saying too many sauce it messes up my grill! Cleaning is not my job!
I went through the Drive thru, was not sure how to order what I wanted on the touch screen, I pressed the help button and asked if they could take my order, I was told to use the touch screen because they were busy. No one in the store. And no one making food when I pulled out front.
Fantastic place! It was busy at lunch time today, the staff were efficient and very pleasant. Maybe that is why it was so busy. 😀 We had great subs and a great experience. Thank you!
Staff is incredibly nice, so much so that me and my friends refer to it as “the one with the nice people”. I was waited on my a women named Julie and she was very considerate when she asked if I would like her to change her gloves after touching meat before touching my veggie sandwich
There should be a zero star option. Absolutely sick and disgusting. I ordered a salad bowl and added avocado and extra sauce on it and it wasn’t on my food, I was disappointed but didn’t want to make the 30 minute drive back over a mistake. I ate 90% of the salad bowl and at the bottom was a dead lady bug. I threw up my meal and felt incredibly upset and disgusted. I guess health standards do not exist at subway. I will never return to this disgusting place, I am beyond disappointed and horrified.
Wanna try something delicious? Honestly try the BMT with marinara sauce.. sooo good! Double toast the flat bread.. What a difference a little bit of marinara sauce can make! Probably one of the best subs I've ever had made. :)
Only thing I ever get is a meatball sub! Staff here always seem pleasant and great, never had any issues at this one. It also has fountain pop and chocolate chunk cookies which seems to be a new franchise optional service now!
I used to love this location, but lately it's been horrible, I have to ask them to change their gloves because they don't seem to understand that when you put gloves on and touch everything, it's the same as wearing no gloves at all, last time I was there the guy making my sub but the wrong cheese on, I pointed it out and he asked if he could just do have what i asked for and half what he put on, i said no, so he took the cheese off the meat and put it back, then put on the sub after mine, my vegetarian brother was next if the person in front of him Didn't order cheese that cheese would have went on my brother's veggie sub. I just don't think that's ok, I understand that this situation is minor but imagine if somebody had a severe allergy to something .. it could turn out really bad. The staff are rude and the restaurant itself is dirty, there was a lot of cross-contamination and sanitary standards simply not being followed. I don't think I'll be returning to the location anytime in the near future.

My husband and I had just left the Subway in the Sunnyside Mall in Bedford (961 Bedford Hwy) because we were so shocked (for more info, see my review at that Subway) and went to this Subway. Wow! What a total difference from the previous Subway! The staff here were happy, helpful, conscientious, and nice. Their service attitude was impeccable and the sandwiches we ordered were perfect. Thank you all for restoring my faith in Subway!!!
Fast and pleasant staff.
I have eaten a sub, wrap or salad many times from different Subways around the HRM. I love their variety of breads, meats, and veggies to make each order perfect for each customer. Also, I have always been greeted by friendly staff every time who have happily answered any of my questions.
I waited 15 mins for 3 cars and my food was cold with a long hair in it and my drink wasn t even close to full

My husband and daughter got subs for supper. The man making the sub was wearing no hair net and when they got home my husband s sub had hair in it and that grossed my daughter out. So no one got to eat. When I called, the lady I spoke to was very nice and polite. Unfortunately they have no manager or supervisor on duty that could do a refund for the hair in the sub. Then I was told that I could only get a refund if we had our receipt. Which the gentleman with no hair net did not give them . So my question is if you weren t given one how does one get a refund for a foreign object in your food. I will call tomorrow when there is actually a manager on site to deal with issues.
What an awful experience. First time going there. Restaurant side is closed due to staff shortages. I go through the drive through for the first time and wait for a person to ask for my order. Nothing happens so I move ahead and ask how I can get a sub. I was supposed to order through some kiosk. No instructions to the public on how to order. The employee was an ahole. After I spoke my mind, I drive around and he was complaining about me to the customers behind me. I was willing to spend money, which in the long run supports his wages. Very poor service even with the limited staff. All he would have had to say, is what can I get you. I would have even pulled out of the drive thru cue and wait.
Extremely busy store. Customers were all very patient, Sandwich Artists were remarkable. Store is always very clean and organized.

