Im calling this Tuesday evening, at 9 p.m. The restaurant closes at 2 a.m. The answering machine tells me that the restaurant is closed. I planned my evening with a snack from Johnnys. Im going to have peanut butter toast for dinner. The only thing I have left in my cupboards since I had planned a snack at Johnnys. Thanks Johnny.

Read well! September 4, 2024: The restaurant displays the Pizza burger trio at 14.49 in the Delivery menu in Magog, i.e. $1 more than the Dining Menu which is 13.49. I receive the order at home and look at the invoice and I realize that I was charged $15.49, while the price indicated is 14.49. ! September 4: I call to explain the situation and place a new order, and the restaurant notices that in the system it charges more than what appears on the menu. No replacement or refund made. I order a chicken poutine burger trio, I get a burger and liquid sauce! He refuses to reimburse me for more than $3 or to send me back a dish claiming that it would be the same product that will be sold to me! So the service is really not great!

2nd visit on 09/08/2024: We went back yesterday. The cashier was really welcoming and kind. Surprising. Its rather rare these days with teenagers who dont care about almost everything. No, he really was a wicked tick above the rest. Congratulations! The atmosphere in the restaurant is pretty good. The tables are well isolated from each other. Each table has its own TV on the wall. Not bad. As for the food, it was not as good as the other time. We ordered 2 poutines. One regular (Johnny sauce), the other an Italian poutine. The regular poutine was still delicious. The Italian poutine was barely edible.... Salty! no common sense.... Very, very salty. We could almost feel the salt crunching between our teeth... I dont know what happened in the kitchen with their spag sauce recipe, but it really wasnt good... We should have brought it back to the counter, but everyone knows that the golden rule is to never return something to the kitchen, otherwise the next dish will have a good dose of bodily fluids. Johnny sauce, but the other kind.... No thank you. A little disappointing as a 2nd visit. We will probably return there. Lets hope next time will be better. ---- Very, very good restaurant. I live in Bromont now I miss my Johnny restaurant. I go to Magog especially to eat my seafood pizza On the other hand, I hate being served this way, order at the counter like McDonalds

If youre craving pizza poutine late on a Sunday night, this is where its at. The staff was nice when taking the order and for some suggestions. The place was well decorated and clean. Its a cafeteria type restaurant where you order at the counter, sit down until its ready and then go get it. Forgot table service. That said, the pizza was delicious, fresh ingredients, nice thickness, generous in cheese and the poutine was solid too. Good Johnny sauce and fresh cheese. Anyway, Im writing this review and I cant wait to go back.

I didnt know this restaurant, I visited it on a Tuesday and there was a promotion for a plate of 16 shrimp for $12.99! I asked to have 8 garlic shrimp and 8 buffalo but was told they couldnt do that, I said I could pay extra... guess they dont want to make more money...weird! But otherwise it was a very good dinner, very fast and courteous service. The tables in the dining room are huge, you wont run out of space! On the menu there is something for everyone!

Excellent poutine

My family and I went there during a weekend in the summer of 2024. We had a lot of errors on our orders, and bad recommendations regarding allergens in certain dishes. When the staff realized their mistake they didnt even offer to refund the dish, we needed to order a new one. The food is okay, nothing more, with rather high prices. The atmosphere is still nice, especially with the Transformers decorations. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Very rude old lady with no eyebrows, white hair (and clearly no husband) at the front. Felt like she didn t want us there and she kept saying we were wrong for calling the medium size medium . There is three size, we said medium and she answered We don t have medium. then said something like there is this, this and this. She really wasn t clear at all and I m sorry but like.. if we tell you medium, don t argue that there is no medium. There is. It s the medium one. Food was okay, fries were nice but definitely seemed like the store bought frozen stuff. Can t get over how rude the staff is! If you don t like your job then just work somewhere else and don t act obtuse.

The worst sub Ive ever eaten in my life. The bread was wet when I received my plate, just 2 small slices of steak in each half. I will never eat there again. Luckily the decor is beautiful.

We wanted to try the restaurant on vacation.... Ill never come back here! The service is deplorable. I took 2 child plates, my son has no fries, no drink included in his meal as well as the plates of my partner and myself at $20 each and more, do not come with drink. So after $70 in a restaurant, I had to buy $3 a glass for 3 more people. And the size of the plates is to cry. To be honest, I think I should have just gotten a refund and gone to eat elsewhere. Following our visit on Saturday for dinner, we found the decor superb, the prices reasonable despite a few downsides on the food. We liked the cafeteria concept less and unfortunately the tables and benches are not washed between each customer. It is a perfect restaurant for families.

First order forgot half of what I ordered when i called the restaurant they hung up on me once i said there was a mistake in the order. 2nd experience ordering here we order 2 fantas (expecting 2L) we get 2 500 ml fantas for 3.50$ each 6.50$ total for both small beverages (2L anywhere are 2-3$). Absolutely ridiculous. I will not be ordering here anymore. (*Experience is from delivery orders*)

We discovered a restaurant with an innovative, fast and grandiose concept. The service at the counter is very fast and courteous, we choose our seat which is huge on two floors. When our pager vibrates, we go to get our meal. Its very fast. Then we can take our time to eat. The pizza is excellent and what can we say about the poutine!! Woooww. The best! I recommend and I will return very soon. Kid-friendliness: The decoration is grandiose. Upon entering, two huge robots made from car parts look like Transformers. There is a games room.

On August 14, they served us a pizza with fermented dough, it smelled like alcohol. DISGUSTING !!!! We dont serve that to customers, for $0.50 a ball of dough you could have thrown it away and gotten fresh one. A big zero.

We asked Google for the best pizza in Magog for delivery... Google was wrong in giving us Johnny. Pizza medium all dressed, dry and little taste, all paid $46 tax incl excluding tip the most expensive pizza paid without getting value for money. Very disappointed.

If you order their submarine, delivered to your home, ask for the Italian vinaigrette in a separate pot. My sub was cold and the bread was completely soggy in the dressing. My onion rings were also cold.
