Today’s Wednesday but it’s still close and time showing it’s open 5 AM 🤷♂️
One employee doing his best to work BOTH counter and drive thru, which is absurd. Only two customers in front of us but the wait was 15 minutes! Despite the circumstances the employee remained calm and pleasant. Another employee came from the back and opened some of the food warming drawers but did not help him. Franchisee, do better!!
They didn’t open until 6 & u cant have coffee from drive thu without car
Worst experience. Took 40 mins to prepare order and prepared chicken bowl instead of veggie ones. When i went to discuss no one understands English. How can a big chain like Tims does not keep any English speaking person in bilingual country? Basically paid $20 for 2 coffees.
Tim on south street is good but twirl pastry not cook inside. Also parking is difficult. Narrow. Also building next door competitor star bucks. I don't know where they will park. Also 2 Tim's nn this town one going towards bromont in front of hospital usually closed after 3 and often no soup after 2 o clock. Apparently lack of staff. Also some sandwiches and soup not available should not be like that since hospital close by and very touristy and a lot of cars coming and going trough there.
At 6:30 AM the Tim Hortons doors were closed (supposed to open at 6:00) and the waiter told us to use the driving way to order. She was complaining and treating us so badly that I would rate it with 1 star. Very disappointed.
Absolutely the WORST Tim Hortons that I have ever been to! The first time I went I had a terrible time ordering in English and waited at least 20 minutes for my food. The second time I went, I decided to sit at a table and use the app to order online… BIG MISTAKE!!! After waiting 25 minutes, I talked to an employee to see what was taking my order so long. The employees don’t seem to know what’s going on with the orders and made excuses about being understaffed and busy. One employee even said they (the 4 staff working) were all in a bad mood because they had so many complaints. Where was the manager? This service was completely unacceptable! After I told them that I had been waiting 25 minutes, they still served other customers before me and I had to wait a total of 43 minutes before I got my food and drinks! This location has received so many horrible reviews that I’m shocked they are still in business! Avoid at all cost!
Im so sorry to go down that road. My intentions are not to bash on buisnesses for no reason but im very upset about the way ny order looked when i opened the bag. Keep in mind its supposed to be a wrap. On top of that it took 15 mins we were the first in line when we finally left there was 7-8 cars waiting. My order : 2 habanero wraps and 2 ice coffee
Tk see their coffee on the edge of the window and dont get served it never stinks for me this place and the cashier looked at me 3 times
Good service
Mini omelettes are not the flavor I asked for, 1 out of 2 was grilled on one side, the other not at all. French vanilla tastes like water... drive 15 more minutes and order from another Tim.
Excellent attention and patience with my difficulty with the language
Typical and satisfying choice on the road.
Always good, clean and fast service
Good, fast and courteous service
A Tim to avoid Saturday morning after a big one tomorrow Im going to get a large coffee 3 c 1s but the little girl at the counter forgets to make sure my lid is closed properly as a result I spill half the coffee on myself and on my passenger bench this damages my garage door handle and costs me $200 to clean the bench and carpet since Saturday morning I have been trying to contact the TH complaints service but as you can see in the photos more than 2 hours of waiting without answer. NO COMMON SENSE TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS THIS WAY. NEVER HAVE COFFEE AT TIM AGAIN BAD SERVICE AND EVEN NO EXCUSES FROM THE MANAGER In short, I will be patient and ask for compensation for my time and money to repair the lack of professionalism of this Tim!! plus they answer me to call Tims customer service cal#%£##^ is look at the photos I waited over two hours to speak with customer service. Your answer is ridiculous
Order of toast and coffee correct.
How does this place still exist?
Nice place
Fast, road soso
Service
A real Tim Horton from the bottom of the trash. Seriously, when its time to make some tim club with a tomato, 2 turkey meats and a dish with half lettuce, you come in and the guy at the sandwich tells you: thats how we make them here.. No manager on site, no supervisor and in addition, no adults on site who work as fds. You should also go straight and stop at the guardian angel.
Didnt see people like: ...and its the government that is monitoring us with their vaccines... outside smoking a cigarette sticking on the doors of this Tim Horton with their great coffee 2 -2.
Price of donuts expensive
Tim Hortons is very pleasant everywhere and the products (food + coffee) are perfect. I love Tim Hortons in Quaticook and have been going to the cafe for 10 years. Older people sit together here and thats precisely why I feel welcome.
Non-existent. Waste of time. I do not recommend
The food was good
For the food I dont order again, I had a timatin on bacon breakfast bread, my egg had a bit of green as if it were rotten and it didnt smell good to me, and I also saw some green and some rotting foam under my breakfast bread.. How can you serve this to customers The iced coffees are good but that s the only thing.. I don t recommend for the food !