Ordered online. Both subs made without cheese which was ordered and hardly any meat. Disgusting and soggy. They remade sub and I waited over twenty minutes just wanted to get out of there was made without cheese again. UNBELIEVABLE. How hard is it? Waste of money and will never return to this location. They were literally slapped together and you need a microscope to find the meat. Beware and whatever you do don t order online here.
The first time I went there the employee was welcoming and she changed gloves on my request as I ordered veggie sub. But when I went there for second time, the person working there wasn t welcoming and didn t even change the gloves after ordering veggie sub. I have worked in subway before and we were required to change gloves after ever order. Even the knife they used to cut my sub didn t appear to be cleaned. FYI, I am vegetarian so I prefer that they change gloves. That s is only thing bad otherwise all good.

Drive thru service is really very bad. They don t even put enough toppings through drive-thru.Last night, I ordered 12inch sub, there was toppings on one half but really very less toppings on other half. Never going back there.

Ordered a sub in drive thru with a bunch of stuff on it and ended up getting a sub with just meat and tomato sauce. Also waited 10 mins at the window just for the sub to be made. Not sure what took so long for a sub with almost nothing on it.
I ordered online through the app had extra bacon and extra rotisserie chicken for 4.00$ extra cost, less chicken and no bacon at all wish I could of watched it being made. So if you like being ripped off go to this subway

Self service drive thur option is a great idea to save time however when we get to the window it took almost 20 mins to get our order and four people working but 2 standing around doing nothing while we waited.

I can see why this restaurant has so many bad reviews . I haven t gone to this subway in years and went last night for the first time in a while and omg what an experience I had. First all the speaker in the drive through only let you order wraps. Not subs. I buzzed the help button. They said they would make it into subs for me they were having a problem with the system but no sign was up I shouldn t of had to buzz. Then I get to the window I waited 20 mins and got wraps. I explained I wanted subs and I buzzed , they had to re make it & took another 20 minutes. It was made wrong. Not toasted like I asked. Charged me for cookies even though I didn t get any. It had half of the toppings missing That I wanted . I will never ever ever go here again. Ever. Not worth it.
You guys need to cook the bacon properly in the drive thru. If i order a BLT while in store there is no problem but this is the 3rd time that I ordered by drive thru and end up throwing up about 2 or 3 hours later. Response to owners we only reheat the bacon: You clearly have other issues in your restaurant if that is your answer. There is NO reason that your restaurant should make people THROW UP...let alone multiple times. Food poisoning is not ok! You clearly have other contaminates if I have recieved food poisoning from you more than once, let alone multiple times back to back. Truly, do better.

Just went to the drive thru and watch the lady at the window take cash go digging in the till for change then proceed to make my sub with out changing gloves. DISGUSTING. Especially in these times.. will not be letting her make my sub ever again.. teach your employees how to be clean. You re dealing with other peoples food..
Amazing service, not only did they not screw up my order, they also had it prepared rather quickly for the time it should take for them to make, wrap and fill fountain drinks, love the subway chain and I totally reccomend

I have eaten a lot of subs from this place and have never had any issues. Staff is friendly, store is clean, service is quick. However, I was quite disappointed with the Steak and Cheese sub I got through the drive through yesterday (Saturday, April 24, approx. 5PM). This was to be my first taste of the steak and cheese sub, and it will be my last. There was almost no meat at all on the sub! I mean, I know Subway subs are usually skimpy on the meat anyway, but I literally had to take the sub apart just to verify that there actually was meat on it, and not all veggies. After scraping the lettuce and onions aside I found a small patch of meat about 2cm wide, maybe 10cm long (and a 6 sub is 15cm, so only about 2/3 the length of the bread) and less than 1/2cm thick. There wasnt even enough there to spread it more thinly so that it at least went the length of the bread. I dont know whether the sub was made to formula and is actually only supposed to have that much meat, or if it was simply made incorrectly, but either way colour me unimpressed. Ill continue eating there but Ill be sticking to the Melt and the Teryaki Chicken.

Food was delicious as usual. The only problem with Subway is that they only put 1 napkin in the bag for you to wipe your face and hands with. Come on Subway put more the 1 napkin in the bag for your customers. Surely that will not put you out if business will it ??? Customers shouldnt have to go back and ask for extra napkins after they have started eating and their hands are full of stuff from the subs...like sub dressing, pickle juice, or even tomato juice. Other then that love your subs. Thanks.
Friday grading day I took my 2 granddaughters there for lunch. One got a delicious meal..the other got a very hard bread (same type of bread as my first granddaughter ) I shared this foot long chicken sub ..we could not eat the bread just the filling as it was rock hard I did not approach the counter because it was too busy to interrupt at that time but when we were leaving I did mention it to the cashier. we had to just eat the filling as the bread was too hard. Even saved it to show her..I tapped it on the counter and it was rock hard.She said thank you for letting us know . Nothing else ..not another word like oh I am sorry! So Two meals $28.56 ..half wasted! And one granddaughter very disappointed! Just a better acknowledgment would have been nice!
The new menu signs are super easy to read and take a lot of guesswork out of decisions. The staff are great and the food is always fresh. I would recommend.

