Terrible service so slow waited 20 min to get a coffee , and the place wasn't even busy ,once your in the drivethrough your traped can't get out , avoid this place !
Terrible service. Not surprising given that the server looked to be about 11 years old. Pay your adult employees a living wage and you won't have to hire children.
Great hot chocolate on a cold day. Every employee that I have interacted with has spoken English fluently. Fast and friendly service.

Service is terrible. I believe Tom Horton has staffing issues in many of their cafe's. Takes forever to get served and gir6often make mistakes as they are rushing so much. And now they sell burgers??? Maybe less choices and better service?
definitely lacks a smile! We go there every week (or so) and we feel that we are closing (arriving at 1:00 p.m. this Tim closes at 3:00 p.m.). Overall its clean. We are considering going to Rock forest Kid-friendliness: N / A

If you are looking for service, they have it in stock no matter the day of the year. You are looking for something in the field of trucks, trailers, welding and if they dont have it, they will do what is necessary to find it for you.

The only downside was that I added a donut to my order and in the end I didnt receive it...she forgot to put it in my order. Parking: Q5-20 places approximately.
