Honestly, it must have been 2 years of misery in Magog. Opening hours that change, sometimes open sometimes not, drive-thru service always super long. Today I went there, ordering from the car... They had all the trouble in the world activating my coupon. Then Im asked to move my car forward... Even if theres no one behind me? Finally its so long that I decide to park and wait inside. I had the good idea to look at the order before leaving, because he had forgotten part of it. Seriously, when the branch has been having difficulties for years, maybe its just time to close. If I want A&W Ill go to Sherbrooke anyway. I have a lot of pity for the staff who have to deal with customer discontent.

Usually I love A&W, but not at this branch. Tiny pale beef patty with a strange fishy smell, very very bad. 6 kibbles that lifted my mothers heart for the day. The service is very polite, the only strong point. I often stop at this place: I will continue to choose the Tim or the Subway.

lunch takeout, dry bread, meat was not juicy, lacked condiments in my teen burger..and the onion rings were soft almost without breadcrumbs. normally Im an A&W fan...but this time yes...it was VERY ORDINARY for the price.

You can buy bus tickets to Montreal and various destinations here and yes...they arrive on time. While there is a fast food area where you can wait comfortably.

We went to the A&W 2911 Chemin Milletta, Magog, in the Rest area 115 inc. OMG the worst burger I ate this summer. However, we are fans of A&W. We took the mozzarella combo with poutine, after a good 15 min of waiting, I finally received my order, the burgers were completely cold, so much so that even the cheese didnt melt even a little, the fries of my poutine were cold too , the cheese remained frozen on the fries, the slice of bacon was charred, I asked for a coke, I got a root beer. Absolutely disgusting, dont go there, youll be disappointed for sure.

Arriving at the drive-thru order around 8:20 p.m., the van in front of me can order but I am informed that the restaurant is closed (its 9 p.m.). The staff really unprofessional and arrogant.

The service attendants worked hard this Saturday, September 3, 2022. Lots of customers and always a smile.

I am very disappointed that lunch is closed, their lunch sandwiches are much better than Tim and McDonalds, the same goes for the little potato, super good but there are no more Ha yes I wanted to add that it was just opening at 8 a.m. so the early workers were missing who fell back on Tim, even I had to go elsewhere some mornings. I wish them to find good staff and open earlier but hey there is a lack of people everywhere. The salary may be partly due to the lack of staff, dont forget that now we pay a diver 18$hrs
