Great local restaurant with an awesome staff.

Went to hear band Last Call. Great night.

If you re traveling and looking for a perfect pit stop, look no further. I recently visited this great place, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The food was great and amazing staff really friendly.

On a Wednesday I went by on the way to somewhere & stopped on my way back...Glad I did, Food, service Awesome! Cant wait to go back to somewhere ...

The server & her trainee were excellent and attentive. The prime rib sandwich was delicious. The sun porch was elegant.

Very slow service, seemed unorganized. There were multiple moments where my friends and I were looking at eachother thinking can we get a beer, where the hell is our food, etc. Had high hopes about the food as well, but missed the mark on both counts. It wasnt busy either. 1st and last visit for me. They comped an entree to my cousin, so that was a plus I suppose.

My wife and I have visited numerous restaurants throughout Chester County. We both agreed that Cedar Hollow was one of the better establishments we have visited in a while. Good Bang for the Buck

The food was fine. We ve been in several times over the past year since discovering CHI, bringing our family in for brunch grabbing a happy hour cocktail or enjoying a full meal. It s been pleasant with great service and good ambience. Until tonight. It was an atrocious experience. And it wasn t even the establishment rather their entitled entertainment and patrons that turned our experience sour. It s a shame but we won t be returning. Update: i called the manager the following day to share what happened and she was appalled. Very professional and apologetic and offered a gift card as an apology. Willing to give CHI another chance. Hoping they can get better control of a frequent patron who seem to think they own the place. The staff at CHI deserves better than to have their patrons causing issues with other patrons.

Cool little place! It says an old inn, but the vibe is not vintage. Pretty standard bar/restaurant. Sports on TV behind the bar, small tables throughout. The one knock against the place was VERY slow service. I sat at the bar because the hostess never appeared. Waited quite a while for the bartender. The food was AWESOME! I had the roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon and Bleu cheese. Fantastic! I also had the steamed mussels, it had cilantro and lime, jalapeños and a big chunk of excellent cornbread. Great prices. Not a real special place, but good eats.

On of my most favorite places. Found by accident but I ve come every week since. Love Buck a Shuck Sundays! Oysters!

Quaint Inn and restaurant just outside the National Park. Stopped in for lunch, we enjoyed a salad and the chicken sandwich. Great spot to unwind after hiking in Valley Forge NP

Visited for dinner on Friday evening. We were seated promptly and server took order in an acceptable time. Dont expect any bread with dinner. Porch area has nice atmosphere and shielded you mostly from the noisy bar area. Then a singer came on and made it even noise. Food and service was good but we can hardly hear each other talk over the noise in the bar area.

1st time there! Super impressed. Cleanest restaurant I have ever seen! Staff was all so inviting and kind and drinks and food were outstanding!

Visited a very long time ago (2007) whilst working in Wayne (business trip from England) and it was a wonderful experience. Great food, nice staff, pretty building and a relaxed atmosphere. Hope to come back again one day. Sorry it s taken so long to share my review.

Outstanding service. Good dependable food.

The staff was fantastic; friendly and attentive. Food was meh. The fish was raw in spots with fish bones that werent removed. The calamari and duck: excellent. The live music with Just Jessica was perfect background music for dinner and enjoyable in the bar after food.

The atmosphere and love music is wonderful. The service is attentive and kind. The food, however, is a bit hit or miss. Nothing awful, things like a piece of chicken being too salty.

Had lunch with coworkers today for the first time and will definitely be back! What a wonderful hidden gem in an area filled with chain restaurants. Food and service and vibes were on point. Vegetarian options: I had the portobello mushroom sandwich.

Tasty food with good variety to meet the needs of all 10 of us. Excellent tequila fire Martini and my wife loved her red blend wine. Very attentive service with appropriate service checks and delivery of foods. Wish we lived closer.

Cheese steak was good, waitress was super attentive. Ill be back.

We had a terrible experience at this restaurant for lunch. Very under staffed and we waited an hour and a half for r food then had to send some back because it was old and not edible.

Favorite spot, for Thursday night 4 dollar drafts. Their food is amazing.

I hate to give a poor review - but the meal we experienced at the Cedar Hollow Inn last night has to be shared. We live locally and wanted to enjoy an evening out. We ate at the bar and ordered: blackened steak and I ordered the trout (swapped out for salmon), green beans and polenta. The steak was so tough - really inedible. My salmon was OK, but the string beans were the toughest Ive ever encountered - like fragments of wood pulp - impossible to eat. I held out hope for the polenta but when I found the 2 slices under the salmon - all hope was lost - the size of a soda can & round - the shelf-bought polenta was the last sad straw. We dont eat out often. I needed a break from cooking - and I guess I got that. But we work hard for our money - like we all do - like the staff at the Cedar Hollow Inn does - but we came home feeling like we should have just thrown our money out the window. If the dedicated staff of the restaurant show up and work hard - then whomever does the food buying should really check the quality of the food that their dedicated staff is serving to their customers who work hard so they can treat themselves to a night out.

