Not many people this evening, On the other hand, This week, its the Lac des Nations festival in Sherbrooke, so Its All Forgive

Long service with several errors. My plate was served to another table and I received it cold (cold poutine fries, cold chicken and cold bread). I returned it! My plate was reserved at another table before being served to me reheated (dry bread, cold poutine bathed in sauce at the bottom). Waitress forgot to bring us the dessert menu. Crème brûlée served liquid. Very nice and apologetic waitress. She explains to us that her superior had not anticipated that there would be so many people over the Labor Day long weekend with the Harvest Festival just a few meters away.

After having booked online a few hours earlier and having received a confirmation, we arrived at 6 p.m. and the young lady told us that there was no more room and to come back in 15 minutes. We tell her that we have a reservation, but she tells us the same thing that its really full and that well have to come back. A guy in the back who I think is the manager then says loudly: not for another hour. It looked like a real mess. We went to eat elsewhere. We never asked our names. First time seeing this.

Really pleasant waitress but eats it straight out of the fridge which takes a long time to arrive at the table

We ate mussels, they were very good, and the quantity was also good. Unfortunately the fries werent good, hence only 4 stars. When I asked, I was given bread, lightly toasted, delicious! The prices are reasonable.

July 1, 2024. Missing service. Waitress who leaves at 6:30 p.m. leaving the waiter to sort things out... Still no service after 30 minutes sitting at our table with our children. No consumption NOTHING empty restaurant.

Very good! We all loved our meals! The BBQ chicken pizza, wow, very good! The fish and chips were delicious. The service was impeccable and fast! Everything was perfect! Thank you very much, we recommend your establishment and will come back!

Super beautiful place with a super nice atmosphere on the terrace. Perfect and fast service. I went with friends and a friend of mine asked for a steak fry (medium rare steak) she received it well cooked and it tasted like it was burning. For my part, I asked for poutine and the sauce was full of motton.

Wow, what a great experience, despite the traffic, the service was impeccable. The food was excellent. Thanks to our waitress Aya. Me and my dad had a great time. I highly recommend.

Very poor service the fish and chips tasted disgusting like a fryer with old oil and the fries were uncooked The bartender is alone at the bar and chats with his customers. He doesnt even want to do 4 shots. He refers me to my waitress but the waitress has already finished her number... Ive never experienced such a situation! First and last time at this place

Despite very good service and a nice atmosphere, we had a bad experience with the food. Onion soup too bitter and spicy, burnt meat in the burger and overcooked fries. Maybe the boss was having a bad day?

We waited almost an hour without ever being served. The waitress came to ask us for our order again after 30 minutes and another waitress tried to pass us plates that were not ours. Very disappointed. Unfortunately we left without eating.

The atmosphere is excellent, inside and on the terrace. In terms of food, I really liked the burger I had the first time. On the other hand, the second time I went there, I had a poutine which was huge and cold. Use less and make sure to reheat it, that would be a minimum.

My boyfriend and I eat late like the French and it s the only place in Magog where the kitchen was open. We went two nights in a row and had a great meal! Oyster for $1 and karaoke the first evening, a Thursday, great atmosphere. 2nd evening; burgers. We liked the courteous service. I recommend

Great service and warm welcome. We had a great time as a family. The kitchen wasnt necessarily super sophisticated but super efficient and it was good! Favorite on Fish n Chips!

My burger was dry. The choice of beer is limited, especially IPAs. The service was OK, the waiter was friendly but didnt come to ask us if we were missing anything after bringing the plates. The atmosphere is good.

There were 3 of us celebrating my cousin Ghislaines birthday. Excellent meal. Very good fish and chips, platter and mussels. Red sangria to taste. Exceptional service from our server, Maître Yogi, who has several years of experience and treats his customers with great care. Im going to go back this summer even if it takes 1.5 hours to get there. 10 of 10

We were 3 cousins who celebrated cousin Ghislaine. Found this restaurant by chance on Google and what a great discovery. Our server, Maître Yogi, was funny, outgoing and attentive to our needs. Food hot and excellent. Fish and Ship, mixed platter and Gaspé mussels. Quality/price 10/10. Excellent free dessert for the birthday girl. Ate on the heated terrace. Well done to the team!! Keep up the good work. See you soon for sure.

