23 Abbey Rd, Malvern WR14 3ES, United Kingdom
Café serving Breakfast & lunch. All good is prepared using fresh ingredients in our kitchen. Artisan coffee & great tea.
The Bacon and Fried egg sandwich was limited in the amount and type of bacon. It was crispy streaky bacon whereas back bacon is a much better option for a sandwich.
I had a great experience here. The staff were lovely, friendly smiley and helpful. It's lovely. Been able to drink nice water, lovely out of a tap and that's what I had. You couldn't taste any chemicals or anything. It was just pure soft water delivered in a nice glass jug. It was busy and happy and in a lovely place. Quite vibrant. The sourdough bread was awesome. Awesome taste. Very tasty. A nice big sandwich with thick ham and sauce and lettuce yummy! I hope to come here again one day when I come through. Thank you. An enjoyable experience in beautiful, Malvern...
Amazing fast delicious great quality food. Service was great workers are very sweet. 5 different hot chocolate flavours! Peru very nice very good cappuccino aswell. 10/10 recommend. Chef accomates special request
5* star for being fantastic people... after a very long hike, we were looking for somewhere to eat, and we were so tired that we didn't even check the time they closed. We arrived around 30min before their closing time and had no problem still trying to cater for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had several drinks, and although we decided we would need more time to eat, they were still as warm as they were at the beginning and helpful by offering the directions we needed. Thank you very much, guys. We are definitely coming back next time we are in Malvern. ❤️
Lovely place for lunch, very near abbey and museum. Service was adequate but not fabulous. Koren beef was awesome - so tender! Portions aren't huge
Stopped by for lunch one sunny afternoon. It was very busy but managed to sit on a table outside. The staff were very friendly and chatty even though they were run off their feet. The menu looked so good it was hard to choose but opted for the wild garlic and fennel soup which was homemade and really tasty and a selection of tapenades/olives and flatbread. I washed it down with a cheeky glass of red and it all came to £18 which I thought was brilliant value for such delicious food. Highly recommend.
A lovely little cafe, perfect for lunch after a walk in the Malvern Hills. Food was great and the coffee was excellent. Will definitely eat here again
Fantastic and charming place with kind, welcoming and smiling people and delicious food. We had breakfast there:buckwheat pancakes and scrambled eggs - which were delicious and served super quickly. They are quite busy but have plenty of sitting space outside and inside. Everything was very clean, fresh and they are following good covid safety precautions. Even though busy, they had time to have a friendly chat with each customer. Amazing place in a beautiful location.
Lovely cafe for lunch. Staff is very friendly and the place is warm and cosy
Served by a polite young chap, Lucas. Very friendly and attentive. Made the experience wonderful during our first time in Malvern!
Great food and service. Highly recommended!
Lovely menu. Scrumptious food. Amazing tarts with lovely crispy pastry. Friendly staff. We loved it and will return.
Lovely place, quality food and coffee, great friendly service
Lovely food
Fantastic food and service. Best for miles
The best coffee
Probably the best cafe in Great Malvern
Had a very tasty lunch here today, friendly people with a lovely atmosphere. Reasonable prices and good quality food.
Lovely place for lunch. Excellent food. Friendly staff.
Good friendly service, outside seating available, and lovely coffee. Didnt eat.
Really good food, lots of healthy choices. Friendly staff, nice location. Worth a trip
Lovely coffee shop, great coffee and food. I would highly recommend especially after a walk on the Malvern hills.
Beautiful hot chocolate with bear face on it very clever. Bit pricey. However food let them down-I had eggs benedict. Toast crust was very hard, couldnt eat or cut it plus my eggs were underdone & slimy. Wait on food was lengthy. No checkback. Lovely setting but wouldnt return!
Lovely brunch with my Mother and Son. Attentive service and didnt wait long for food. Really enjoyed the bacon sandwich. Bread was delicious! My boy ate all of his scrambled eggs and bacon. Yummy!
Excellent service. They accommodated our party of nine. The service and food was great
Welcome was really friendly. Food very good. Highly recommend
Good menu, good value
Delightful place for a lunch, excellent value delicious food, friendly relaxed service
The most delicious food, and absolutely lovely team of people here. Very friendly atmosphere. Will definitely go back and try more of the delightful things on their menu.