Such a gem of a place! I have only been here for lunch because I work nearby, but it is always good and the service is just so welcoming. I love their sandwiches and salads. We usually have a large party of us and we always enjoy our visit.

This was a lively place with great food and a friendly staff. Live music and ample parking. A little of the beaten path but worth the drive.

Arrived for our reservation at 6:45. Aside from the gentleman that sat us, no staff acknowledged us. The waitress never made eye contact with us while she handled the other tables next to us. We left at 7:20.

Owner or manager was very MEAN! Don t waste your money here!

No need to go to Miami or St Pete the best Cuban sandwich is right here. You have to try this authentic creation, just the best!

We went here for Mother s Day. Our brunch was delicious!!! We loved absolutely everything from the drinks to desserts. Highly recommend!

We have been there a few times and never had a problem. Staff is very fun to be around. Parking: You can drive a rig and have parking.

This was my first visit to this establishment. I was with a large group. The food was very good. I started with the mushroom bisque. It was a large portion and very tasty. Next I had the Mediterranean sandwich. My sandwich was very good, the chicken was moist. The person who sat across from me had the same sandwich. She said hers was good but it was dry.

Came to Cedar Hollow for their trivia night which was a lot of fun. Great service, friendly staff, and excellent food/drink selection. The food itself tasted fresh and was good quality. I would definitely come back again for dinner or another trivia night

Sat outside at their beautiful patio. Got some nachos and salads. Food was top notch. Service was outstanding.

The wings and crab cake apps were amazing. Unfortunately the shrimp and rice with curry sauce were inedible, absolutelydisgusting. We overheard the table next to us also complaining about their meals.. saying their French onion soup was undercooked as well as their entrees. We all agreed during our brief conversation that everything had been rushed n was Sloppy. Neither of our 2 tables manged to finish our meals sadly. I heard so many wonderful things about this place n it did not at all live up to the hype.

Had a 95th birthday for our mother here and the staff made it a very special day.

Have been here many times and always very satisfied. This time not so much but our waiter was great, salad and onion rings the best! BUT I ordered the shaved prime rib sandwich and the prime rib was not fresh. Tasted like it had been frozen and not reheated correctly. Dry and very well done Not like I ve had it in the past. Hope you either take it off the menu or use fresh beef. I will be back!

Very pleasant atmosphere, meal, drinks, and service for a recent birthday celebration. Casual and nice at the same time. I cant wait to come back when the weather is better to check out the patio. Parking: There is plenty of parking across the street in a large lot. Very short walk.

We stopped for lunch ( as recommended from Valley Forge Visitor Center) and I must say it surpassed my expectations. Food and service was phenomenal. We live about 45 minutes away, I would come back just for the food! Great job everyone, keep up the good work.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch, and it was delicious. We both got salads, and my scallops and her shrimp were cooked perfectly. The lemon vinaigrette on my salad was delicious. We look forward to going back again.

We recently had a private event at Cedar Hollow. Everything was 5 stars from the organization of the event to the staff and the service. I cannot tell you how impressed we were with the Osso Buco. Everyone in our party was raving about how delicious it was. Kathy the coordinator was beyond helpful. The owners and the staff were completely accommodating. I would recommend Cedar Hollow for any event that you are having.

Ive been coming to Cedar Hollow for the past 4-5 years and they are always consistently good. Fantastic customer service and I would argue just as good food. Will definitely be returning.

This place treats you like your a foreigner, if your not a local. Bartenders act like you are annoying them.

Dined here for the first time several weeks ago as we wanted to hear a local musician. We sat in the very busy (as expected) bar area at a tiny table in the corner which was fine for us as we wanted to be close to the music. The food and drinks were very good. Our waiter was attentive, polite, and friendly. It definitely is a very popular place and gets quite busy, so I would highly recommend reservations.

Had a family reception here and the food and staff were amazing! Our family was well taken care of! Food was all delicious, especially the desserts!

The food was great, stake was cooked to perfection, the kids loved their kids menu. We had a good time here. The servers were kind (we have two boys 10 and 5 and can get loud sometimes) very attentive service. Overall a great experience.

Now into Nickel and diming. I have eaten there many times because I consider the food and atmosphere to be good but they are now charging 75 cents for a side of ranch dressing. The ridiculous excuse was that they make it in house.

Really great to just sit at the bar for drinks and apps. Or get a table for a wonderful sit down dinner. Entrees are excellent.

Our first visit and it wont be our last. The food was superb and service was impeccable. They had excellent live music playing in the bar at a volume that you could still converse.

Since I rate a restaurant by its homemade abilities (I want a meal better than I can make it,,sorry lol) the CHI fit the bill. Care in prep and presentation was notable. Our waitress was like a family member (Mimi) as well as her son (the bartender) and her daughter (another waitress). Loved the music and coziness too. Looking forward to returning!!

Excellent food and great service ensured we enjoyed our recent dinner experience Halloween weekend. The black sea bass was wonderful and they have a nice wine & beer selection. Definitely will be going back.

This was headquarters in the early 2000. Great bar with an ever evolving clientele. Wonderful Chef with an always pleasing menu. If its half as good as I remember youll have a pleasant visit.