Worst place ever after waiting 25 minutes no one acknowledged we were there finally left. Will never recommend or go there again. Have visited many restaurants in this area all great except here

Old building, fairly well maintained, well in the center of Magog, a little renovation would do good. The owner, very generous, lent his business to a charity (JEUNE ´ELLES) for a spaghetti dinner in order to collect funds. The evening was a success. A gesture of GREAT, GREAT GENEROSITY from the owner who is very appreciated in the Magog sector REALLY BRAVO

Very disapointed in the bavette. I ordered it cooked red inside and came back well done 45 min later...This is not worth 32$!!! If you want a red steak make sure you ask for an alive beef!

The hamburger was so dry I could not swallow it. Also I asked for it without bacon and it came with it. My husband s Greek salad was pretty much just tomatoes and cucumbers. I would give it no stars if possible

The evening started well and the service was great. But the food not at all. Nothing left on the menu, 2-3 choices nothing more. The plate of grilled shrimp was really not good, the shrimp were okay but the old rice that came with it and the burnt garlic butter should never have been served. Mediocre salad. They had to close after us because even the fryer wasnt working. The manager offered the meal at 50% but we refused and ultimately he only made us pay for our starters and drinks. The waitress was apologetic and it wasnt her fault but it was an experience that left us very disappointed as we were hungry. And Monday evening at 9 p.m. its not easy to turn around.

So disappointed with the service :( my meal was very good, but not my boyfriends, who had no taste. Very nice place on the other hand. I don t feel so good

We had to ask for the same thing 2 or 3 times before receiving it. (water, utensil, bread) ingredients were missing on my plate, the waitresses were having a lot of fun with each other in the corner of the restaurant while she had our long-awaited forks in hand... they served our dessert to another table while the couple had not yet had their main course. Disappointing.

Really very ordinary. The Seguin burger should really be avoided, it is very dry. Forget the mushrooms and goat cheese. I have to give them one point: The side salad was good. Definitely a place to have a drink and nothing more.

For what I have to say about this restaurant the service leaves something to be desired a group of young people who spend their time talking and for what appeal the meal nothing impressive the tartare very bland and to leave on a positive note the entry piff paf and the white sangria very good

Cold food served without utensils and waiting 5 minutes then having to get up to get them myself. Waitress no manners! Caesar salad no dressing. Excellent singer!

Ordered smoke meat sandwich and roast beef sandwich. Both were on the small side. Roast beef was tough & covered in mayo (despite that not being in the menu description). French fries were cold but tasty. Waitress was not very attentive.

We were very disappointed unfortunately! squid like rubber very small portion for $19 salmon tartare no taste and served lukewarm! hamburger $20.0 + $3.5 to replace the fries in poutine which is normal but the meat was not cooked pink the poutine very small portions and not good as if they were fries reheated the next day! For $65 if it would have been ok! but 65 dollars without drinks very very disappointed!

I asked for a dinner-sized salad with no onions. it was full of them, along with peppers that werent mentioned. I am allergic to them, so I started to pull them out along with a lot of onions. There were so many that there was almost nothing left. The first bite of greens told me they were spoiled. The server was awesome, apologized, and offered me another choice, but that was all I could eat, due to allergies. They didnt charge me for the meal, and my partners dinner was fine. just beware the salad.

Food was ok (its just bar food), cocktails could have been better.

Visited to have good Saturday night dinner. They kitchen was closed at 830 while the restaurant is open till 3. This was really disappointing to be treated this way

Long live reduflation! When you sell a pint of beer for $9.75...can we have a pint? No stemmed glass please. Chicken burger: not breaded, grilled and juicy. But the bread??...the piece of chicken wasnt 3 in diameter and the bread was 5. So 1 of bread all the way around. A little baggy. Small portion of fries. So disappointment. This was my 2nd and last visit to this place.

