Different menu to reduce the bill but the quality of service and food are always there.

Very good but very slow service for a Monday evening with a 3 year old and it took 2 hours

23-11-2024. The meals are lukewarm, the vegetables are not even al dente but almost not cooked, the sauce is cold and an extra $4 on the bill and that of our friends... be careful! Its really too expensive for what we get. The manager did not want to come to see us. NEVER again! Kid-friendliness: They have a place to play or they stay at the table! Beeennn no, parents let them run around the restaurant and it bothers everyone

Ridiculous service, items were missing from our order. We had to call twice and in the end we were still missing two items. Its impossible to get a refund easily and whats more, the manager persists with us about missing our order. Big nonsense.

I recently went to St Hubert and I must say that the service was impeccable! Our server, Maxime, was simply fantastic. Despite the fact that he is fresh out of training, you would never have guessed it. He was attentive, friendly, and truly made our dinner experience unforgettable. It s rare to see someone with such hospitality skills this early in their career. I would recommend this place 10/10 to all my friends, and Maxime deserves a raise! I cant wait to come back.

I bought two meals and asked for 2 glasses of water, the girl went to get water in my glasses, putting her fingers in the glasses (like that, Im trying to post this video) hello germs Plus for my salad, my chicken wasnt even cut. The service was excellent, they delivered to Stukely Lake, all the way to before the beach. We loved the well prepared chicken, fries and rice.

The staff is very friendly...but the lack of interpersonal skills and professionalism of the manager of the place put us off.

Really a great experience. We stopped at this St Hubert during a trip and it was perfect. The food was good and the service was friendly despite the crowds there that evening. We recommend it without hesitation. Parking: Large parking lot around the restaurant.

the fries are soft, full of black pico, taste and smell like theyre burning... youd say that the fire had started in the kitchen and he was still serving old fries which we put in the fire. It was really disgusting...next time Im going to go straight!

Ordered online, 5 meals paid and they forgot one meal. So family dinner missed for the person who paid!!!! Chicken not cooked, missing meal arrived 1 hour later. Manager called back and couldnt reimburse me for my meal over the phone so he sent a delivery guy to bring me $20!!! Not strong

We love St-Hubert :) Our go-to family restaurant in the region! In the dining room or takeout, our Piri Piri Burger or Piri Piri Chicken are excellent!

My partner went for a midi-go, chefs choice on a Monday. The restaurant opened at 11:00 and he came by at 11:20 and he was given his meal right away; fresh chicken cooked in 20 minutes??? The same evening he was sick as a dog, food poisoning, find the cause!

Drive-thru service (for the first time). It was still long, but I dont know what the norm is for them. Much too expensive for what it is. The poutine lacked sauce and I had a few small chicken bones. Be careful.

With a group reserved after 3 hours I did not have my plate and the few that we had we ate cold very disappointed branch to avoid the waitresses hiding instead of offering us compensation I have never seen that at St Hubert and my mother worked there for 23 years in another branch. I hope that this comment will reach the head office. I even think that I will send it personally to Mr. Scofeild.

More than 30 minutes of waiting at the drive-thru without being followed by employees who were having fun behind the counter. I had to knock on the window to ask for a refund and the employee who was sent to us did not know how to make a refund plus not knowing the amount of our order, I had to inform him that he reimbursed me for more than I paid. This was the last time I went to this restaurant. I went there a year ago and last Saturday I told myself that maybe when I went there a year ago it was once isolated but no the service has not improved . Bad service, when we arrived a glass fell on the floor, I picked up the big pieces and they came to sweep up but she didnt pick up the broken glass on the table, very long service, waitress didnt clear it not the table, my soup and a starter were forgotten, served at the same time as the main meal, always had to ask for water, we didnt often see the waitresses, we always had to ask for things and thats not not because the restaurant was full, very disappointing. St-Hubert Magog is over for us.

