22 S Warren Ave, Malvern, PA 19355, United States
Small, neighborhood setting with tables for two and a few for four. Nice standard American menu, excellent omelettes and very good coffee. A hidden gem off King Street in Malvern. Parking available across the street in a lot for the local park. Not handicapped accessible. Business prefers cash, accepts credit with a surcharge. Good portions for the prices.
Everything was okay…but I expected more. The menu is fairly limited, mostly serving omelets and not much for health-conscious customers. The servings were noticeably smaller than comparable restaurants. The tables are very close to each other with hardly a possibility of a private conversation. Parking obviously always is an issue in Malvern and here is no one exception. I probably will not return there.
Wonderful place to brunch. We went for Father’s Day and were thrilled with our experience. From being greeted when we walked in to the attention of the server, the decor and atmosphere… 10/10. Our server was amazing, the food (portions, quality, taste, and price) were perfection, parking was convenient. I am very much looking forward to making this a reoccurrence in the near future.
What a quaint little spot in Malvern There is an at home feel and great food and fabulous service. I had a great meal and meeting with a business colleague today. Its always a pleasure to be here
I ended up in Malvern and was very happy to see Julie Anne’s Place’s 4.7 google maps rating. I haven’t had the best luck in Malvern but things may be starting to change. 1st, $5.43 for a scrapple, egg and cheese on toast. You know I love that. And, that is after an 18 cent non cash surcharge. Very cheesy. Everyone was very happy. Cool bathroom. Video of bathroom in full video. Now if I can get Dave Bramwell to return my calls life would be good.
Adorable restaurant with delicious food and friendly service. There were so many yummy looking things on the menu, so we will definitely be going back!
This is the cutest diner I've ever seen! I had eggs and sausage and the creamed chip beef on home fries. Delicious! Every bite was amazing! Cathy was great! Overall a great experience.
Gave this place a try on a Saturday morning while in town. Service was friendly and the food was good. Definitely a good bang for your buck. We left with our tummys full and didn't have to break the bank. Our server was generous enough to answer our questions we had with certain items on the menu. We decided to go with a few of the locals favorite dishes and was highly satisfied. If we come back to visit this area again I would definitely head back to Julie Anne's.
Awesome people!!
What a ripoff. I guess she treats her regular customers better. Food sucks and is expensive for the tiny portions you are served.
Great food and service!
Loved this cute little place. My family and I had a great breakfast for a reasonable price.
A great choice for brunch, great atmosphere and inexpensive meals!
Most excellent place to visit. Go eat!
Food made with love you can taste! I had an Italian sausage and provolone omelette for breakfast!! Delicious! Satisfying! For dessert, (what?!? I CAN have dessert after breakfast!!!) I had the Banana nut chocolate chip bread French toast. YES. Just as amazing as it sounds. DO IT.
My son brought my wife and I here and the food was delicious. He said on the way over that this place usually has lines waiting outside. We were lucky and were seated right away. I highly recommend this place and hope to return again.
A great little treasure. Extremely reasonably priced for excellent food!
I went to Julie Annes whilst visiting from out of town. It was so outstandingly delicious that I ended up going back again the next morning. This is a SPECIAL place, the likes of which exist few and far between in this world. Wait for your table and enjoy everything about it.
Hidden gem! Friendly service, this term gets thrown around easily, but this place lives it. Cozy little place and usually full. But it s worth waiting for. Went here for brunch. The food is amazing, we ordered sandwiches, banana strawberry pancakes, veggie and Greek omelettes. Everything was fresh, tasty and flavorful just like homemade. The sandwiches were the best of them all! Can t wait to go back again. Cash is preferred but cards are accepted with a small fee.
We found this on Google maps. Great place, Cream chip beef on biscuits was amazing. Definitely will be back
Tiny place but awesome food and service!
I guess it depends on what youre looking for. This is a small, homey breakfast and lunch place with good homemade food and pleasant owners and servers. Much cozier than Panera or First Watch.
Excelent service. Our server was so kind/friendly!!! Food was fresh and tasty. Reasonably priced. Will be returning again soon. Kid-friendliness: Family friendly. Lots of options for pickey eaters.
