Pizza Salvatoré in Magog

Cold, stiff pizza, arriving at 6:20 p.m. even though we had placed the order well in advance for 5:45-6 p.m., and finally rude delivery man. Disappointing because the quality is usually good, despite several unpleasant experiences with the service at this restaurant

First experience with Pizza Salvatore and last. Very slow service and they forgot the pepperoni in a Salvatore Special. My favorite thing in a pizza is pepperoni and they forgot it! Lol it looks like it takes a Chef not to forget the pepperoni in a pizza.

The kids love it when we make Salvatore pizza dinners. Its always good, hot and the prices are really cheap with the app. We have always ordered via the app and our orders have always been ready on time.

Delivery is really bad

I would like the Magog service to improve! This makes several orders that are not going very well. The delivery man brings me a half order, I try to repair the situation with the restaurant. He tells me he canceled my order. I had to call customer services who transferred me to the manager so that he could ask the restaurant to deliver the missing items and serve me properly. The bag of fries was half, I pay extra for condiments that were never delivered to me and the service is.... I hope it improves

If there would have been zero stars that would be perfect really if you are not able to deliver on time simply close this branch! We have other good restaurants in Magog!

I called 10 minutes before even leaving home to have 1 small and a medium poutine prepared for a total of $30... it took another good 15 minutes to pick up my order, I waited for the The application said it was packaged and ready to be served. so we went back and the girl told me it won t take too long . there was a gentleman seated who was also waiting for his order & I cant deny that it works very well as a restaurant, especially on a Friday evening and that the lack of labor is present. In short, after at least 20 minutes of waiting, she gave us our order before the gentleman who was waiting when we arrived. I found the service really average unfortunately

The food and service is courteous. However, you have to be very patient because expect to wait more than 3 hours to receive your complete order. I placed my order at 6:00 p.m. and received half of my order at 7:20 p.m. (okay, a little oversight!). Its 9:15 p.m. and I still havent received the rest of my order despite my follow-up at the restaurant at 8:20 p.m. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from this place again.

Bad ordering and delivery service. We placed an order for delivery and almost 2 hours later after 2 calls we were told that the order was coming... Placing an order for dinner at 7:30 p.m. and receiving it after 9:30 p.m. is unacceptable. I really dont recommend this restaurant and this chain since their call center cant do anything more.

If it had less than 1 star, thats what it would deserve. We placed an order at 7:35 p.m. The delivery time mentioned was between 45 and 75 minutes. After 1.5 hours Have a call back. We are told that the order has gone and that we would have to wait between 10 and 20 minutes. More than 2 hours later, we called back. We are told that it is ready and will be delivered. No matter the quality, if you cant trust the people who respond to you, then how can you trust the quality of what youre buying? Not recommended. Go to the grocery store and you will be less disappointed and it will cost you less! !!!

The Magog staff are having a blast! Delivery is optional depending on the delivery persons desire to travel and/or if he must receive his tip at the door Observation: when I tip online: 20%, its very quick. 18% I can wait 2-3 hours... 15% I just dont receive my order!

Order for delivery made at 11:25 a.m. at the restaurant which is located 2km from my work. After 1 hour of waiting we call for an update, we are told that the order is ready and the delivery person picks it up for delivery within a few minutes. We wait another 20 minutes then this time we are told 5 minutes max before arrival. Another 20 minutes pass, this time they put us in contact with the Magog restaurant directly and the lady told us that they canceled our order at 11:30 a.m. No follow-ups, no calls, and tons of misleading information... here is the summary of our Salvatore Magog experience.