We were charged for sauces even though the waitress had announced that they came with the dish . This is a scam, pure and simple.

Very well located place, on the corner of very busy streets. Very touristy, maybe thats why a glass of Cabernet costs $17. In short, expensive but hey, is the value for money there? This is a very good question which I answer with: No.

We used to go there often a few years ago but found it had changed a lot, we liked the food better before, it was good but before we found it better. On the other hand, the service was exceptional, our waitress was wonderful and often came to see if everything was correct.

Hello dinner on Wednesday July 27, group 10 people seated indoors. Just a quick word for Florence our waitress as well as one of the owners who despite a longer than normal wait, spoke of 2.45 hours before having our main course Florence who kept her cool and her beautiful smile and one of the owners who took the time to explain to us the situation was short-staffed and apologized for it. Thank you both and yes we will return. At the same table we were 2 former restaurant owners and we understood the situation very well. Well done gang and having a great meal

Very good and affordable

PIF PAF SHRIMP (MUST TRY) recommended by the staff and WOW we loved it. The place is open to sharing a plate without supplements like other places. Which for me, following surgery, is necessary given how little I eat. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Honestly the only small criticism I can give is the lack of air conditioning. Otherwise place to go when you are in Magog.

Ok so the food was not very good. Pizza was very bland and soggy. Nachos didnt have much toppings and wasnt tasty. Bavette was ordered medium rare but was rare. They even cut into the bavette to cook it faster but didnt cook it long enough. Fries were soggy and very greasy. The kitchen team is struggling. The service though, that was amazing. This place gets three stars just on service. Our waiter and the hostess were amazing. Moving as quickly as they could. Service team is carrying this place.

Ive personally only experienced this place as a Bar at night. Ive visited both during karaoke nights on Thursday (very fun & an easy way to mingle with the local crowd) and during the weekends (Friday & Saturday) being the busiest nights. From personal experience, the waitresses are super friendly (Shout-out Elizabeth!) Also, Ive seen a situation where a client had drank too much and was getting into violent moods looking for a fight. I have to give BIG props to the Security/Doorman details who both acted extremely professionally considering the circumstances, and both managed to have the client leave without having ANY sort of physical altercation (truly a considerable feat considering that the said client was DIRECTLY targeting one of the doormen with his threats of violence). Props to the whole team On se revoit bientôt Parking: There are street parkings immediately in front of the Bar. Otherwise, there is a public parking right across from the street. Wheelchair accessibility: Smooth access to both the outside terrasse & the inside of the Bar.

Excellent starters. Favorite for the 4 choices of sangria. Quite disappointing, on the other hand, to find pollock in a seafood pasta dish for $30 (plus taxes and tip) and in a restaurant that claims to be upscale and with a bill of $156 for 2 including taxes and tip... pollock is a cheap restaurant... put me some mussels at worst, the cost of the dish will hardly change.

Good restaurant and it is very well located at the main intersection of Magog. The restaurant is now open 7 days. The price of the dishes is average for this range of restaurants. Beautiful windows and good service.

This is my favorite place for a fried beer.

After 30 minutes sitting at our table with the menus and NO ONE came back to see us, not even a glass of water. And looking at the waitresses circling behind the counter, we left! Very unfortunate because the menu looked good!

Good evening there were 4 of us, the portion was large for the nachos but overcooked, several nachos were burnt and the added chicken was dry, dry. The fries and the onion rings and the fish and ship were forgotten in the cooking oil because they were overcooked and were tough. The Greek salad was good. We were disappointed. Even the Pepsi fountain was flat . We returned our glasses!

We had a very nice lunch as we were passing through town on a cold November day. Our server was very competent and easily bounced between French and English at different tables.

(From the little couple who got drunk before going to their show at the old bell tower hahhhaa) Dietary restrictions: Salad and gluten-free natchos natchos with real bacon!!!

The price was exaggerated for the small portion that we had, the oysters were quite good but the tartare remained as desired I was literally sick the service was ok but I dont think I would have a drink refill during the evening