Great breakfast spot! Super friendly service with a great atmosphere. Wish they were open on Sunday when we were visiting the area.
Adorable little tiny bustling place with lots of charm, great homecookin & friendly staff - cant beat that! Vegetarian options: I had the veggie omelette -packed with veggies and they added cheese for me.
I didn t actually eat here but I had to make a Zoom call for grad school and asked if I can hang out on their porch. They were accommodating and friendly.
Food was great and everyone is so nice here
Is fresh homemade food. Quaint little atmosphere. friendly staff
Resident for the first time this morning as we were in the area. Wonderful food, wonderful hemisphere, and wonderful service!
Want something different? Have the Mexican Mess. Scrambled eggs, sausage, onion, halapena, cheese, refried beans, salsa and chips all works together for a filling but not heavy breakfast or brunch. Beware of other dining companions poaching from your plate. Dining room is small. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait. Outdoor seating in nice weather. Parking: Parking at municipal lot at park across street. Otherwise street parking. Kid-friendliness: Family friendly. Common to see young families for breakfast on Saturdays. Wheelchair accessibility: For inside dining no, but there are a couple of tables outside around the side you could sit at with a wheelchair I think.
Great food and friendly staff. Highly recommend for awesome local breakfast
Our first time there and it was great. Seems like a hot spot for breakfast. Food and service were fantastic. Very personable and friendly.
Most lovely place
The whole system was a big chaotic. Two of the ladies attending were quite rude in taking the order. I had very bad experience, when i confronted her saying this is my first time here and couldnt quite understand the process she uprightly said shame on you .. worst experience never recommend to anyone
Delicious breakfast before the farmers market. My 3 year old loved his chocolate chip pancake
Great experience.
Was in town and was looking for a nice diner to go to, the reviews was nice so I gave it a try, step in and instantly felt unwelcome.. we were told their was no seats. We proceed to leave out and low and behold, 3 people came in and they were seated . one word . RACIST
I love it here! My friend Deshaun is a big foodie in the area and he said that he always has the best experience at this place. I tried it for the third time in as many weeks recently and felt compelled to leave a review. Five stars!
epic place 9.8/10
Bacon, scrambled egg, provolone cheese, wheat bread sandwich is to die for
Fantastic breakfast and friendly staff. I recommend the Mexican mess
Incredible village place. Very limited seating worth a visit. Food
What an amazing little place filled with love and good food.
Great atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Menu is filled with classics.
I had the loaded baked potato soup and the Manhattan Special. Both were delicious!
Good service and delicious breakfast!
So glad we picked this place for our Saturdays brunch!! Great choice of food and friendly staff!we will be back soon!
Friendly, comfortable, family and friends establishment. Best food of its kind in the area, not a huge joint with dozens of other folks. A true gem. A real home town place.
Great mom&pop location for a nice brunch - owners are very nice and food was delicious!
Outstanding service. Breakfast was excellent. I even had a special request which they fulfilled no problem. Very welcoming and cozy. Plenty of free off street parking which is helpful since parking can be an issue in Malvern borough.
Best breakfast in a while. Still having great food, good coffee, and service.
Was there when it wasnt busy on a week day. Very friendly, quick, attentive service. The omlet was fine, home fries were good, and the fruit was fresh (except for the pineapple). They also allowed customizations of food and fruit salad which was great for my allergies. It was a fun place to be a fly on the wall, lots of regular customers and cute conversations.
Today I went to this restaurant for the first time. Everything from the food to the service was outstanding. The manager Kathy was so kind and made everyone, including me, feel part of a family not just a customer. When I first arrived she handed me a coffee mug that had the word Nan on the front. I mentioned that my father had passed and he was the only one who called me Nan. She was so kind sharing her memories of loved ones and reminders that were more than just coincidence. To my wonderful surprise she washed my mug and gave it to me. Such a kind and sensitive moment that will remain with me always.
Great reviews, so my wife and I went. We could see why! Wonderful little restaurant! Great food, very attentive and personable staff. We will definitely go back!
Quaint & homey, friendly & yummy. Its like dining at grandmas, that is, if your grannys a good cook
Excellent food, great staff, will visit again!