Good coffee in an attractive old building in the heart of Great Malvern
Great to see them using James Gourmet Coffee. Even better to see them doing it justice. Really good coffee. Made very well. Great pastries and nice to sit in the sun
A lovely visit; the duck salad was exquisite. Friendly staff and reasonable prices considering the current climate, will definitely be returning soon.
First time visiting last week and will definitely go again! Food was lovely and fresh and a good size and the service very friendly!
We ordered a shakshuka and it was really incredible. Very tasty and nicely presented. Both waitresses helped us with gluten and dairy free options. Suggestion: add almond milk to options
Cute cafe for Sunday breakfast
Excellent coffee and ginger parkin.
Not a bad cafe, but price! we only ordered a latte and one can of cider (350ml) and they charge us over £8. After this cafe, we went 2 pubs and we have ordered 2 alcohol drinks each and both pubs have charged us under £8. Also, the cider we ordered, they didnt put in the fridge and it was room temperature, even though a hot day.
Sadly the potatoes in the leak and potato soup were not cooked and it tasted stewed... A simple dish badly made. Im a cook! Other food ordered was ok
Really tasty lunch and excellent coffee.
All really good, well worth a visit! Worth booking! Vegetarian options: The Buddha bowl is delicious!
Very helpful staff member managed to squeeze us in despite not having to . Lovely hot chocolate and shortbread with it . My partners carrot cake was the best Ive ever seen . Highly recommended it ! Food : 5/5 |
Had a fantastic beef and cheese sandwich yesterday,, huge portion and great friendly service. Even the dog got a few biscuits. We will definitely go again next time we are in Malvern
This is the second time I have left disappointed. Several months ago I was after a table for one for a spot of lunch and they turned me away as they only had bigger tables free, so I hadnt been back until this week. I popped in for a drink and a quick bite and as the front area was quite busy, I asked if there was a small table free at the back, only to be told they had just closed that part. I was offered a table in between two others which were all fairly close, and not what I would have liked. Then I was told they were only doing desserts now, but that was okay as I just wanted a coffee and snack. I sat between the two tables in full hearing of their conversations, one of which was of a medical nature and slightly off putting. The two members of staff I could see finished serving the customers they had taken orders from, and then tidied, cleaned ect, when after nearly 15 minutes I still hadnt been served I stood up telling the girl, Ill leave it as I still have things to do. She said, sorry I didnt realise you hadnt been served, but as she was the one who had given me the table I found hard to justify. I left for the second time from an establishment I used to really like and whos food I used to recommend. I dont think I will bother trying a third time, seeing as Malvern has plenty more on offer.
I had breakfast here and was looked after as I have a strict diet to adhere to at the moment and the staff were so polite and lovely and my breakfast amazing. A special mention for the Hot Chocolate which is legit the best I have tasted outside of Italy, Truly amazing. I totally recommend this gem of a place.
Nice coffee, but overpriced cake for the portion served....literally 2 bites! Good if youre on a diet!
Good food. Lovely waitress who always brings me a cushion! My weekly treat
Great café. Interesting and varied menu, catering for most intolerances/dietary preferences. Very friendly staff and great atmosphere. Recommended Vegetarian options: Good selection of vegetarian dishes Dietary restrictions: Dealt with a dairy intolerance with no problems, seem to be gluten free and vegan options Kid-friendliness: Fantastic! Highchairs available and very Child friendly
Great place for lunch. A very warm greeting with a superb menu. Coffees great too. Well worth a visit. People were rebooking a table before they even got the bill so a reservation is a must. The lamb ragu was excellent
Pretty good prices for what we got. I had a sandwich and was fully expecting something fairly plain and simple for the price. I was very surprised to get a fully loaded sandwich with plenty of filling inside. Seems like you might need to book a table, even for lunch, as it was absolutely rammed. Luckily there was space outside and we missed the rain.
Amazing food in a lovely atmospheric cafe. The staff are friendly and the place is clean. I had French onion soup and my husband had French toast. Can not recommended the food enough, really tasty. We will definitely be back again when we re next on holiday here.
Popped in for a delicious coffee and cake before a walk. Lovely welcome, quickly seated even though we hadnt booked and it was busy, and service was super friendly. They even brought our dog a biscuit! Will definitely go back for brunch or lunch next time were in the area, the menu looked great.
Excellent food, very friendly service, great coffee
Really good food and excellent service from the staff.
Incredible food ,just what was needed after 40miles on the bikes .