Tim Hortons at rest stop Parking: Lots of space. Kid-friendliness: Outdoor games
Missed a little sauce on the steak and egg but it was good
The immigrant at the front counter is very very slow. Makes mistakes in orders, he is not very competent
25 min for a mobile order of 2 hot drinks... leaves nothing to be desired for the speed of service inside. Perhaps consider putting 2 employees on the schedule only to move forward because 15 minutes before getting a response, not even a hello
Its very nice to go and eat at these restaurants.
Are not open at the times indicated.
30 minutes for a coffee at the drive-thru on a Friday at 10:30am. Anything.
Very slow service and poorly managed
I asked for grill twice and the bread was not cooked to the point that it was cold, when I returned the girl told me that the machine was working? : )
Very long drive-thru line and we didnt get what we wanted: chocolate chip muffins for the kids. My partner had a coffee and almost threw up because it was so horrible. (yet this is not his first time at Tim Hortons). Disappointing stop.
Long wait for two lunch sandwiches. Wrong kind of sandwich, but we were very hungry so we left. Both sandwiches were filled with pieces of eggshell, frankly disgusting.
Horrible. Avoid if you can. Didn t even know Tims can close at 2pm but this one does!
All in all a good place
Because I have to enter 1 star in order to write a comment but my real evaluation is zero for the Tim Horton at the entrance to Magog. They charge hidden fees that are not displayed on the menu. Example: displayed on the menu the irresistible roast beef sandwich: 4.99 But on the bill an additional charge of 0.70 for bread ???? Check your invoices.
Long and confusing service
The staff sleeps on solid gas..... Its a long time, that makes no sense
The food is not even cooked the service is slow the bacon is plastic the potatoes are stuck to the paper my real rating is zero
Like the other Tims...
Very good service
Well served
They have nothing to eat, no stock, bye.
I stopped for a BBQ Chicken Wrap and my partner had a Habanero Chicken Wrap and both were excellent. The service was good and we didnt wait very long to order and receive our order. There is plenty of seating.
They never have products and always closed. Even open at 2 p.m. they dont have food.
Good wraps & French vanilla
A stupid look at the cash register who doesnt listen and makes order errors 2 in 2.
Sunday January 16, 11:53. Drive-thru service. We ordered two Warps from the worker. Excellent sandwich, well made with everything in all the bites, on the other hand when you say extra sauce, Theres some, it flowed everywhere! B mole, they dont provide Napekin with the meal..... Otherwise VERY GOOD
Very poor customer service, I am very disappointed
Its been a long time since I ordered from Tim. Before lunch was 24 hours, I felt insulted when I was told that at that time we couldnt do that for lunches. Then I asked for an iced lemonade, now I am informed that we must have been making this for a year, sir . Since they can have lunches I asked for a crispy chicken sandwich, when picking up I look its a wrap, I mention it to her and she replies its a wrap that you wanted at the beginning...
2 coffees not drinkable, I ordered an extra bacon cheese bagel, no bacon, very slow service disappointed!
Worst drive-thru ever!
Waiting 10 minutes in line before being served, then 20 minutes waiting before getting my meal. Very unpleasant
This Sunday, August 7, 3 girls who do nothing, practically no customers and almost 25 minutes to order Labor is scary generation of lazy young people
Terrible terrible awful Tim s should be shut down
Closes at 7:40 p.m. on a Friday evening
Pitiful hours and nothing fresh
Terrible service. Sat in the drive through for over 20 min just to order. People(not in cars) were skipping the line and ordering ahead of those waiting instead of going inside. At least the coffee is good.
55 min wait for 2 coffees, a donut and 1 sandwich. Never seen before... (There was also an error in the order.
Closes at 2:00 p.m. This makes no sense!!!
This is stubbornly done by the manager for the price when she doesnt take the trouble to listen and tell us that everywhere else it doesnt charge as it should, so 10 stupid places and she is correct???? Not strong
So long that legend has it that someone has been waiting for their timatin since yesterday.
Leave Sherbrooke at 5:30 a.m. and stop at 6 a.m. Thursday and Friday and not open when from Monday to Wednesday it was open to pick up lunch before arriving in Granby. Quite difficult to find if to trust it especially since it writes in the window of the car service that they are open dr 5 @ 3:30 p.m....
They messed up my drive thru order and when I came inside to change the sandwich I had to wait for several other drive-thru customers to pass before the girl took the time to fix my order.
Great, great service
Say they close at 7:30. Closed at 6:55.
If I could give 1 star that would be it. After 10 minutes of waiting, being served the wrong thing. Then, finally being told that there is no more almond milk. Bad refund 3 times. Incompetent employees.