Small little breakfast place with tasteful food for a great price. Did wait for longer than 30minutes for food but still was a great experience.
First time visiting this place and it was fantastic. Family owned and the atmosphere was really nice! Would definitely visit again!
Quaint.
Delicious food, very cheap, awesome service, nice bathrooms
Was really excited to try this place, and I won t be coming back. I totally understand being understaffed, but no one came to check on my table or refill drinks after the initial bringing until I got my food. The pancakes were not fully cooked, and the server with the dark hair acted annoyed when I said they gave me a wrong item. Upon paying, when I handed the same server the receipt with the tip, as I turned around she said audibly you should really smile . You have absolutely no clue what s going on in someone s life, the social anxieties they re overcoming, or the morning they may have had. Everyone is fighting a battle you know nothing about should be posted for that woman to read every single day. You have no right to be so rude. Just because I m not bubbly or happy does not mean you get to degrade me. What a disappointment.
Went in on a Saturday close to noon, took 40 mins to get the food and it was gone in 15!
This is always a go to place for us. Love their food and love the atmosphere! If you don t want a cozy neighborhood place then don t go there! I m sick of seeing snooty reviews from people who don t go to a neighborhood eatery regularly!
Everything is homemade, great food and service.
The food was great and the service was amazing
My son and I had a wonderful breakfast together in this unique little place a true gem in Malvern.
Parking: Free parking lot across the street. Food
The food was absolutely amazing, waitress and atmosphere are just wonderful. I have to come here again! Parking: There is parking across the street you can park in thats free for 4 hours!
The atmosphere is very cozy, but the food options are mainly limited to omlettes.
Cute little place in Malvern. The food was tasty; I had a wild west omelette. Service was pretty good, especially since it was busy.
Nice place to eat and relax. Coffee is really good.
Food was basic but tasty.. Be prepared for a non compliant dining in experience. Would not recommend if youre at risk.
Absolutely the best! Food is delicious-The stuffed French toast is a must! Simply the cutest little hometown place you can imagine. It s like a scene straight out of Gilmore girls :-)
The owners are great people and the food is great. Great place to meet fun people
Great and cozy atmosphere
LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!
Great breakfast and the woman that waited on us was personable and chatted with my 2 year-old. i also chatted with an interesting regular and talked about a book he was reading that I had read. If in the area, definitely have breakfast there!
Just ate here for the first time and enjoyed great food and friendly staff.
Great food! Exceptional service! Eat local!! Thank you!
Very good breakfast at a very reasonable price.
This place was fabulous! A cute little breakfast place with the kindest sweetest people who really make your experience great. I was in here for 15 minutes because I was only here for a quick breakfast but everyone knew each other. Really nice place!
Great food. Good prices. Coffee is pretty good.
Absolutely fabulous food. And I absolutely love the sausage egg and cheese on a Kaiser roll. Highly recommend if you re in the neighborhood.
Smells like breakfast, feels like home. Service was nice, people were friendly, and the food was just delicious beyond description. Would definitely go again, given the chance.
Delicious breakfast, great coffee, friendly staff Ive ever met.
Cute small town place... made you feel welcome.... it takes a little while for the food to come out... so dont go if your in a rush..
Good service and food. Great location across from rhe Parj.
Solid, cheap, no frills breakfast (and lunch) spot. Seems like a very local neighborhood spot with a lot of regulars. Our waitress was very friendly and theres a parking lot right across the street!
Delicious food, courteous service
Great breakfast. Worth the stop!
Best biscuits and gravy I have ever had. Its an occasional special, so if you see it, try it!
This is a wonderful little place to get a bite to eat in Malvern, PA. I highly recommend it, whether you live in the area, are visiting, or are just passing through. You can t go wrong with the great menu and delicious food!
My husband and I found this place by pure luck and loved it! We have been back a few times since and still love it! It is quaint, quiet, and delicious!
Outstanding food and service in a pleasant, casual atmosphere.
Small space but loved the breakfast and the customer service was just as good.
Cozy and relaxing. Good food and service.
People here are so friendly. It has that countryside feel, but it s right in Malvern. Great home cooked food as well.