Halfway point was Mac & Ja s on a 70 mile ride yesterday (Monday 17/4). Food was amazing, cost was £19 for two with lattes, & service was exceptional! Server topped up our water bottles! Highly recommend and will definitely be back again!!! Dietary restrictions: Looks like they had plenty of options
Lovely place by the abbey to chill for lunch. I had a warm chicken salad which was to a high standard. Would recommend.
Lovely cafe. Literally the best homemade cakes we have ever had, anywhere. Dark chocolate and beetroot sounds odd but was delicious and the carrot cake was simply wonderful. Food
Delicious food
Delightful cafe near the abbey, our second visit. Highly recommend o
The inside seating area is less than salubrious but then it doesnt pretend to be anything else however if you want a no frills; excellent quality breakfast served by friendly efficient staff; all for a very reasonable price then this place is for you, N.B. the Cafe is NOT Dog Friendly, excepting for a small seating area on the pavement outside, one of the staff apologetically explained that this is because they operate a fully open kitchen. Update: my apologies if Ive mislead anyone with my Dog Friendly policy comments, I have had a response from the owners who confirm that well behaved dogs are welcome I apologise to the owners for any misunderstanding but I could only respond to your own staff request that we dont bring our dog inside Parking: There is a paid for car park a couple of minutes walk away with free parking for Blue Badge holders
Amazing food! Some of the best garlic bread I have ever had! Lovely people too
Mac & Jacs is in a great location next door to the Abbey Hotel. The service, food & atmosphere all 5 stars.
Absolutely excellent food and service, will visit again
Lovely coffee and cafe, very accommodating for the dog. Well priced Food : 5/5
Quick stop for breakfast. Lovely little cafe really reccomend egg, toast, bacon and halloumi.
Food is nice but service for food is quite slow, but maybe its because they cook it to order. Employees are also very friendly. I think the lady might be Filipino (apologies if Im mistaken) but she is very nice.
We sat outside at the old Priory Gate. It was a lovely sunny day. Food was most enjoyable. A good place to lunch..
Zero complaints! Good selection of lovely food and drinks, great relaxed atmosphere, and pleasant, helpful staff. We were there for breakfast on a Wednesday morning. Will definitely return when next in the area.
Great food and coffee. The service was great and very speedy.
Our favourite place in Malvern. Lovely food, lovely staff, lovely place.
Stumbled across this place a couple of years ago whilst on holiday in malvern. Returned this time and went lots!! The food is all home cooked, tastes wow. The ladies that work there are just lovely. Super friendly. Its dog friendly so win win. Breakfasts are yummy and lunch menu is so tasty. Cant fault it. Thank you for lovely food on our holiday x
Lovely wee place with delicious and varied tea and coffee options and lots of great food including gf. Pecan pie and and mocha was amazing!
Great mezze
1st visit today and really enjoyed it. Good food and good coffee. A great stop for lunch.
Best coffee in Malvern, friendly place and in a pleasant position near to the park in Malvern
Wonderful service, food was beautifully cooked and good selection of vegan, gluten free foods. Dog friendly too. We will be back!
Good coffee, nice home made cakes served with cream, very obliging staff. One not to miss in our opinion. Food
Its good, very good. Refreshingly original menu, first class ingredients, and good service in a beautiful old building with a lovely outside terrace. Highly recommended.
Day trip on our motorbike, came across this lovely little cafe and so pleased we did. We had the tartlet with potatoes and salad, it was delicious and not expensive. The staff were charming. We highly recommend this lovely cafe, its a 5 out of 5 from us.
Staff can be more helpful and cheerful
Such a lovely little place amazing service lovely people and fresh and clean
Just go for the pudding
We have visited Mac and Jacs on and off for years and it s always excellent food
Huge selection of herbal teas and very friendly staff
Best black Americano in town, and a fabulous almond Quosant. Lovely staff, and dog friendly Food
Great food, lovely location.
Vegetarian options: There are always imaginative and colourful vegetarian options on the menu. Dietary restrictions: There are GF options which is great when you are dining with someone who is coeliac. It takes the pressure off them and the choices offered are not at all boring.
Superb food, fresh and homemade and delicious! Great selection for veggies too.
Really lovely service there. Excellent coffee, cider, mulled wine and food. Very dog friendly also and a nice relaxing comfortable environment. Would highly recommend.
