Food is always good. Cheapest breakfast in town. Atmosphere could be better but everything feels cleans. Nice staff usually but not always.
On a recent camping trip, we showed up to this restaurant in masks because two of our party are vulnerable, including a child. We asked the server (100% in French) if we could sit outside on the "terrasse" because there was a table out there and it was a nice day. She said no, it's closed. So I asked if we could get takeout (the google listing says they do takeout) and she replied, "On n'a pas de contenants pour le takeout. Soit tu manges dans la salle à manger ou tu ne manges rien." So we left and went to the breakfast place (Coco Frutti) across the street, where we were served super kindly without hesitation.
Huge portion, come hungry! Crepes are more of a large and thin pancake than crepe and generously stuffed. Veggie omelette was very good. Eggs Benedict were a hit. Kids chocolate crepe is big and got a great review. Super friendly service, very clean and welcoming even as closing time was approaching.
Got the salmon + bagel with potatoes and fruits. It all came deconstructed and I really enjoyed that because I got to choose if I wanted to make a sandwich or eat everything seperate. Table had lots of extras (jams, peanut butter, spice mix, homemade caramel sauce, etc.) Lots of healthy/vegetarian options. Atmosphere gets 4/5 cause its November 5 and there is Christmas decorations up already, but that's just me being picky. Also it was 70$ for 6 people?!? Incredible!
Absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend the breakfast poutine and eggs Benedict. Staff were friendly and spoke English, attentive and helpful. Plenty of vegetarian options. All around great restaurant. Good, free parking. If it wasn't 3 hours away, I'd go multiple times a week.
Food: 3/5 Price: 5/5 Service: 0/5 Horrible service. Had to wait 25 minutes after sitting down for a cup of coffee and never saw the waitress again. Finally had to get up and ask them to take our order. Once they took our order, that was the last time I saw anyone until the food was served. No coffee refill, no checking in to see if we needed anything. The food was ok. For two people it was about $20 for breakfast. You get what you paid for. The service was so bad/awful/terrible I don't think I will ever come back.
First time we visited this restaurant. On a Sunday had to wait 15 minutes to be seated even though some tables were available. But once seated the super waitress Sonia took our order and made the wait worth it. Breakfast was great and so was the service and the price as well. We will be back.
I had the workman's platter and everything was great. Very filling and not a bad price for the amount of food. It's bigger inside than it looks from the outside and you would think based on the small parking lot. So I wouldn't be surprised if you can still be seated even if you can't easily find a place to park.

Horrible experience, I should have relied on the reviews on Google but figured Ill see for myself. Endless waiting, customers arriving after me and served before... Owner lacks good manners and politeness. I left before receiving my dish because I waited 30 minutes for a waitress to tell me that she was sending me (my waitress), the owner. Then another 35 minutes of waiting and my plate isnt even prepared. The Owner is arrogant, she says it loud and clear while typing on her computer (okay, dissatisfied customer!). Not forgetting the stench of the table washed with a dirty rag. Know-how and good manners are the key to good service, this can be learned at any age, a not-so-subtle little message for the Owner!
The supposedly washed table was dirty, the coffee cups had to be changed because they were very dirty and even the new cups were not washed well. I asked for my sausages well done and when they were brought to me they were undercooked, I returned them and they were still undercooked and the waitress said they couldnt do not cook them any more. Our second coffee was served almost at the end of the meal even though our first coffee had been finished for at least 15 minutes. In short, nothing was satisfying about this meal. First and last time...!
Les nouveaux propriétaires sont très critique sur leurs employés, parlent haut et fort aux clients pour dire que les employés sont incompétent. On entend la propriété plus que nimporte qui dautres dans le restaurant. À notre dernière visite elle parlait de son infection à lorteil très fort en parlant de pue et de couleur pendant que tout le monde mangeait autour.

Au delà de lattente (45 min pour commander, au autre 45 min pour avoir nos assietes (assiettes bien simples), et un autre 45 min pour avoir nos factures).. Mauvais service à la la clientèle, serveuse vraiment bête! Nous nétions pas la bienvenue. La nourriture était ok sans plus, mais bonnes petites patates! Prix raisonnable. Nous ny retournerons pas surtout dû au service médiocre.

Waitress: she did more than she could. Meals 2 star lunch - 1 star dinner meal there were 12 of us and we had reservations but the food was not good and poorly prepared. To add insult to injury: (example) we had to wait, if we wanted a specific meal, for 3 Smoke Meat meals to be chosen etc.!!! Several received their coffee after 1 hour of waiting. UNEVER SEEN for the food and the choice of service. Last anecdote: someone wanted a hot chicken and we told them to go back tomorrow???

I go at least once a week. The service is sometimes quite long. I posted a photo of what I found on my plate today. I ordered the fried lunch and finally bit into a metal thing that was exactly like the photo. A black and silver x. I was told it was more of a grape thing, something that wasnt in any lunch and it was metal. That ends my story there. It made me cold to have eaten that.

Classic lunch menu, not very tasty, very slow service
We used to go there often before, but after this morning, we wont go back. We waited 45 minutes for our food; It s not that serious, we understand, we are adults and capable of waiting. The problem was that the regulars couple at the next table were already paying their bill and we hadn t even received our plate AND YES, WE ARRIVED BEFORE THEM! At some point, there are limits to laughing at the world. The food was OK but cold, several omissions from the waitress including our fruit, my partners pancake, a glass of water that I had asked for when I arrived and that I never received... And finally, there was no had more gluten free bread but I was still charged for it. Really a shame, this place has lost a lot :(

Unbelievable! Have the prices remained frozen for 10 years or what? Really affordable and comforting as a meal, I absolutely recommend! If you want a classic lunch its worth it instead of stopping at the big chains which charge crazy prices!

All the most classic of a lunch restaurant. A safe bet for a quiet brunch and going out with a more than full stomach for a reasonable price.
When we arrived, we got a bit of attention at our table. We were 4 adults and 2 children (7 months and 2 and a half years old). When it came time to order, my partner was last and she cut it twice because she thought he was finished (he ordered his plate, she came to leave but he wanted something extra so she comes back, then she comes again to leave but he wanted a drink..) its quite rude. I ordered a chocolate milk for my son which I never got! I didnt even have a glass of water to drink during lunch! And theres no way to stop them, it seems like theyre running away. We didnt have the choice of smoothies for my partner because at the time there was already one ready (write it on the menu if its according to your waitresses choice of the day!) It was clearly the last time I went there!

First and last time at this restaurant. Very ordinary food, I was served almost burnt roties long after receiving my plate. Very disappointing service with very few customers.