Great hospitality and delicious food! Our group of 6 was seated upstairs at a big dining room table; it was perfect!
First time here but sure will not be my last. Was so delicious I had to order a couple items to go for later. Thanks for creating such a welcoming and warm atmosphere. Tommy
I went right as the country pandemic phase turned yellow. The outdoor seating was a little crowded, but the indoor was extremely spaced out and with the windows open. There was an obvious sense of community and the family knew the regulars. They immediately identified who I was staying with when I mentioned my Airbnb. Cream Chip Beef and coffee were up to my standards!
Always hits the spot!!
Me and my husband came to eat breakfast.... The food was soooooo good. I mean the order was made fast and the food was excellent. The service was so friendly from everyone. The best breakfast we had in a while . French toast with bananas , omelet and bacon... Ice coffee. It was delicious
This is a small, quaint restaurant which we thoroughly enjoyed. The menu was very reasonable, and the French toast was awesome
Excellent food and good and friendly wait staff.
A GEM in Malvern! Upon discovering this quaint little breakfast spot we were really taken back. We realized we were really missing out these last 5 years in Malvern. The employees are attentive, kind and smiling, the food is to die for, and its ready fast! We showed up because of a gift card and no longer go anywhere else for breakfast. Its so good my 4 kids and I always go for breakfast even at lunch. My husband really likes their lunch food too. And the prices!!! So inexpensive. Anyone who heard we lived in Malvern was always gushing about the Flying Pig and how great it was. Well, Im here to tell you that they cant hold a candle to Julie Annes Place. That is Malverns real treasure!
Great service with a smile, the owners are very friendly and fast service. Food is excellent and the coffee is great.
Great place to get To Gether with friends and family the staff is wonderful and same with the owner Lauren Dave
One of the best breakfast meals I have ever had. The chocolate chip banana nut bread french toast was amazing!! Great little hometown restaurant with a homey known everyone your whole life vibe even when coming from out of town. Highly recommend!!!
Uncomfortably warm inside to have breakfast. Should have waited the 45 mins for outside seating.
As always great food.
Biscuits and gravy were to die for.
Absolutely the best. I moved out of Malvern but go back just for this place. The food, the wait staff, the scenery. All amazing
My new favorite! Home away from home!
Amazing food, great service
Delicious!
Great service always friendly and quick. Best lunch in the area.
The food is great, and atmosphere is friendly
Great staff and service. Food was great for the price. Very delicious. Very friendly. Will return!
A restaurant setup in someones home, casual, decent food, only breakfast and lunch, small menu but there should be something for you closes at 2pm. Not huge portions but the prices are low.
Great food & staff.
Just had our first experience here, for Mother s Day none the less. What a great little place. It is quite literally one half of a large twin home seats at full capacity about 24 people. Our litmus test, coffee, is what we use for all places we visit for breakfast and this place did not disappoint, just a simple very good cup of coffee which put my wife in a great mood (she is critical of new places and is a person who likes what she likes ). Breakfast was simply done and very good from fresh fruit to pancakes to eggs to omelets nothing was overdone and nothing was bad. Just the kind of breakfast we like. Our 2 and 5 year old had a blast and the small family house like environment I think made them feel more comfortable. We will definitely be making this place a frequent stop since we like about 6 mins away. Happy Mother s Day to all the great mom s! And especially the owner who had her son there today working right along with her!
Awesome food hot and fresh!! Service couldnt have been better. I recommend Julie Annes place to everyone who wants a quaint wonderful ace for breakfasts and lunches.
Loved the Food! We took the puppy and sat outside! Price is right...Tried three types of Amazing French Toast, Mexican Mash was Bold and flavorful. Service was impeccable! Worthy of a first try, and we will come back very soon!
Too hot here. Food was good til found a hair in my food. Ehhh
Great food at good prices. Servers are very friendly, especially to dogs!
Very nice place....converted home with great feel. Standard breakfast offerings with some twist/specials such as banana nut bread french toast. We went on sunday morning and a little busy due to church just letting out. Give it a try...also prices are very reasonable
Excellent food, friendly service.