Just had 2 coffees on the morning of 31 December. The staff were very busy serving a number of customers, some of whom were having breakfasts.
They get the basics right. Piping hot cup of decaf should be the default, but never is. BLT was great. Service was good. Food served promptly. Nice decor and great location.
Food was ok but we felt it was overpriced for what it actually was and that we were being hurried up so others could take our table.
Good food, lovely service, average coffee
Lovely Brunch. Attentive informed staff. Overall very enjoyable.
Very pleasant café in a historic part of Malvern, right by the ancient Abbey Gateway and with a beautiful view up to the hills. Indoor and outdoor seating makes this a great place for a rendezvous, for coffees, teas and a varied tasty menu.
Speedy and efficient food delivery, a little wait for drinks. Good quality food served with a smile. We sat outside as we had two small children with us and it was quite safe for them.
My first time in Malvern, decided to visit a cafe next to a museum. It turned out to be the worst idea that day. Wanted to eat something and drink a coffee before heading to Malvern Hills, was told that I can take coffee out only as all of the tables inside and outside were reserved????? What a joke hahaha Tables were empty, random people coming in were serviced and given a table but not me. It was first time in my life when I have been treated like that. Wont be coming again.
Always love coming to Mac & Jacs. Have a been a customer for years and it s still fabulous!
Very nice range of excellently prepared snacks and lunches, and good service. Lovely to sit outside in the sunshine.
Great breakfast, not the cheapest but served quickly, tastes great and friendly service
Very friendly. With a small terrasse
Great selection of freshly cooked food. The flatbreads were delicious as was the coffee. Dog friendly as well
Breakfast isnt the cheapest option in town. Overcooked eggs on a very nice slice of sourdough toast for a fiver but everything else - mushrooms, bacon (again very nice) and avocado was £2-3 on top. Nice staff. Door needs sorting; doesnt fully close properly and directs a draught on to the window table. Would definitely return. Maybe not for brekkie
We had coffee and cake one afternoon, the homemade cakes were to die for! We decided to have our breakfast there the next morning and was not disappointed, excellent.. would recommend..
If I could give it six stars then I would. We arrived just as the place was about to shut for the day, but the lovely staff stayed open to serve us drinks and sandwiches with a lovely smile which made our day.
Excellent cafe with friendly staff and really good food. Will definitely visit next time in Malvern.
Great service, delicious food, kind and efficient staff and a great location. As you can see from the desserts, the food was freshly prepared and tasted as good as it looked.
delicious food, nice staff and cute cafe
The only place I found that has great.green tea pigs . Loved it
Lovely staff and good food.
THE BEST hot chocolate I have tasted!! Several different varieties and % cocoa .....never seen that before. Husband had Venezuela 58% but I prefer a less sweet one so had the Equador 70% cocoa. Lovely place...we didnt eat, but food looked good. Lovely staff.
Simply amazing the girls are very helpful and polite and the food is just great
Lovely little cafe although you wont find the traditional bacon and eggs and a mug of tea here you will find well prepared fresh ingredients that will satisfy most tastes and pockets.
Food was delicious but dont come here for a dirty burger! Wholesome food done well, worth visiting for sure. Beautiful location sat outside under the old Abbey gate.
Had breakfast here twice on our trip away, which shows how great this place is. Breakfast choice is limited but the options that they have are great. Coffee is excellent and service is great too. Definitely make this one of your visits. Lovely setting too.
Lovely clean cafe. Good choice of food. Well presented. Best coffee so far in Malvern. Will definitely return.
Great variety on menu. Swift service with a smile. Seating both inside and out. Ideal location.
Great food and service. Would recommend the mozzarella & pesto flatbread!
Very snobby and overpriced . Some staff (not all) seem to have a very condecending attitude . I wont be using it again
Always a great menu and service. Highly recommended.
Lovely food and service. Busy at peak times, best to book, Parking: On street or car parks in area
Gets busy, best to book if you want to eat inside
We had a lovely lunch. The flatbreads are delicious. Would highly recommend a visit.
Friendly owner and superb food. Cannot fault anything. The savoury tart and coleslaw was wonderful. Highly recommended
A very nice lunch, especially the pecan, raisin and toffee tart & coffee finished it off.
Delicious food (we had the flatbreads) - and it was so nice to be able to sit outside to eat; such a lovely spot.
The staff are very nice and a great location interesting town.
