Slowest possible service in North America!
The people in the kitchen were amazing! The cahier however, was terrible. I asked her for the new plant based sausage, she asked me like 3 times what I was talking about and then I pointed to the menu right behind her. She then gives me a dirty look and proceeded to order a regular sausage. I'm not vegetarian but I do have a preference and that wasn't what I wanted. Her service and attitude are not a good fit for customer service. The other employees were great though and food was good!
A bit slow at moments, very understanding.. Short staff for everyone. They did not mess up my order. That was a bonus...
The best coffee ☕ in Canada.Friendly staff.Yummy donuts and sweets.Enough parking.Can buy ground coffee, Mugs etc.Other coffee drinks are also available.Outlets are available throughout the country and in most highway exits.Highly Recommended.
Wish they had more variety on their menu. The one in the states I went to had mac and cheese, salad, tuna sandwhiches, and all kinds of things I never see at the ones in Canada. Staff is always great and very accommodating.
We arrived to the store 10 minutes before they close on Christmas Eve but the girls still served us even though there was a lot of us. They let us stay inside and finish our food even though they were closed and cleaning up behind the counter. Very nice customer service.
A big thank you to the Team, we are always well served, both on orders and on products or at the drive-thru service, It has become our go-to spot for breakfast when my husband works nights! The other Tims from Magog should have the same quality of service, which is very far from being the case! Thank you and Happy Holidays

Lots of choices of donuts and muffins, a positive point. I arrive Saturday morning to order a tim à la 12 (coffee carafe). The nice person at the checkout told me that I should have called before. I say I understand and I absolutely dont mind waiting. She therefore turns to her superior to ask if it is possible to make coffee, she replies very curtly: No. A bit ordinary for an establishment like Tim Hortons to refuse to make coffee for a customer. I understand that it might take a little longer and I mentioned that I didnt mind waiting. Finally, I would like to add that I was the only customer. There was no one else there. If it had been a big rush I might have understood a little more. More than disappointing.

A cashier in his sixties who is not friendly, no smile, no hello or anything, makes me repeat, he doesnt even give the bill.
Friendly employees, eat in or take away.... I dont recommend eating lunch after 1 p.m., the hashbrowns are as hard as a rock and the eggs are starting to turn green...

Since the 3 Tims (2 on Sherbrooke Street in Magog and 1 at the rest stop in Orford) closes at 3 p.m. I have been very disappointed because I work from 8 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Even from Friday to Sunday they close at 3 p.m. Lack of labor I find that this sentence is made too easy because there are other small businesses that do the same. Im thinking of the snow plows this winter, who every night will open the streets and courtyards, they wont be able to go have a coffee or take a break to eat. The drive-thru should remain open 24 hours. In Magog there is no longer room to drink coffee or eat for people who work night shifts. Ill end on a positive note, I love my Tim coffee and their meals when Im lucky enough to be able to go.

The queue often goes all the way to the street during rush hours. The accuracy of the orders is mostly correct. We must allow at least one minute of waiting for each vehicle in front of us in the drive-thru order line. Parking: Parking is really bad. The line for the drive-thru passes in front of the parking lots, so it is difficult to park or exit during rush hour.

It always depends on the staff but Tim Hortons was much better before than today
My iced cafuccinos were very average, they were not the same color as usual and very liquid, as if their machine had a problem. They made an oversight in my order but we rectified it. The table where we ate was dirty, they should pay more attention to cleaning the tables.

I ordered two coffees and a box of twelve donuts. I wasnt even allowed a smile or a hello from the really stupid cashier and I found it quite disappointing because the purpose of working in a service customer service is precisely to smile at the customer and the minimum is to say hello I myself work in customer service and the basis is to be polite and courteous
Difficulty having a well-prepared order. The quality of the food leaves something to be desired, curdled milk in my coffee, full of lumps. No exchange or refund was made for serving me such terrible coffee. It lasts for a while.

We went for a coffee around 6 p.m. we wanted to go inside because too many people at the drive-thru. Unfortunately we were sent back to the car service due to lack of staff, we waited 30 minutes and during this time other people entered the Tim lets say we were very disappointed...

Seriously, what is the mania of wanting to give 12 coffees at the same time, coffee spilled all over in the car, little excuse and its over, the complaint will be made. Part 2 its been a week and the cafes are still full of seeds so I went back again to complain and no excuses and they wanted me to pay for the 2 coffees in the morning for the 2 that I didnt drink yesterday dont deserve not operate under the tim hortons banner
