Good food, good service. Fast food atmosphere, thats normal. You eat you go out :-) Parking: Not much parking space and several delivery vehicles occupy the spaces.

Good food, but disappointed with the order we ordered for a group bill $175 including 10 choices and we had 1 breast and 9 thigh, the other rotisseries in the region when its groups he tries to balance it. more possible ex 4 breast 6 thigh, its disappointing... plus my charge 11.50 for the chefs choice instead of $10 like on the site which says for groups....and I didnt get it the discount on my other meals! I called and left a message for the manager and no return call!

Poutine shut up excellent hummm

The cheese in poutine is really squick squick, which is now rare in restaurants. The chicken was a little dry and the sauce a little too sweet. However, the vegetarian fillets are succulent, they look like real chicken! Yes, and yes, I swear! Perhaps I ordered real fillets by mistake, I was so convinced I had meat on my plate. Cheap compared to St-Hubert.

True to the freshness of Benny and Co., the restaurant is clean, the cashiers super welcoming and the lady who served me very attentive. The clubs were perfect the coleslaw was excellent and the sauce was still stupid.

We passed through the area and had a meal. When ordering, we received a nice welcome, a smiling and polite young girl. The accompanying salad is well presented and so are the dishes. The staff comes to take our order to the table and serve us. Very clean place.

Poutine Thailand excellent, friendly staff

First visit to Magog and I really liked my meal. I had the sticker to warn me when to pick up my meal but surprise, an employee was doing the service. I like the idea of food in the little cabaret. I highly recommend Benny Magog.

I asked for 2 childrens kibble meals. There was no juice with the order. In addition, I had asked to put the 3 breasts with poutine... Only received 2 instead of 3... the next day, I went back to the restaurant and was given the answer that I should have called the day before and that They cant do anything!!! So its me who pays for bad service because its new staff!!!!!!!!!! The food is normally good, I have nothing to say... But as for the atmosphere, its flat as hell and you dont forget to answer the little question by paying with a card... The girl checks for her tip :). In short, bad service, bad comment and this evening no tip with my order!!! In the future, I will take the time to open the boxes and check my order.

Twice in a row in 7 days I have had an error in my order. This time 1 hour or more delay before receiving my order with missing items.

In a while Ok, from a nice lady women have an excellent tranquility super cool yeah with the willesse network thank you very much, have an excellent time for lunch.

We ordered a large order for over $300, while distributing it we noticed that 3 were missing (which was paid for). When we called, the manager spoke to us with arrogance, treated us like thieves, accused us of being in bad faith, and to top it off, he charged us the 3 boxes when he himself came to bring them to us (while continuing to accuse us and speak with disrespect!)!! Luckily his machine was defective so karma gave us justice but what a lack of professionalism on the part of the manager. Never again with this Benny!

The side/chicken meal was very good, lots of meat on the ribs despite a very small thigh. The most distressing thing was not having enough sauce... maybe ask the staff to close the lids tightly!

Visit Sunday August 7, 2022. The meal was excellent and hot. This is the first time I have seen such dedicated and helpful employees. They served the meal at our table and they took care of it. Thank you, we enjoyed it.

First time at this Francaise, the chicken was very good and a fairly large portion. salad was good, fries were good too, although not my favorite style, but at least not overcooked. The sauce is a little different but ok, not something I would crave. the place is nice (its new) and the staff was very friendly and pretty I would definitely come back.