Friendly service. Good atmosphere. Nice coffee.
Popped in for a late lunch. We got a lovely welcome and great service. The food was great, I had the crispy duck salad which was great. The perfect spot for a lovely light and healthy lunch.
Good service. Excellent quality. Made us two salmon eggs benedicts even though not on the menu. Just what we wanted and best we have had
Nice cup of coffee sat outside in November whats not too like
Breakfast was absolutely amazing fresh and tasty avocado staff are really friendly see you again Macs
Amazing food, great service, highly recommend!
Just passing after a walk and popped in. I ordered a banoffee pie. It was amazing! warm toffee sauce. A chocolate mousse. The caramelized banana really finished it off.
Really nice little cafe. Staff are friendly and polite. Clean and tidy. We had a cold drink and a cup of tea, with a bacon sandwich and a banoffee cake. Both very good and well priced for what you get. Would highly recommend this place as somewhere to eat. Plenty of seating I would say for larger groups maybe book in advanced, they did seem to have reserved seats.
Nice setting, friendly informed staff, and good food nice coffee
Loved it here the name of the place reminds me of the vidio for the song say say say by michael jackson and paul mc cartney watch the vidio of you dont know what i mean
A very nice little cafe, in a very nice spot! The food was absolutely beautiful and the service was fantastic. I will absolutely be visiting again next time I am in Malvern!
Had an amazing breakfast here this morning (poached egg and smashed avocado). The coffee was fantastic, the scenery was beautiful and even though we ate outdoors it had a nice atmosphere. Will definitely visit again, thanks!
Very slow service
Very efficient felt very safe great members of staff, great food using local products.
Excellent as usual, great Cortado, best one in Malvern!
Great coffee, lovely position within the town.
Amazing food!!
Lovely meal and service
Nice place, visited a few times whilst in Malvern, friendly and good food. Try the bakewell tart
Lovely little cafe for lunch or just a coffee.
Excellent food and service
Fantastic little place with lovely staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch here!
Fabulous breakfast, great menu options both meat and vegi, excellent tea menu and coffee. Highly recommend.
Really nice place for coffee and lunch, the pork salad is really delicious and the staff are wonderful.
Friendly attentive service, delicious cakes and perfect coffee. What more could you want? Would definitely recommend!
Really nice friendly place to go. Only had a coffee but would return for something to eat at a later date.
Nice little find very busy but managed to get seat straight away
Pleasant environment and friendly staff, nice selection of foods and drinks.
Very Rude Waitress This cafe has been a weekly meeting place for me and a group of friends to enjoy breakfast and occasional lunch for 12 years. The young staff have always treated us with the utmost respect and because we are so well known have always allowed me in a few minutes before opening time to quietly wait for my friends. 2 weeks ago I arrived as usual 2 mins before opening and was greeted by a polite young man who I d not seen before and he asked me to wait outside. I said I m normally be allowed in but he insisted I wait so I said ok and did this without complaint or further comment. At opening time a young woman came to open the door, and abruptly made some reference to there had been a problem and I replied very calmly just never been asked to wait outside before & assumed staff were all new . For the next minute this waitress just lost it - clearly very stressed almost shouting at me: - I can t cope with this - what s wrong with your attitude - we work so hard - my manager will agree with me I did not respond with a single word just left without comment. I was so upset by the experience I decided to send an email to the owner asking for the young woman to apologise to me. The response I received was unexpected. Apparently the waitress was affronted because I suggested she was new and the day before had been so stressful because the receipt printer had broken down!! The owner implied it was my fault by attempting to enter before opening and suggesting staff were new. So, according to this owner it is acceptable for their staff to treat loyal customers this way. Unsurprisingly this waitress has suggested I was an unhappy, difficult customer not wanting to wait outside - neither of which are true. We all have bad days and I understand it was a stressful morning but you don t treat customers like that. I will no longer be a customer and cannot recommend this cafe to friends or family as would not want anyone to have the same experience as me because the receipt printer had broken the day before.
Lovely shady table , excellent food and service
We had lunch here yesterday during our weekend in Great Malvern. What a fantastic find. The staff where lovely and very attentive. The food was excellent and as we walked away we were already talking about going back. We would definitely recommend popping in for a coffee, a glass of vino/beer or food.
Found this little place by accident whilst staying in Malvern, the staff were ever so friendly and the food was lovely. I can highly recommend the Pastrami and cheese sandwich washed down with a cold beer.