We were only 2 customers, there was at least 7 people working. The had me waiting 10 minutes just to order
Very long waiting time
Worst drive-thru. The setup is so poorly done that it takes 30-40 minutes to get your coffee. I was 10th in line. If you are in a hurry dont go there and its not possible to get out of the lineup.
Excellent
The Service leaves something to be desired.....25 min wait for a bagel and a coffee...and I didnt receive what I had ordered........you have homework to do folks
Waiting 10 minutes in the line-up which didn t move forward was magical! Luckily I was able to get out by backing out of your little path. Hire people pay your people.. make whatever is pitiful your business.
Lack of personnel, one person is serving in front, long waiting
employees are not taking the job seriously, very long wait, understaffed, not many options and low stock of material for the products.
Clean place looks good but the service leaves something to be desired
Closed at 4pm on a Friday.
Took a trio lunch from the worker, which cost me $8 and some under +$1, there was just 1 egg in the wrap and the sausage, my wrap was empty... every time something was missing.. .
Tim morning cold and potato put in the microwave sometimes super hard not great at 8am in the morning
Clownesque! Saturday November 20 6:47 am 2021, gate closed and ask truckers to use the drive-thru!!!!! :Well, go outside, there are plenty of people doing it on foot. Very disappointing for usually very welcoming staff. PS: the Beligerant and Caucasian long hair in 20th.
If you want to wait 30 minutes for the wrong order and another 30 for them to fix it, this is the place for you.
Very good
WAIT
Tim Hortons closed inside and at the drive-thru although it says open 24 hours and it was 11 p.m.
NOT OPEN at the times announced on Google
Wait time is too high. We ordered bagel with cream cheese for my 5 year old. Luckily, before giving it to my kid, we opened the bagel to check and found blue plastic clip with the cream cheese.
This tim keeps going downhill everytime i go back. A few years ago service and quality was great. Now, wait times are unacceptable, orders are wrong and service...... these kids need to be taught people skills. That and now its not even 24hrs anymore.
Closed at 9:20 p.m. always indicated 24h
I came up against a closed fence... thats not what I call 24 hours
Closed at 6:20 p.m. and the Google schedule is not up to date...
17 min for 1 coffee....
Good place for restaurants and toilets
Always good
Terriblement long slow worst tim
Wait 20 minutes at the drive-thru for just 1 coffee...no thank you.
Wait 7 minutes at the front without service and hear at least 3 employees chatting during this time... 15 minutes in total for tea and a muffin. The height of it: the manager who finished her shift, still in the kitchen of the restaurant, her mask ON her chin and the employee who served me, the mask under her nose. Well done champions
Sunday at 5:45 p.m. we are told we are closed (in the evening they always lack products...) Its not a store its a Tim Hortons in a rest area. Very disappointed with their availability
Good, courteous service but not very fast in making wraps.
Regular Tim Hortons like all the others
He is ready for my work
Clean, be careful sometimes not all products are in stock depending on the time
Friendly staff
A classic Tim Horton
The brownies are so good, quick service. The blue slush isnt great.
Good coffee
Slow service 15 minute wait
Its good in titi
30 min wait, errors in orders
Always Amazing
Its a Tims.
This place is so understaffed, for a highway side Tim Hortons you think maybe more than 2 super under trained employees would be smart huh?
its tim
Like all tims
Literally no services. Ive waited 10 minutes with a few other potential customers, nobody answered us. Employee came and went (serving the car pickup line) without even a word of excuse, even avoiding eye contact.
Good
Always good coffee in a recyclable cup for the road!
Its the worst Tim Hortons that exists, unfortunately its close to my house, the wait time for the drive-thru order is lousy... if there are 5 cars in front of you, you have to allow 15 minutes waiting.
A Tim Hortons like any other! The Morning Worker Sausage wraps were good!
For a
For coffee
Too slow. I went to Valentines!
Lack of staff means cleanliness leaves something to be desired
Still having difficulty obtaining my complete order without errors, it is absolutely necessary to check before leaving if you have a slightly complex order.
Very good service by a young man around 3:50 p.m. exact order very little wait.
GOOD.
Very very slow service. More than 45 minutes of waiting to order and receive my order. Unacceptable!
I travel a lot and this is the most slow timhortons in all around Canada 20 min just for one coffee :(
Great service at the checkout, however I was missing a potato in my order and my bagel that I asked for to be toasted was completely burnt... as well as the wrap which already had a lot of sauce to the point of losing the other flavors. Disappointed with our lunch getaway this morning...
Breakfast potato too hard...not edible
Great coffee
Here too, slower service due to lack of staff... too bad!
Opening time at 5 a.m. but be careful, dont be fooled by that, its always 5:15...5:30
November 26, 2019 10:15 p.m. Tim Hortons closed inside and at the drive-thru although it is indicated open 24 hours.
Unnecessary self-service order screens.
