I really use to recommend this take away but the last couple of meals have not been up to the standard in the past. I understand that it could be me but with todays prices I want value for money. I will yet again soon before I make my mind up if to try another takeaway.

Kwai Authentic Foods in Malvern is an absolute delight! I highly recommend their Kwai Special Fried Rice, bursting with flavour. Considering the UKs cost of living crisis, their money to portion ratio is exceptional. Kwai Authentic Foods is a top-notch Chinese takeout that delivers on taste, value, and service. A little undecided on this one at the moment. Ive had one meal here. If I went on first impressions I may not go back. But it wasnt that bad that I will try a diffrent dish. To be sure how much I like it.

Just ordered they sent wrong stuff and is absolutely disgusting this is the second time this week dont bother obviously a new chef again stay well clear

Ordered a few years ago and chicken was raw. Tried again and still disgusting. Chicken chow mein was basically super noodles, which would have been a better option. The most disgusting Chinese I ve ever had. Even messed up prawn crackers which I can t understand how that s possible.. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Visited here twice in 2 weeks very ill the next day both times this will be the last time I will be using.

Very disappointing, we have ordered for months on a Friday and were always pleased, however, the last month we have waited for well over an hour and food was Luke warm, we spoke to Kwai and no apology. Tonight we ordered our usual and the wrong order came, when we rang to complain there was no apology and were told they couldn t do anything about it. A few hours later someone rang us and offered a refund for just the ribs!! Despite the fact my partners meal was only fried rice because he does not like chilli ribs. Time to try another delivery we think!!

Excellent food, every dish prepared with care and attention to detail. The smell to start with, followed by the blend of the wonderful flavours is something, as a family, we really look forward to and enjoy. It truly is a very special journey and a bonanza on the senses. Food is always on time, as we pre-book regularly on a Thursday and the food is always piping hot on arrival delivered by a very pleasant and polite driver. Particular recommendations are the king prawns in ginger and pineapple as they are large succulent and the sauce adds a lovely flavour to whatever other dishes you are having. What with a free bag of prawn crackers, who could ask for more. We have discovered this gem and will continue using them as their menu is varied and extensive.

What a crock, my chicken balls were sliced chicken in balls and a few weeks ago my chow mein was a joke. This place run by idiots and they are all penny pinching, it would be nice to get a nice Chinese meal like from hungs kitchen.

Only had a chow main but was tasty

The worst Chinese food I have ever had. Sweet and sour sauce was watery and heavily salted. Just a couple of pieces of veg in with the chicken too. Wont ever be going back.

Food was delicious, fresh and piping hot. However, I decided to try the garlic, cheese and coriander sauce, it was over salted, too much garlic and couldnt taste any cheese. Sorry but it was gross.

I ordered a King Prawn dish, a mixed vegetable dish and boiled rice and they said it would take 30 minutes to arrive but it came early, piping hot and truly delicious. It was my first order and will definitely be using this service again. Ming took my order and was polite, professional and the food came early. Try this takeaway and you will be glad that you did.

We have a chicken curry every Saturday night, the food is fresh and tasty. You get free prawn crackers with your meal. Highly recommend.

We had a meal Friday evening we ordered over the phone and collected it 15 minutes later this was the worst meal I have ever had the rice and chicken was all dried up . I wont be going there again

My favourite Chinese in Malvern. Great service and great food. No limit on delivers which is good. Can be busy at times so do allow extra time on weekend.

I think I have had a better Chinese from here before writing this review but most recently I visited at 23:30 and felt the quality of food was very poor. Literally a tub of grease. Its like the later you order the more likely youll be served a spring roll swimming in grease! However I will be ordering again much much earlier to see if this was a one off. Friendly staff and didnt have to wait long to receive my bag of grease.

A good Chinese takeaway in Malvern link-top. Personally, I prefer the Star, which has slightly better food and a nice pub to drink at while you wait. Food at Kwais is a bit cheaper, is still tasty, and is prepared more rapidly, though. Plus they deliver.

First time at kwai and very disappointed which is a shame. I only had the vegetable chow mein but it had no flavour at all! My boyfriend had the chicken curry which he said was nice but the chow mein is no good.

The best in Malvern with out a doubt

We are very lucky in Malvern to have such a great range of restaurants and takeaways. The Kwai is my favorite Oriental takeaway. The food is always delicious, with great portions so its good value and they have the most amazing crispy chips, (thats coming from somewhat of a chip connoisseur!)

We had a takeaway a few months ago from Kwai Newtown Road Malvern. It was one of the worst takeaways ive had in a very long time. I had the Chicken Satay with fried rice. Firstly the satay sauce should be peanuty in flavour . Kwais version came tasting exactly like curry sauce made from a paste which you just add boiling water to it.The onions that were in the sauce were not cooked through they were hard in the middle The chicken was hard too. The fried rice was wet as if it had been steamed. All in all a complete waste of money. As to which they will not be getting any more of my custom. Terrible with a total disregard to what the public would expect to eat in my opinion