We had a fantastic lunch here and it was dog friendly.
Beautiful cakes & coffee. Superb staff. Have eaten lunch there previously. Highly recommended
Excellent all round - perfect poached eggs and delicious bacon with a doorstop slice of tasty bread!
Lovely food, very friendly and welcoming staff!
This quirky cafe is well worth a visit. Food excellent & service very helpful. Best coffee too we have had in a long time
Lovely bacon and eggs here. Highly recommended.
what a wonderful experience we had today. We had the Buddha bowl and the meza plate. I can honestly say Ive not had such an excellent meal out in a long, long time. Flavours were amazing! Unsure what alchemy the chef does...but it was delicious! The halloumi had so much flavour. Chatted briefly to the staff who were attentive, courteous and welcoming to customers and dogs alike. Good food and good service needs celebrating. Well done and keep it up
Great service and wonderful food.
Friendly staff good food and light atmosphere! Plus outdoor dining
Very poor customer service. A really disappointing and rude experience. We didnt even get to try anything, as we took a vacant table outside, staff member marched over and declared that it it was promised to someone else because they had overbooked the table that someone else was already sitting on. They got the table we had taken and we got the boot. Asked if there were any other tables and got told no, either wait around outside, or go elsewhere. No attempt to retain the custom, no attempt to help or offer any other arrangement. Didnt even suggest a coffee to go as an option. Incredibly disappointing service, felt like we had been kicked out of there through no fault of our own, in front of other patrons, it was very embarrassing. If the table was reserved (it wasnt, it was free) put a reserved sign on, if you have overbooked other tables, then again make it clear they are reserved, dont make people feel bad for daring to sit down at your premises, and then make them feel like there custom isnt wanted, whilst you make arrangements for other customers, it made me feel second class. I wont return, and wouldnt really encourage anyone else to either, given my experience. Shame as I really wanted to try local, and wanted to support a local business rather than the chain places around the corner, that are all within an easy walking distance, (Costa etc) Poor show. Terrible experience.
A choice of different hour chocolates is always good
Lovely meal and though they were short staffed excellent customer service.
The best place in G Malvern for a great coffee and lovely staff
Lovely. Fresh food, great menu, sat outside, great sefv8ce
Amazing staff and equally amazing food. Go and visit
Good service brings this up to 3 stars but its far too pretentious for me. Im sure youd love it if you want to be seen being posh
Nice place, seems historic. Had good food on offer. We had the pastrami and emental on rye. It was delicious. Good coffee.
Tasty and fast service
Gluten-free gluttony! Passing by, a quick query about gluten free options lured us in for a scrumptious series of treats delivered by warm and friendly staff. The Korean duck salad was divine, followed by beetroot chocolate cake, bakewell tart and two porttions of carrot cake to take away. Faultless service and delicious food
Good food, lovely staff
Excellent quality food and coffee
Quick, friendly and insanely good food, what s not to like?!
Lovely food, fast service, wonderful staff!
Fantastic cakes and good range of teas. Staff are nice, all food is that bit different and more interesting than normal.
A nice little cafeteria tucked away. I warm friendly welcome worth a visit
Amazing food and friendly people! Loved it !
Lovely cafe, best food weve had in quite a while. Great choice for vegetarians and vegans. They were a bit rushed when we arrived but a table came free just in time. Service was a bit chaotic but they were short staffed and the owner was very apologetic. The food more than made up for it. Really wish we had had time for desserts as they looked incredible. Will definitely visit next time we are in the area. If you sit outside, watch out for a sudden deluge of water from the awning over the tables....
Excellent. Going on tour of theatre, wanted brunch beforehand, this was perfect. Lovely selection of food all freshly cooked. A perfect Sunday. Fully recommended.
Welcoming and friendly spot for and amazing breakfast or lunch. Highly recommend this spot.
Delicious brunch, and great menu for people with dietary restrictions
After an early morning walk in the Malvern Hills, we found Mac & Jacs when looking for somewhere to have breakfast. It was absolutely amazing. Staff were so lovely and the food was to die for. 5* from all of us.
Do yourself a favour and get here for a cup of outstanding coffee and the sticky toffee pudding with honeycomb parfait. Quite simply one of the best desserts I have ever had. The staff are always fantastic, polite and attentive. A brilliant spot.
