Tasty food, good wraps and coffee.
Les employés ne sont pas au courant de grand chose et répliquent au lieu de s’informer. Par exemple, sur votre facture dans le bas vous pouvez répondre à un petit sondage rapide « www.subwayvousécoute.ça ». Ainsi, sur votre prochaine commande vous pourrez avoir 2 biscuits ou une boisson 20oz en fontaine gratuite si vous achetez un Wrap, un 12pouces ou une salade. À 2 reprises, on n’a pas voulu l’appliquer en prétextant que c’était via l’application ou qu’il ne savait pas donc impossible. Bref, on a l’impression que le client essaie d’arnaquer mais c’est le contraire, l’employé n’applique pas un coupon officiel de Subway. Suggestion: formez vos employés ou bien prenez l’approche bien servir le client d’abord, appliquez le rabais et ensuite informez-vous auprès du responsable.
I had the pleasure of being served by a very kind employee named Hugo, who was working on his own. He made me several sandwiches and was extremely kind and polite about it, despite the fact that I was holding up the line with my large order and he was on his own. The sandwiches were well made and delicious and fresh. All around great experience.

Extremely disappointed with my Signature Bowl. While all the Subways filled my bowl to overflowing, my bowl was half full. I had to negotiate with the lady to get an extra handful in my bowl. Sybway Magog you disappoint me a lot

We went to eat at your place before going to take the Orford Express tour, we were served, we noticed that the package had a black t-shirt and it was covered in cat or dog hair but, that bothered us. downright appetite suppressant. We were in a hurry so we didnt start anything but I can say one thing: we will never go back there again... photos to back it up.
