The whopper is delicious! The staff are friendly and extremely fast. I didn’t wait more than a min to get my food. They are efficient. Bathrooms are nice and clean. They also have a big parking lot and a play area for kids.
Ordered a whopper combo and got a serving of two different kind of fries. Seemed to me that they just don't use different friers for their different products. Was good anyway after not having been at one of their locations in a few years.
The food was great , had difficulty with the person taking orders. Had to repeat several times and still mixed it up. Not the right burger. We didn't complain ,just ate what we had as the cashier seemed very stressed
The DriveTru is incredibly fast here ! And the food is warm. As of September 2020, the dining room is closed. So no restrooms are available. The parking is huge. It's perfect for long véhicules and trailers. Fries would need a little more salt.
The Big King XL is really good... Shame it's only limited time. Staff was super nice. Cannot currently eat inside, but thankfully there was an outside table free. A lot of people, myself included, get caught getting out of the car to go inside to order, but only drive-thru is open... Better signage would be good (hence 4* instead of 5).
It was ok the burger could have been fresher and more hot it was medium hot other than that the place was very clean service was ok not more i will go back for sure cuz i like your burger but i will go on rush hour so every thing will be to the perfect temperature Thank you Andre
I love burger king but I hated my experience in magog. Will never go there again. Waitress was rude and boss Vicky was worse. She refused to refund another customer gor their mistake. No water. Didn't want to give me the sauces that where going with my meal. I hope burger king hears from this.
I don't do the other clown fast food burger joint, so here in the eastern townships not many other choices. Its clean fast n decently well prepared.

Impeccable cleanliness, great staff, understandable and, given the circumstances, adaptable. In fact, the screens to display the menu were out of service and they managed to list the entire menu for us so that we could make our choice.

Really pitiful service I asked for 2 Coke and I received a Coke and an iced tea the Coke tasted like water and I had to complain to get it replaced and they never wanted to give me a Coke instead iced tea and Jr was never able to have paper towels really disappointing but the hamburgers were good
It would be good to explain to your employees that a double cheez means 2 meatballs with 2 slices of cheese and not just the extra meatball
Snack box with chicken nuggets that looked like bouncy balls!! The fries and onion rings were soft and mushy. The young workers are having fun in the kitchen, and there are no clean tables in the dining room! I suggest you avoid it and continue on your way, you will surely find other fast food restaurants nearby.
A good woppers with slices and little spicy sauces on the road its a good place to go eat!!! Parking: Very easy to park and find a place

I wanted to ask for advice but the person who greeted me called Mégane was hateful and didnt want to help me. On the other hand, Luka is adorable. Very long service, a lot of forgetting (no napkins, no straws, no condiments offered), I had to queue again to get what we were missing. No choice for those who eat gluten-free!!

I dont understand why the service is slow to the point of turning off your car at the drive-thru when there are only 4 cars in total... dont tell me theres a lack of employees, especially the lack of efficiency and effort in the work of young people, but not just young people... these made pathetic everywhere

Young teenagers who are fooling around without any real manager are ready to serve you a burger after 10 minutes of waiting because oops I dont have enough meatballs, oops I forgot to make the fries, oops I put the burgers back on the stove 3 times because we are not able to serve you within a reasonable time frame. Number of customers waiting? 2. Anyway, I have a more important floor cleaning machine than the customer. Oops, I didnt put up yellow signs to indicate that the floor is super wet...no problem, people just have to behave!!! When you come from the United States, no matter how much you criticize... they know how to run a business.
The crispy chicken sandwich is super good! The only downside, when you enter the air conditioning is freezing! You need a jacket to eat inside

Restaurant/dining room colder than outside, cold to the point of shivering, sandwich cold also. I noticed that several customers always eat dressed in their coats. No soap in the bathroom, dispenser filled with disinfectant alcohol.. I also find it reassuring when an employee answers the question; why dont you turn up the temperature in the dining room?, and he replies that its to keep them awake. I suspect that the employees present at the time simply did not have the training or even the authorization to set the temperature to a warm and welcoming level. Hence the response without logic. If youre working, youre not supposed to fall asleep.! on this Mr. Mrs. Customer service manager I would question whether your restaurant really achieves the minimum standards of comfort for your customers. Looking forward to seeing your restaurant improve its relationship with its customers!

I used to like Burger King but since the pandemic, if you dont get a special (which practically only involves the original whopper) prepare your mortgage because $30 for 2 burgers without fries, drinks or sides is ridiculously expensive!
I go there for the childrens games module and because the menu is really good and tastier than McDonalds
Super well attended. They have a cashier who is barely 13 years old and is very kind. He wants to serve his customers with enthusiasm and make them wonderfully satisfied. He speaks English, French, some Spanish, but for him There are no language barriers.
Whopper was dry and cold. I ordered it with bacon and cheese and discovered when I got home that they didnt add any. Really disappointing.

Very disappointed with the restaurant because when we ordered a veggie burger without lettuce, without tomato, without cheese, without ketchup and without pickles, only mustard, the supervisor Kim, her first name, told us that she could not make this without charging us an extra thirty cents for the mustard. But what is the connection between not having to put lettuce, tomatoes and cheese... but just mustard and that extra for this little condiment at this price? Kims response was well its always been like that. If youre not happy, talk to the manager. What is the price for a serving of lettuce, tomato, ketchup vs mustard? Frankly, rethink your supposed policy which holds no water. We will never go back there again.

Woper lukewarm...
No vegetarian option on the menu. They tell us there is one but without giving us the price. The result is extremely pathetic. The bread is crushed, the vegetables are bland and the condiments are tough. For the same price, Ill get two incredible veggie burgers loaded with fresh, crunchy vegetables at Harveys.
The big king xl is a Burger, a real... Reserve only for those with a big appetite.