Was very busy, the three staff who were working the front counter were patient and in very good cheer. When you are standing in line and waiting, and everyone is working their best with smiles on their faces the wait doesnt seem so long. Great happy service.

Was good , fairly quick service , the issue I continue to find is finding onion . Because its been dropped in another veg , or jalapeno peppers , really I think more attention should be on this , its really really off putting when you bite into one of those things in your sandwich and its not something that should be there.

Worst subway. I will go out of my way next time Im feeling a sub. Always went to thus subway since it was down by dairyqueen. Past few time I have been more then disappointed with my subs. This last time. Items were missing on both subs, the subs were ice cold despite asking for them toasted and grilled. The chicken portion looked like it was for a 6 inch. I emailed and had a response later that night when I was already in bed. Asking me to return with the subs for a exchange. When I emailed back stating I would have brought the subs back already if I could. (Single mom with a kid in bed. I cant just leave) there was no response. Very disappointed by the unprofessional service.

Usually have no issues with this location. Everyone is friendly. Went thru the drive thru today ordered a Subway Melt. Got back to work and no bacon on it. Attempted to call to store to see if bacon didnt come on it or to let them know the issue. No one answers the phone and it goes to a fax machine. Might be a bit before I return.
I came here with my boyfriend and got the beyond meatball sub! It was super good and Abby was so lovely!! Definitely will come back even just for the customer service!!

This is one of the better Subway stores around mainly because of the friendly staff. Its also super clean and bright and parking was always a breeze. I like that the staff makes the sandwiches according to what I asked for and not try to scrimp on anything. My favourite Subway store.
Every time i come here one particular worker is ALWAYS cranky with the other staff, doesn t listen to what is said (has put the wrong ingredients on twice & when i pointed it out no effort to correct it) today she was extremely rude after I placed an app order and waited 20 mins and they didn t have it done because they lost it . and of course both the subs ordered are wrong.

Typical subway. Very clean inside. The staff member who served me was a little bit slow but there was no one else in the store. He gave a fair amount of veggies on the subs and salads and did not hesitate when I asked for extra for several toppings. It always feels good when you can come out of subway satisfied with what you got. There are many subway artists who dont give enough toppings and when you ask for more they hesitate in giving an extra tomato or pickle. This is not the case here. Overall I was very satisfied.

I took my 87 year old mother to this new Subway thinking it would be a nice place to have lunch and boy was I wrong. We ordered the chicken noodle soup with the turkey melt and another small soup we told that to the guy that was making the sandwich he should have checked to make sure there was some. By the time we got to the cash it was too late there was no soup so I sat there and watched my mother eat a sandwich and have a glass of Pop and I had nothing. I spoke to the manager that said she can check and see if she has any soup in the fridge and heat it up I said by then its going to be too late my mother is almost finished but they should have checked the soup to make sure it was full if they had some on hand they should have had it ready it was lunch time who runs out of soup at lunch time. Very disappointed in the way they handled things but at least my mother ate something but we wont be going to Subway again cuz thats the second bad experience

They made a breakfast sausage foot long into a salad at my request. It was amazing. Low carb. A whole new world was just opened. Very impressed. Not cheap. But a nice treat.

Drive through has a brand new Kiosk system which is pretty nice, although in my opinion might not be any different from a person, but it s most likely put in place to get orders done faster. Staff are always friendly and swift when completing orders; store is also well kept.

Im from out of town, and went there for breakfast one morning. I will never go back. I could taste that the bread was not fresh. It was chewy, hard, and dry. My lettuce also had brown edges. SO dissapointed.

More than half the time the orders are never accurately completed through the drive-thru system.. Almost always, the useless touchscreen system in this drive-thru does not function properly causes large delays and more often than not leaves you frustrated.

Its a little difficult to review a Subway restaurant because they tend to be homogenous and try to deliver the same experience to everyone everywhere. This location is no different. It isnt too busy which is nice, and you can also order ahead online (which I like to skip lines). They also have their 6 inch ham and veggie delight subs for $3.99 now which is a pretty good deal, especially when you pile the toppings on.