Tiny, quaint place with outdoor seating and dog friendly. Fast service, friendly staff, delicious food
Great breakfast place in downtown Malvern. Walking distance from the B & B where we were staying. Simple, classic breakfast foods, all cooked perfectly. Staff was very friendly and efficient.
A pretty good breakfast place
Working in the area and stopped by for a quick bite. Awesome breakfast and lunch menu. Friendly employees who were very attentive. Enjoyed my meal. Would go back again.
The place and people were so kind and wonderful with what i needed!!!
Quaint place for quick bite.
Friendly staff, nice cosy place. The Mexican Mess (scambled eggs, with onion, sausage, jalapeno and salsa) is AMAZING! If you have not tried it, make it your next order, you will NOT be dissappointed.
Searching for somewhere different, for breakfast and we stumbled upon this hidden gem, just off the beaten path. Boy, are we glad that we did! Scrambled eggs, scrapple, toast... all perfect! Even the coffee was good!! The staff treated us like we were old friends that we had not seen in some time, with an air of familiarity, warm, friendly, engaging. The ambiance was quaint and cozy. Will definitely return!
Great breakfast. Quick. Very friendly place. Highly recommend!
Welcoming, cozy and delicious.
Small and eclectic; a place for a great meal, and service to match
Service was wonderful and friendly, the food was excellent. My wife and I try to eat at the mom and pop or non-chain place, Julie Anns fit the bill and did not let us down.
This is an excellent place for breakfast or lunch. Small (6 or 7 tables), cozy and homey, nothing fancy. It s kinda like going to your favorite Aunt s house for a meal. The service is excellent and prompt and the menu specials change daily. The home made soups are outstanding as are the desserts. Inexpensive.
Quaint..good food.good prices.
Quiet, comfortable dining space in an antique home right in the heart of Malvern. Small staff, but incredibly friendly and they keep good service top of mind despite the rush of a small space. The food is home cooked and incredibly well-priced. It may also be one of the few places around where you can get a decent slice of scrapple. Great breakfast spot, but had a great lunch menu offering too. Making this a regular spot.
Friendly family oriented spot....a pleasure to find on a quick overnight getaway.... highly recommend!
Really good food, friendly service, and a cozy spot. Its a new favorite of mine for lunch!
If you like good
Julians place is a great small town breakfast nook and Luncheonette fun place to meet a friend for coffee or a meal noise level may be challenging for some conversations but the charm of its yesteryear ambiance makes it worth the visit great omelette quiche sandwiches and homemade desserts open till 2:30 p.m. each day except closed on Mondays
Great food and great people. Highly recommended this restaraunt
Delicious food
Great food and friendly staff. Italian subs are amazing.
Good Food resansonalby prices, pleasant dining experience, efficient staff.
Amazing breakfast menu. I wanted everything on the menu but decided on the farmers omelet and I wasnt disappointed. Will definitely be back to try something different next time.
Great food and friendly service. Made me feel right at home.
Very good food, but the restaurant is small. The tables are very close together. Dont bring your strollers. I will go back because the food is good, and the prices are reasonable.
very nice place for breakfast
Wonderful staff, great food.
Good food, friendly service, nice atmosphere, and reasonably priced.
Delicious food. Cosy setting.
I ordered the bagel and lox. They serve less salmon than most other places. But the food was ok.
The people are friendly, the food is served hot and fresh, plus its an amazing price! You cant beat the true community connections you experience here!
Good food, quick service, very reasonably priced. Small place. I had to wait for table but not very long.
Small but worth the wait. Nice people and very affordable as well...
Breakfast was great! Price was reasonable. Service was great.
The quiche was amazing and the service second to none, had an awesome time
Small but good food, nice atmosphere
The server (who I suspect was the owner) was friendly, accommodating, and fast. The breakfast sandwich was perfect and French toast (regular and stuffed) were both great, too. The place is very small, but was not overcrowded on our Saturday morning visit. If youre looking for a cozy breakfast spot, Id highly recommend it!
OMG their Wild West Omelette is incredible!
Local mom and pop eatery. My wife had the delicious potato soup, which she loved. I had the creamed chipped beef on biscuits, which where tasty.
Awesome.
Very good. Nice small business
