Petits plats du Laurel et Hardy in Magog

We ordered 3 weeks ago and never received our order. I have tried calling them 20x since and the line is always busy. Really disappointing

With order #00011309 which was made in the name of Claude Aude, we have still not received the liter of spaghetti sauce that was paid for. The tempera style shrimp was nothing more than frozen Costco style shrimp. The famous ribs were packaged in bags with sauce like you find in grocery stores. The extraordinary cake, it looked like a frozen cake. Dont worry, we wont come back.

We have ordered meals for 2 families a few times. On two occasions they did not deliver the meals we ordered. Delivery scheduled for Friday. Sunday evening and we still have no news. We hired a caterer to make our lives easier but unfortunately we couldnt rely on it and we were left with no idea if we were going to have our meals for the week.

Delivery date changed at the last minute. Scheduled for February 13 and received on the 14th. The starter was not as ordered. The meat was of lower quality than advertised, full of tirasse.

I waited all day for my delivery for my Christmas meal, despite email, call NO response or apologies, I even wrote that I could pick it up being far away, the owner told me no problem for the holiday season they deliver over a larger territory.

Its ok, the portions are good but nothing to throw off, it goes with the price I guess

Unfortunately, I do not recommend home catering. Unless you are prepared to wait for hours and hours for your order..... In addition there are often errors on the choices of dishes that I choose in the family package. Yes, I received compensation from the owner but I received a dish of lesser value in my next order so it was easy to recover by reducing the amount on the following dishes. In short, unfortunately there is certainly a lack of organization. It would be good to review the way they work. Too bad because I really liked the concert.

Dont be fooled by the dishes they offer, this place is not professional at all and the customer service is beyond lousy.

caterer, if you want to have a meal with a lot of uncooked rice, and a little meat, go elsewhere. This caterer had forgotten to deliver our meal. So absolutely not recommended

This is the first time Ive left a rating for a company and unfortunately I dont have much positive to say. I wouldnt have given any stars if I could. I posted a negative (respectful) comment in one of their Facebook posts regarding our experience and clearly they didnt like it since I no longer have access to their page and can no longer comment. We have been trying to get meals for about 1 1/2 weeks but still nothing. I called almost every day to find out if we were going to receive our meals soon and either I was told that they would call me back (that they do 1x out of 2) or I was told that they would send me a email and/or text (which they don t do). Since yesterday, if I try to call with my phone number they no longer answer, but when I take another phone (another number) they answer . I am very disappointed since we received a gift certificate for their service and I have the impression that we will not be able to use it. DISAPPOINTING !!

Poor service and lack of professionalism. We wrote to them in good faith before writing here. In summary : - Wrong delivery date - charges hidden delivery costs - Total lack of respect Please encourage companies that treat their customers better than them!

Lots of difficulty ordering, they are really not ready on the IT and website side. Lots of typos and imprecision. The menu was to change at noon on Sunday and I placed my order around 2:00 p.m. and when I received the statement of what I had ordered several dishes had been changed! The comments sent received no response and to punish me, my order was never delivered. My comments on Facebook have been deleted. No respect for their customers. For the quality of the food I cant say anything because I didnt receive anything. Avoid!

I have rarely seen an owner so unfocused on customer service. Dont be fooled, you will be disappointed. Damage.

I tried it with my in-laws and honestly everyone was disappointed. The chicken in the dish was terrible. The dishes tasted like the bottom of the freezer. In short, I dont think Ill go back

We discovered this place on a Saturday evening before a show at the Old Bell Tower of Magog. Free parking from 5 p.m. 5-7 minutes walk from the Old Bell Tower. What a nice place! Pierre-Luc was perfect, attentive, attentive and he gave me information on the work in progress on Rue Principale. The meal... the best in a long time and at a breathtaking table dhôte price of $19.95. My partner ordered a James Bond Martini, perfect and he didnt have 2 or 3 olives, 5! The cream of carrots and maple syrup was exquisite. The quantities were perfect. The salmon tartare was a wonderful discovery. The fries and salad...mmmh. And the delicious desserts. We will return there for sure.

Good food but poor service. We had to order drinks in three stages for a group of 9 people, the waitress left without going around everyone. Not enough bread for everyone. We managed to get some more 30 minutes later and they were cold and hard. Starters served 90 minutes after being ordered!!! Cold coffee. Strong smell of paint that stays in my throat all evening... will never go there again :-( Response to the owners response: madam or sir, there is no judgment here on my part, I only noted what happened, and I did not say everything. Ill write it again: the food was excellent, but the service was lousy, as if we were too many. How do you explain that the table of 6 people next to us, who arrived at the same time as us at 6 p.m., were served their starters and main plates before we got the slightest bit of food? Do you want to sell food from it? Waiting 90 minutes for an entry is unacceptable. Your response to my message betrays very poor marketing sense. It would be in your interest to change careers with such low regard for customers.

I chose this restaurant, on the recommendation of a couple of friends, to bring 2 cousins from Zétats. We were not disappointed. I recommend the ribs (regular portion which is more than enough) which were quite succulent. The wine at $5 more than the SAQ price is a big plus and what can we say about the service which was impeccable. We will return there for sure. Jacqueline and François

(Even the half). Excellent creme brulee. Limited choice of wines to try a food/wine pairing but the price is excellent because SAQ price +$5.

Everything is tasty and tasty from starter to dessert. Neat presentation. Courteous service. Reasonable wine prices. Its one of our favorite restaurants. To try it is to adopt it! One of the best restaurants in Magog.
