PIZZA 2 GO in Magog

I placed an online order and never received anything. I had to call them back to find out that they had forgotten my order. A chance that I didnt pay for in advance. Very disappointed because before it was fast.

Dishonest trader. I ordered online and no delivery charges were requested. The confirmation invoice received by email indicating that there were no additional delivery costs. Ordered 10 All dressed pizza and onion rings for delivery. Dry and very ordinary! Not enough of all the toppings. No utensils or napkins. No ketchup for the rings. Arrived after 65 minutes because we had rated it poorly The address and the delivery man got lost. We had mentioned the name of our hotel. It was not noted on the invoice...in short, the food was lukewarm and very disappointing.

Really disappointed with the service, we used to order from this restaurant but since 3 orders we have received cold pizza... boxes that are tearing because the box is soaked in fat... onion rings still frozen ... extras which we are responsible for but which have not been added. Its nice to give credits but its nice to receive our order as we ordered it....

My parents called for a delivery, 1 hour later the delivery man was in Fitchbay when they are right next to Magog....they refused the delivery because it would have been cold. They called back and they refused to make the delivery. delivery because they refused cold food...nice way to lose their customers