Her joviality, her well-placed humor and her radiant smile transcended the simple transaction, transforming our meal into a unforgettable experience. The ambiance of the place contributed to the pleasant atmosphere, adding a touch of refinement to our evening. However, the excellence of this evening was revealed mainly on the plates. The delicacy of the food has satisfied the most discerning palates, with the St-Burger Piri-piri standing out as a culinary masterpiece. The chicken, juicy and succulent, danced in harmony with the piri piri sauce, providing a taste experience worthy of the highest esteem. However, the gastronomic climax was tainted by the presence of an expired cleaning wipe, a detail which, although minor, cast a delicate shadow over the picture. Additionally, the slightly higher cost than initial expectations added a note of reserve in this culinary symphony. Despite these nuances, the unlimited coleslaw was a joy, adding a refreshing note to this dining experience. My choice of drink, the Paloma Rosé, also added a welcome dimension to the whole thing, a boozy and exquisite drink. In conclusion, Saint-Hubert in Orford has successfully combined culinary excellence, refined ambiance and exceptional service. If I could give a minus 10 it wouldnt still be a reflection of the poor meal and the arrogance of the waitress!!!! Coleslaw without any vinaigrette, poutine with frozen cheese....madam, thats how it is, the cheese is in the fridge, she tells me!!!! Subsequently I made a complaint to customer service and the person responsible had to get back to me... that was a month ago... still nothing!!!! They dont care!!! I will never go to a St Hubert again!!!!

Very good service, which is rare these days. The childrens playroom is appreciated unfortunately it needs a serious renovation. Unfortunately the value for money is not good, it has become expensive for very ordinary dishes.

After skipping a few years of visiting a St-Hubert, its really more of a chain of restaurants where I will return... the service in the restaurant bar section without a smile or attention, the lukewarm soup and the vol-au-vent with a sauce gelatinous (excess flour) and flavorless. Express fries not completely cooked and that s not bad, our most recent experience.

We came in only for dessert and tea...waited more than 5 minutes being ignored by at least 6 employees. When the saw we werent leaving the said we could sit in the bar. Tables were all dirty ..thought she would clean it .but no 2 waitress brought our tea...no spoon...waited for that....bad bad service... Food

Great service with a smile. Beautiful place. The only downside was that the fries were cold and the same dishes were different, the shepherds did not have the same bread, one of the three had a smaller bread not of the same kind.

I don t understand why chicken places offer things like seafood. You have a great product, diversity in this case just doesn t work.

This summer I often went to St Hubert. Unfortunately on this visit the meal was not to my taste. I had a steak I asked for very rare it was medium rare. As a side dish I had the garden salad, it lacked salad dressing. The poor waitress was alone on the bar side and she was running around doing her best. I decided to eat my meal because I didnt want to delay it and I didnt want to wait because I was very hungry. The lack of staff is a major headache for restaurateurs.

$41 for a club sandwich and a liquor...a bit exaggerated

We went with family this evening. It was around 4:45 p.m., not yet a rush hour for supper time. Already, the wait before someone came to see us to offer us a table was quite long. Sadly, after 25 minutes sitting at our table, no server came to us to take our order. In the meantime, the table next to us was served a coffee... Cold. Oops, broken machine, according to the server, he didnt realize it. Several servers passed by, none stopped to take our order. We simply left, preferring to encourage another restaurant that truly cares about its customers. We decided to give it a chance, being the first time we went back after the pandemic... But clearly the restaurant is not mediocre because of the pandemic. First and last time!

Disappointment for a channel supposed to be standardized. We loved the piri piri chicken before this last experience: undercooked chicken, literally white fries, tasteless salad and they forgot the fruit sauce for my son. The only positive point was that the person ordering from the drive-up seemed friendly.

We arrived at the drive-thru on a Sunday at 6:00 p.m. and it took 25 minutes to get an economix for 2!!!!!

Arrived this evening at 8:42 p.m. I was politely asked to leave the drive-thru because the restaurant closes at 9 p.m. . I made it a point to encourage a new resident of Orford every week for the past year. I suspected since I had gone to the dining room twice when I saw the torn benches that sooner or later this restaurant would collapse. Its been 2 months since the drive-thru sign hasnt been lit, (subliminal message telling you to take off the stickers) Benny, well done, youll swallow them without chewing. I will never set foot in St Hubert again.

We went there Friday night and it had a very good live singer. It was very pleasant, and the service and food always perfect.

I stopped for dinner yesterday with my partner. We chose the bar section. I was offered a place, but I refused to sit in that place because it was unclean! The chairs are incredibly very dirty and stained. Greasy floors. Avoid this place! I cant imagine the kitchen. I dont understand why St-Zhubert tolerates such frankness. Théo provided excellent service despite my dissatisfaction.
