I’ve never been a fan of poutine until I tried this place. I really enjoyed the accompanying hot dogs as well.
A unique place , awesome service, poutine upside-down
This is by far the best poutine going around. Nothing comes close. The fries must be cooked in lard, they taste incredible. The sauce is ever so slightly spicy, not overly salted. Yes the cheese is on the bottom, but you will learn to love that, it is perfectly squeeky. The only thing that could be better is the acceptance of interact payments.
Unfortunately.. it's not as good as what it was before ! Really expensive poutine for the price is not worth it ! They used to be really good. The sauce wasn't hot at all, not tasty and not a lot of fromage. They are not offering water (you can only purchase bottle of water), they also charge for mayonnaise. Unfortunately the lost a lot of point and I won't going back there if they stay like that.

Ive been there many times in the past. It was excellent. My last visit will be the last. Fries hard and dry hot dog in half steamer. Just the bottom was steamer.
I have always been from Magog and this canteen is an institution of fries in Magog. These a canteens and when we want to eat from the canteen these we go. Portions are good. We often like to pick up the big family fries to complete the meal, especially on Fridays. I am counting on this place to hold up and only take cash, this helps keep your operating costs lower, which too few people understand, cash is too important for monetary autonomy in the event of a breakdown in electronic services. .

I ate a poutine, the fries were good but the sauce tasted like nothing and the cheese was okay but what disappointed me the most was that everything was cold
We went there with my parents and we ate very well! The welcome is really warm. This couple is playful!

We were completely ignored standing in front of the cash register, never looked at us and took orders from people who arrived well after me, really anything we left with disgust.

I ate a hamburger Paul. It s 2 meat patties and a sausage in between. All dress extra cheese. It was really good. I just learned that the meat is always fresh and delivered every day. Its good to know.

Good as always but a large poutine to bring 6 inches in diameter for the price is disappointing. the formats (poutine and fries) seem to have diminished over the years. Unfortunately, for poutine and fries, they lost us as a customer.

Only one employee behind the counter who managed the cash register and the kitchen: she did not wash her hands (or wear gloves) and therefore went directly from handling money to handling food. Slow service, dirty place and not inviting to eat there. Poutine: good, not excellent.
