Terrible pizza. Terrible service. I was insulted and made fun of by the owner and a waitress and threatened by another, who came to shout 2 inches from my face and try to intimidate me.

Aggressive towards customers when they are told of an error. Not only was the food to be desired, but just daring to criticize the food brings us hatred and microaggressions from the owner and his employees. Very unpleasant experience. It goes to show that we are better served at home.

Good food but I found that I didnt have a lot on my plate for the price I paid.

We had placed an order and they confirmed that I would have it in 40 minutes. Finally 1h30 later I called back to find out if the order had been sent! I am told that they do not deliver to my area even though they told me it was ok with a supplement and did not bother to call me back!

My son is in golf so while looking for a pizzeria in the area, we came across the restaurant Casa Lori. 5 star experience for the service, the cleanliness of the place and obviously the pizza.. We have eaten pizza in our life and this is one of our favorites. Thank you to the smiling and welcoming staff. A+

After 25 minutes of waiting to see the 2 waitresses on the floor walk past us, without even offering us a glass of water, we left. He only had 5 tables in total. Big lack of organization from the waitresses! Its a small place, so no reason not to notice the tables with customers, which were placed by the waitresses. Its over for me, Im going to encourage the competition.

Common errors in delivery orders. We called again and the waitress took the order again. 2 minutes later the manager called to say that we had not requested without vegetables when ordering. I was next to my son when he ordered. He dares to tell us (even though he never heard the call) that he did not specify that he did not want vegetables in the pita even though my son had specified, twice rather than once. , that he only wanted meat only in the pita, no vegetables. To add another layer, the delivery man when he returns with the right order disgusts my son by telling him you should order better next time by ordering saying that you dont want vegetables or sauce. Not happy with this useless and inappropriate comment from the delivery person, I call the manager and he hangs up on me because the person who took the order is not capable of doing it correctly. What the owner says is false. My son never said no salad...He said no vegetables or sauce, meat only in the pita. If your waitress repeats with meat only in the pita why should we correct her? Following your logic that apparently my son would have said no salad... How come there was some in his pita? You can see that your waitress is trying to defend her mistake while I was next to my son during the call and I clearly heard my son say twice no vegetables and sauce only meat and pita and. You are in bad faith.

Never again in my life I will go there, ordered yesterday October 30, 2021, by delivery, 7 pizzas! On their site it says 2 for 1 but ultimately its not really a 2 for 1... They say its two pizzas for one price, so that means you take 2 pizzas and they make ONE price for both and not 2 pizza for the price of ONE...! So legally they are in the wrong I am going to file a complaint but I wanted to share it!
